First off the prices are low and you can get a lot with $20 to$25 depending on you. I saw most bowls cost $9.99 a single banh mi is under $8. Service is quick your food can be ready in 5 to 10 mins. It's hot in there if you eat in. There's also a tea shop inside sharing the space. I ordered the buy 2 sandwiches get 1 free deal for a total of around $16. I got 2 pork bbq and a ham with meat or pate, the bbq went down easy they are missing a bit of flavor and more veggies like jalapeños but for the price the amount of meat is fine. The pate chaud is served very hot, fresh, and crispy with good amount of filling. Service is good, the employees always give an extra butter on all of baguettes when we ask for it. There's rarely a line, so i never wait for more than a few minutes. I haven't tried any of the other items on the menu, so I can't comment on them. The establishment itself does not look very nice. One of the best features is the drive-through, which made picking up my to-go order incredibly convenient. Despite being busy with many diners inside, the service was fast and efficient. The staff member working the drive-through was satisfactory in their service. My coworkers and I ordered the house pho, beef stew noodle soup, and shrimp spring rolls. Every single dish was delicious and packed with flavor. We all agreed it was an excellent choice for lunch, especially given the reasonable prices. Their banh mi are pretty large, in comparison to other banh mi places. My favorite one is their pate & meatloaf banh mi (#2 on their menu). They also offer steamed pork buns and pate chaud, which looks like an empanada. Their pork buns are so good, my kid enjoys them cold! The drive thru is such a convenient amenity, and food always comes out piping hot and fresh in our experience. When the drive thru gets too long, ordering inside is just as convenient. The staff are straight to the point but are very patient (their menu is extensive). The inside is no frills as well, but clean and the food comes out quickly when dining in. This is my family's go to lunch spot when we don't have any time to make lunch between meetings or when we get the craving for banh mi. I truly recommend BMC Pho! read more

Upon walking in my mother hurt herself with a misplaced broom which was left out in the open, negligence right from the beginning. The food was contaminated with hair of all things, which is not only neglectance, but a violation of food regulations, standards, and safety. It was disgusting, an absolutely horrifying experience for us. When we went to try and get a refund, they only gave us 10 dollars for a soup that was 12. Now, I don't care if it's only 2 dollars--the food was contaminated. I want ALL my damn money.
