My family really likes the ham and meat loaf baguette (banh mi sandwich) here, so we frequently come here for takeout. The pate chaud and egg rolls are also pretty good. The pate chaud is served very hot, fresh, and crispy with good amount of filling. Service is good, the employees always give an extra butter on all of baguettes when we ask for it. There's rarely a line, so i never wait for more than a few minutes. I haven't tried any of the other items on the menu, so I can't comment on them. The establishment itself does not look very nice. It's not dirty, per se, but it also doesn't look shiny, so I imagine eating in would not be super pleasant. I always order takeout so this doesn't really affect me. read more

The staff member working the drive-through was satisfactory in their service. My coworkers and I ordered the house pho, beef stew noodle soup, and shrimp spring rolls. The drinks come one size and they are filled with so much ice theres barely any drink in them no free refills. It was disgusting, an absolutely horrifying experience for us. When we went to try and get a refund, they only gave us 10 dollars for a soup that was 12. Now, I don't care if it's only 2 dollars--the food was contaminated. I want ALL my damn money. Their banh mi are pretty large, in comparison to other banh mi places. My favorite one is their pate & meatloaf banh mi (#2 on their menu). They also offer steamed pork buns and pate chaud, which looks like an empanada. Their pork buns are so good, my kid enjoys them cold! The drive thru is such a convenient amenity, and food always comes out piping hot and fresh in our experience. When the drive thru gets too long, ordering inside is just as convenient. The staff are straight to the point but are very patient (their menu is extensive). The inside is no frills as well, but clean and the food comes out quickly when dining in.
