Spring roll and egg roll combo
Brandon F.

This has great pho and spring rolls. Service is fast and the place is small and quant. Pho has great flavor

Pho , not a large!!! Only two piece of each protein. I paid $4.00 extra for the same portion of the small.

The worst service ever. They have a kid working the cash register. Lied straight to my face! I came in to order Togo because I couldn't order online and no one answered the phone. I waited 15 min for my food, they didn't give my eggrolls, I went back. I ordered a large order of eggrolls. Only gave two.. this is after waiting another 15 min. So I went back again to get my refund for the eggrolls. Mind you I paid $20 for a "large" order of pho. An extra $4.00 for the exact same portion as a small. The kid lied to my face said there's more in the large. No there isn't!!! I'm now disputing this charge cus this place is so wrong!!! If you don't like customer service and lie about your portions, you're in the wrong business.

One of my fav comfort restaurants! I mostly do take out orders but they've never missed when I place order over the phone or online. Rice rolls & well beef brisket pho with shrimp are my go tos. Lot of parking but the lot can get pretty busy. The restaurant is easy to find, staff is always kind. I'll continue to stop by.

Walked in this place for the very first time. Clearly customer service is not their main priority. A young man approached us and dropped the menus one the table. they brought our waters .. and then our food came out. They never came back!! I have to say their food is pretty good. Their decor is busy. I feel they all have a similar look. And it did seem clean. A/C was on point.

2. Beef Noodle

stopped by here randomly after a trip to ikea. they have a huge parking lot shared with the plaza theyre in. the pho comes in 3 sizes (s, m, l) and in many different variations of beef parts and chicken. the small costed $13.99 (12/2025) and wad the perfect portion! the soup was so satiating without being too salty & the meat cooked to the perfect temperature in the soup. they were also so generous with their basil and sprouts. the service gives family business which is always nice. the restaurant has booths and tables so it's great for parties of all sizes. definitely support local business and give them a try! you cant really go wrong with a nice bowl of pho.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! As someone who does not consume beef for religious reasons but loves pho (I usually order Shrimp Pho at another spot), Pho Hanoi's Freedom Chicken Pho is perfect for me! The chicken is very tender, and honestly, the soup is incredibly tasty. The only downside is that the service could be better...if you're looking for great food without high expectations for service, it's definitely worth the visit!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Styrofoam was banned in California (cause cancer), yet they poured boiling soup into it. The soup went through the container easily. I don't know any restaurant still using styrofoam but this place.

Not a bad presentation. #2 medium pho dac biet xue lua

One of the only few Pho places in SGV than opens past 9pm. I got their dac biet #2 medium sized for $13.50. There's 5 slices of rare steak, an okay amount of brisket, not a lot of flank, and a good balance of tripe and tendon. This is the most average Pho I've had in a long time. The broth is seriously lacking aromatics/spices, there's not a lot going on. You taste a little bit of beef at first, not bad..then you go for more spoonfuls and realize there are almost no traces of roasted onion/ginger, star anise, coriander, cloves, etc. It's as if they used a little amount, or their spices are old and lacking flavor. It's not salty or with msg either so that's weird. Their brisket and tendon is sliced really thinly (like rare steak) so there's no body/flavor to them. The only thing that I liked was the tendon: surprisingly tasty and with a good beef flavor. The lack of basil was funny to me, you have to ask for it....and they only give you one tiny old basil stem. I don't need to talk about service. The tables weren't fully wiped clean (oil/soup traces from earlier), the condiments tray was oily and greasy as if they haven't wiped it in months (spoons were surprisingly newer and clean). Nevermind those, they're the idiosyncrasies of an old-school pho shop but where's all the flavors? I can overlook lots of things but the food has to be good.

However, we were told they stop seating guests after 8:30 PM and that arriving at 8:24 was "too close" to that cutoff. This was frustrating and confusing, as we technically arrived before their stated seating deadline. We dine here frequently and have always enjoyed our experiences, which made this situation especially disappointing. Being turned away despite arriving within what appears to be the acceptable window felt misleading and uncharacteristic of the service we've come to expect. If the kitchen or staff need to stop seating earlier than what customers would reasonably expect based on closing time, that policy should be made much clearer upfront. Turning guests away who arrive within the posted window feels frustrating and disappointing.

whenever I find myself in the area. While there are numerous Vietnamese restaurants available,…read morethere is one establishment that stands out as a must-try destination. Pho oh Love Located conveniently next to the Food For Less, this restaurant offers a clean and welcoming environment, which immediately adds to the pleasure of the visit. What makes this place exceptional, however, is the quality and freshness of the food. Banh Xeo Chay with shrimp, which was exquisitely crispy and delicious. Additionally, I enjoyed the Bo Luc Lac served with rice and their eggrolls. Each dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing the authentic taste Moreover, the attentive service provided by the staff greatly enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an exceptional Vietnamese meal that combines freshness, flavor, and excellent service. It is truly one of my favorite places to dine in the area.

Shop located next to a Food 4 Less. Ordered Bun Bo Hue (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) and Bun Rieu…read more(Vietnamese seafood tomato noodle soup). Not too many local Vietnamese restaurants offer Bun Rieu, I'm surprised it offers this soup! Good portion and plenty of broth for both noodle soups. Tastes as expected. Good service and food came out fairly quickly. The shop decor is similar to other Vietnamese pho places with neon lights, etc. Plenty of parking outside. Pricing wise, a little more than I expected considering the local area, but I can't complain about the portion. Also keep in mind it does charge an 18% surcharge for party of 5 or more. Worth checking it out when in the area.

Parking: The place is located in a plaza. You won't have trouble finding a space to park…read more Inside: It's a small and cozy mom and pop shop that gives at home vibes. The inside has a few booth and table seatings. I would say no more than 15 tables total. Phở Tái Sách/ Pho w/ Rare Steak and Tripe (regular): The pho bowl came with a huge size portion of noodles, soup, rare steak and tripe. On top they garnished it with green onions, cilantro and thinly sliced white onions. The meat they used is very thinly sliced and tender. The tripe was also cooked well. If you have never had tripe before I would describe it as having a super mild taste and it's mostly there to adds texture. It tastes really great too because t soaks up the broth flavor. If you like chewy noodles or mushrooms with a bit of bite, you might like tripe. The pho noodles they used are the ones I love the most. It's a thin pho noodle and they cooked them perfectly. The broth is clear, has a good depth of flavor, not overly greasy and the salt amount they added is perfect. On the side they give you a plate of other garnishes, beansprouts, chili peppers, lime, and basil which you can add to your hearts content. Spring rolls: I loved these a lot. They were very fresh and stuffed. Inside the spring roll is shrimp, sliced pork, lettuce, basil, and vermicelli. This is served with a side of peanut sauce. Loved that the sauce had chunks of peanuts for crunch. Overall: All the staff are very friendly, and the pho tastes homemade and authentic. Definitely a solid go-to when you're craving something warm and comforting. I'm so glad I found this lovely gem! I can't wait to come back again. PSA - They offer vegan pho bowls and vegetarian spring rolls and egg rolls.

Very good food, but the prices here are astronomical…read more I ordered by phone because I was driving and didn't have the ability to do it online. I was shocked when I went in to pick up that my order (a grilled pork banh mi, an order of egg rolls, and an iced coffee) was freaking $32!! I didn't get an itemized receipt, so once I got back to my car, I went to their website to look up prices. 4 egg rolls are $12.50. That's $3 per egg roll! The sandwich is $11 and the coffee is $6. The kicker is that there's a combo--sandwich and coffee--for $15. They could've saved me some money, but they chose to not to in order to make a few extra bucks. Their prerogative, but in this economy, not cool to not help out. The result: a customer who's not coming back and who's posting about it to warn others. I normally don't do this because I'm aware that mom and pops are struggling. It's also possible that the menu prices on their website are out of date and they did give me the combo price, but THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS (!!) for a sandwich (great bread and tasty but sweet pork, a little underwhelming on the fillings overall), some egg rolls (with enough lettuce for each one, as well as sauce and do chua, but also a little underfilled), and a 16 oz cup of coffee with ice and condensed milk is pretty crazy. I can get the same meal nearby for at least $5 less or find other types of food that'll feed more people for the same price.
