This business is on the corner of the "Park Plaza on Maine." Staff is professional, hardworking, and welcoming. Staff (receipt says Alma) worked nonstop. I'd continuously hear chopping, pounding, washing, and blending from behind the counter. Guests order from the counter; Staff prepares the drink; and Guests pay at the end. My drink took two minutes and 12 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I enjoyed the Daily Detox Smoothie ($16 - 32oz). The ingredients felt distinct and very fresh. The cold smoothie flowed silkily.
