I really wish we went to pholicious instead for 50 cents more :( First of all, the service was bad and they have the service button too.. The waitress that sat us down told us she will be back to take our order and never came back. Another guy took our order and it took quite a while to bring out the food. We had to ask three different waiters and pushed the service button four times just to get more lemon. We got it when we were halfway done. I don't understand how service can be bad when less than a third of the place was occupied. It was already a no go for me when the meat came out. I always get my meat on the side and the meat here is frozen. It didn't even look red. The broth was okay after some sriracha and lemon. The upside is that it came out piping hot. I won't be returning but I have to admit the LED lights in the restroom sink are pretty awesome. read more

I've ordered pho and vermicelli dishes for pick-up, and I have not been disappointed. The portions are generous and the cuts of meat are very good. I consider it a treat to myself about twice a month. read more

I did not actually even get to eat the food... That is just how bad the service was. We got seated in the way back when there was barely anyone there. The staff seemed to be on their lunch break. I had my hand raised for a good few minutes with me turning around my seat and even locked eyes with the manager/owner...at this point my girlfriend and I set the timer for three minutes to see how much longer we could endure. Before it was done, another girl was seated and her order was taken. We look back to only see our waitress showing pictures on her phone to other staff how unprofessional...we walked out. (We were not disrespectful either, just extremely hungry) read more

This place has some great food but some really bad service. Don't expect to be asked if you want water, if you are doing ok or if you need anything even as they watch you eat from across the room. They bring the check promptly tho, don't need to ask for that. I still come back often. read more

Previously one of the best Pho houses, however now they service is trash. My family and I went into this establishment 9:40pm on 1/3/19. We were famished after a long, cold day. We received complete disrespect as they closed at 10pm. The waiter/manager yelling at us before we could even open the menu. Obviously this place does not need our money or anybody elses with this kind of service. I've seen many places close because of stuff like this. Guess Pho Ha is next read more

This place served me old food. I could tell it was microwaved. I bit into meat that looked old and it was still cold inside. It felt like when you microwaved an old meal and didn't microwave the food long enough. I complained that it was cold, and they took the food and microwaved it again. I could tell because the garnish on top was soft like it was microwaved as well. I won't be coming here any longer. They did not even give us a discount after complaint. I do not recommend this place. read more

Don't get me wrong. The taste is good. I do dine-in and take out their food once or twice a month for two to three years now. The promblem is they don't pay attention on phone orders. I always order BBQ Pork Bahn Mi without cucumber. Today, I ordered 3 of them and 1 has cucumber inside. 5 out 10 times, there is cucumber inside. I do double check when I pay too. 3 out 10 times, the kitchen didn't make the order. I don't know how it works. Sometimes my food is ready to pick up but sometimes I have to wait like I never made phone order in advanced. Please fix this issues. I've been waiting for more than two years to see the improvement. I am willing to revise this 1 star review if I see the improvements. read more

I have driven by this place for a long time and decided to stop in yesterday for a meal. First, the restaurant is clean and the decor is above average (for a pho place). Last, the bathroom is very nice and clean. It's the in between that I have a small problem with: keep on reading I know because of their prime location, they have to charge a little more for the food but you would expect the food to be somewhat reasonable: nope: 1). I paid about $9 for my bowl of pho 2). It was hot, but presentation was a little off: not enough meat(s) and noodle. 3). 4 slices of rare steak that have shrunk down to the size is half dollars. 1, that is right, fucking 1 piece is tendon and a few pieces of cooked beef. Meat is cheap!!!!! They are trying to get away with as much as they can. 4). The bowl was chipped, come on!!!! Does anyone care there? My advice to whomever reads this is to go south to valley boulevard or Garvey and look for good pho restaurants there. Skip this place. If you don't know anything about pho, this place will serve you well. read more

I have not much to say about this restaurant and the reason why it's because I didn't get to dine in. I picked up the food instead....although, I waited like 20 minutes to get my food and the restaurant was not even busy at that time. The broth was okay. The dessert as well. The beef sandwich was very tasty and the meat flavorful, I really liked it. Super inexpensive place..... read more

Good authentic pho! Service is excellent! The servers are quick! All dishes are delicious and fresh! It's my family's favorite pho spot!

Price between the large and small pho is 45 cents?!??? Awesome! This place changed ownership from previous pho kitchen and I feel it's a move in a good direction. The quality of the soup and egg rolls has improved drastically. Used to come to the previous restaurant as a last resort. Now this is definitely a place I'm going to come when I'm in the area and looking for some pho or broken rice plate. read more

Ordered a small and large bowl of pho. The food came and the 2 bowls were the same size. One is taller and the other is a little wider. I asked the waitress why the small and large look the same and she told me that the large is only $0.50 more so there isn't that much difference. So what the point of having a small and large? The waitress mumbled something, smiled and walked away. The pho was mediocre. The noodles were too soggy and the soup was too oily. They must have added some extra something in the soup, because its 12:30 am and my dad says he cant sleep. He usually sleeps at like 8pm everyday cuz hes weak... read more

Pretty good as far as pho and egg rolls go! Not sure why the overall reviews for this place isn't great. The broth in the pho was delicious and flavorful. Full of umami flavor. The egg rolls were crunchy on the outside and were very well filled. I've been to a lot of pho restaurants and this one is a good one. Service was fast. No issues. Will def return! read more

Food was okay overall. We ordered some shrimp rolls and pho. I did like their shrimp spring rolls. Pretty good size and tasted very fresh. The broth of the pho I ordered wasn't as tasty and my bowl didn't have much pho noodles as my friend's. Seemed a bit sparse compared to my usual pho orders. Service was pretty good. We were seated immediately and our server was very nice and sweet. She brought our drinks out right away and then took our orders. We received our dishes about 5 minutes later. Liked the interiors. Seemed very clean and organized. It was a bit empty when we went so we liked the piece and quiet. Lots of parking right outside in the plaza. read more

This place sucks, I'm never coming here again. I have given this place many chances. I sit down everyone is eating and I'm totally forgotten. Ordered chicken banh mi. Bread was stale. No spread of any sort so it was really dry.

Very mediocre $8 pho. Average tasting soup. Noodles were good. Frozen meat. Banh mi with soggy bread. Service was horrible. Got an order wrong. My friend and I deciding to get slices of Omar's Pizza instead of finishing our meals. Try Pho-licious. It's much more worth the price. read more

I've liked this place but today i went in and paid and they placed my change into tip jar. Without asking or anything and once i asked for my change they told me they didn't owe me. So i seen them reach into they're tip jar and pull out four and once i called them back he said "you're calling again you need to wait" i told him he gave me the wrong change and he told another coworker that i was dumb. I'm never going back again and highly recommend that everyone checks there Things. UPDATE tonight we came in and ordered 2 number 19's and got helped by the same dude and they never brought the second bowl so we talked to this lady and she's extremely rude saying we didn't order correctly. I then told her no we said two bowls. It's honestly not worth coming here anymore service has gone downhill read more

Had lunch here the past couple time and there foods was pretty good until today. I order banh khot and it look old and oily very upsetting. Complain to them n they look at me like what's my problem. Pho Ha - So greasy. - Vietnamese Near Me - Arcadia, California

We love this place. The pho broth is the best! They have vegetarian, chicken, beef and shrimp broth. My husband had the pho and I ordered the salt and pepper fried fish. Went here for dinner with my girlfriend on a Tuesday night. Seems like it could be a decent pho place closest to the city of Duarte so wanted to give it a shot. The place seemed nice at first. It was clean and spacious and there were push buttons available for service. However, like many of the reviews listed for this restaurant, I'd have to agree that the service is absolutely terrible. And if you were able to understand what they were saying in Chinese, your service reviews might be even lower. To be fair, the food was actually decent and bordering on pretty good but not great. Difficult to explain but it seems like the restaurant is run by a bunch of low class street kids from China. If you could listen to their native Chinese language, you would know what I'm talking about. Definitely not language and demeanor you speak about in a family/public type restaurant. I feel it could be a reflection from their owners but who knows. I wouldn't go back just cuz the service and atmosphere of the restaurant was horrible but the food is actually not bad. read more

So I've been coming here for a while now and I'd have to say that I've seen service improve over time. I've noticed that there is more wait staff when i go these days, plus they do have the service button on the table that you can use. But with or without the service button, i feel athough service has overall improved. The bahn khot is still a favorite of mine. There are days though when i don't feel like getting messy and using my hands to eat so I've been ordering their crispy noodle with shrimp, broccoli, and mushroom and I'm now hooked on that dish. The gravy is also flavored with garlic ... yum! The dish normally comes with baby corn, celery, onion, mushroom, broccoli, and cabbage, but I've noticed when i order with only broccoli and mushroom the gravy is much more flavorful. Plus, I'm more of a fan of broccoli and mushroom. The seafood pho lately has been pretty tasty. Their taro and avocado smoothies are very good. read more

Pho Ha - # 39 Diced steak with rice - Vietnamese Near Me - Arcadia, California

Service was great but food were terrible here. I would not come back again for sure. I have been to several Vietnamese restaurants and this one does not taste like any of them. We ordered No. 1 and the soup was so light that we can't taste much. They are generous with meat but the soup is not tasty. We also ordered eggrolls but that was a disappointment too. The outside of the eggroll was crispy but inside was mushy and tasteless. Spaghetti was tasty but greasy. The highlight of our meal was the 3 color drink. So if you have to be here, don't repeat our mistakes and order something else to try. read more

I've been looking for go-to place for Pho, and I believe I've finally settled on this one! It has a nice aesthetic (seems too nice sometimes) and the wait staff is always understaffed but working hard. The food is good pho. The large is a huge bowl of needles. The broth taste clean and the meat fresh. And its open late ;) Why is Yelp encouraging me to write a longer review? No one reads though... read more

Such a disappointment. It started off with really slow service to order (15 minutes?) then 10 minutes to get the pho (I know that seems short but for pho it's always really quick). I ordered the pho dac biet, rare beef on the outside and the beef was flavorless and tough. The brisket was also full of fat and hard to eat - not fresh or poor quality, not sure. The broth was just okay but the soup came hot so they get two stars for that and that they also used fresh basil but that should be a given anyway. Not coming back here - I'll stick to pho vinh in Duarte which is closer to home (otherwise I'd go to SGV). read more

Horrible. Will never be back. Pho Lemon in Monrovia is worth the extra 5 minute drive. We had special pho and #7. Here's why just one star: - Waitress didn't write the order down - Both orders were messed up - 90% of the beef was fat instead of meat - Once the food was dropped off, we didn't see another waitress until I had to walk up and pay. read more

Tasted like I was at Vietnam again. I recommend #16 - Steak Pho. They give plenty of meat. Good taste bomb

It's a good pho spot in Arcadia. People who talk about customer service at Pho restaurants definitely should re-evaluate what service is at a Pho restaurant. Don't get me wrong, we should all expect great service, but this a Pho restaurant. Pho service is below Denny's, above a Taco truck, but maybe as good as Popeyes. I strongly suggest lowering expectations and just enjoying the broth of a good Pho restaurant. If not, you will be disappointed 9 out of 10 times. I have learned to love Pho service. read more

Yelp is spot on about this spot. I saw the bad reviews but took a chance anyways.. the pho broth was too hot which causes the meat to overcook and shrink, the broth didn't have much flavor, meat is very skimpy as well. The food is very affordable and the quality and taste are great. Where they fall very short is on service. The service is lacking greatly, some staff is borderline rude. Also, when you order the pho, sometime you get an abundance of bean sprouts and basil and other times barely any at all. Also, the spring rolls peanut sauce is usually cold but sometimes warm or hot. They lack consistency in food service and it seems to have to do with who's in the kitchen at any particular point in time. I would have given five stars otherwise had service been good but it's poor at best. I do frequent this restaurant at least once a week if not more because there food tastes so good but it's a frustrating dining experience to say the least. read more

They've significantly improved since the last time I came here. I'm not sure what it is but the pho tastes much better. It previously used to be very bland and had no flavor so I stopped coming, but I gave this place another shot and have been here a couple more times since to determine it is not a fluke. They are way more expensive than the pho in El Monte/Rosemead area but I live in Monrovia, like a block from this place lol so it beats the drive, I'll be coming either here or the place on myrtle and lemon from now on. read more
