This place my go spot for when I'm craving pho in this area and OC is just too far. It's a solid pho place and scratches that itch. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Inside, there's plenty of seating too and I've never had to wait. I've never had any issues with the staff and service is typically quick and responsive. There's unlimited noodles refills, which is nice if you love noodles like me. Also, check in for free Thai tea, limited to one per party though.

Came here on a hot summer afternoon, it was nice and cool inside, perfect atmosphere to enjoy a piping hot bowl of pho!

Fresh, flavorful spring rolls with crisp veggies and a delicious peanut dipping sauce. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean, relaxed, and inviting. I'll definitely be back!

We got the pho with rare steak, brisket, and flank, as well as a couple of the special pho. The broth was really deep and flavorful. The different varieties of beef were really tender. Bonus is that they give you unlimited free thin noodles with your bowl of pho so you would definitely not leave hungry. Parking lot was big, so no issues, and plenty of seating available inside. We didn't need to wait on a weeknight. Definitely a great spot for some good pho in the area! Great service as well.

Pho Anvi is great. Their pho is pretty decent tasting. They have the option for you to get unlimited extra noodles when you dine in. The noodles come on the side in a small bowl with some broth. They noodles are a bit hard, so you need warm soup to cook the noodles a little bit. I also got the northern egg rolls. They were tasty with the veggies and the fish sauce. The egg rolls came out so fast. Not sure how. We ordered and they came out 2-3 min later. Service is mediocre. Not amazing, but also not the worst.

Pho anvi is my regular go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine, especially their rib bone noodle soup! The staff is always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Clean soup and fresh rolls. Really good service and are always friendly. Lots of room so it doesn't feel overly crowded. Veggies are always fresh.

I had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and finding a parking spot was a breeze. I was impressed by the incredible value, especially the complimentary extra noodles. What a steal! I'll definitely be back for more.

Pho Anvi is our go-to spot for pho. We've tried many pho places over the years, and this one is still our favorite by far. We're regulars here for a reason. The pho is seasoned just right--rich, comforting, and balanced without being overpowering. The portions are very generous, and every bowl feels satisfying from start to finish. It's consistently good, which is something we truly value. The staff here is also very attentive and welcoming. Service is smooth and efficient, and you always feel well taken care of without being rushed. The ambiance is simple but just right. It actually reminds us of some of the restaurants we've been to in Hanoi--unpretentious, focused on the food, and comfortable in the best way. Overall, Pho Anvi is an excellent place for quality pho and a reliable dining experience. Definitely worth trying, and a spot we'll continue coming back to again and again.

Delicious northern style pho! This pho emphasizes a stronger soup and you don't need to add a bunch of sauce to it to make it flavorful. The northern rolls were delightfully crispy, deep fried rice paper rolls with shrimp and veggies inside. The rib pho was delicious with very tender rib meat and plenty of noodles and soup!

They are located in Haven City Market West Covina. When you walk in, its in the back right hand side. Not hard to find at all. I got their OG Beef Noodle Soup / 招牌牛肉汤面 $17.00 and added an braised egg for $2. The noodles were my favorite. Hand crafted perfection and had that chewy doughy bite I love when noodles have. Just the right amount of slurp-ability and a great chew to it. Their broth soup was very unique to me; it had an herbal taste and a rich and complex flavor to it. Their OG Beef Noodle Soup came with their braised beef shank, mustard greens, tomato, and bok choy - all the elements I am looking for in a beef noodle soup. I did have to add an egg though, for an extra $2, which was unexpected and a bit of a let-down for me. Their braised egg wasn't as flavorful and it seemed a bit dry in fact. I do love eggs especially with my noodles, and sometimes it can even be the star, so it was sad to me it didn't live up to be the $2 I paid. But that's okay! I would just come back here for just their fresh hand-crafted noodles - they are just that good! Like most of the restaurants at the market, I paid upfront and got a buzzer. It was ready in about 5 minutes and served hot and ready to dive in! The portion is huge so I even got to take about half home to enjoy at another time. It was even better re-warmed on my stove top the second time around. Shootout to the friendly staff here who are so genuinely kind. I witnessed a staff member helping another customer for about 10 minutes figure out what they wanted on the menu. They took the time to explain the menu and showed pictures, too. Just a very kind team here it seems! Thank you for the delicious beef noodle soup and your kind service. I will definitely be back soon!

The noodles had soft texture and the broth was clear & flavorful. Spicy level was also just right. In addition, the broth did not taste particularly oily. The meat was good, but I prefer the beef tendon from some other SGV (San Gabriel Valley) beef noodle soup spots. #14 Shrimp & Chicken Dumpling (10 pieces - $12.99): Excellent chewy dough and I actually liked these dumplings more than the XLBs. I am also a fan of the garlic & oyster dipping sauce. S-tier dumplings. #21 Juicy Pork Dumpling (aka XLB 8 pieces - $13.49): Interesting broth with a slightly sweet and savory flavor. The dough was a bit thicker than I would have liked and the flavor was not as good as newer spots like Yum Long in Monterey Park, but still a solid A-tier dish. *** Overall a solid 4.5-star for the food (bonus points for the beef noodle soup and shrimp & chicken dumplings), bump up to 5-star for efficient service, easy parking, and no wait on weekends.

The lady on the phone spoke fluent English, and she spoke with an upbeat and cheerful personality. My food was ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Concerning parking, it's not too bad. Parking is available but competitive. The location has many cars searching for spots since this plaza includes the popular 85 degrees bakery. They got street food options like oyster omelette, shrimp omelette, assorted marinated meats, and popcorn chicken. If you dont feel like bento boxes, they also have noodle soups. I ordered a preserved veggie stewed pork bento along with an oyster pancake. I was able to do less rice and more veggies, they just switch the placement of rice with the broccoli, the difference is very small, you still get a hefty amount of rice. While the veggies were great, I ended up needing more rice because the stewed meat was on the saltier end. Oh well, mistakes were made and the whole meal was eaten nonetheless. The omelette however was a bit of a disappointment. The texture was lacking in eggs and the veggie wasn't A-choy. The pieces of oysters were clustered in one section, you get huge chunks of the corn starch filling. The whole thing wasn't mixed in too well. Next time I'd just do a bento and nothing else. However, the curry and vegetables tasted a little bland for my taste. They had red pepper seasoning on the side, but I wish there was an option to make the popcorn chicken spicier. We enjoyed the miso soup as it was hot and flavorful. The self-serve aspect here reminded me of some restaurants in Taiwan in which you pick up your own water, chopsticks, and condiments. I have no meaningful comments about their service since the restaurant mainly just provides to food to you. Then, you go up to the cashier counter to pay for your bill. There is a lot of seating inside, and it was quiet when we visited on a late morning.
