    Latte-tini
    Alma H.

We decided to try this place for Father's Day, and I am so glad they open at 7:00 a.m. We were able to make a reservation for 7:45 a.m. and avoid all of the crowds. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with ample parking. The space itself is very quaint and thoughtfully decorated. It was a beautiful morning, so we opted to sit on the patio, which made for a great start to the day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. My husband ordered the Latte-tini, which he greatly enjoyed as his morning coffee drink. I had the Strawberry Matcha, which is sweetened with honey and topped with a strawberry foam. As someone who normally drinks matcha unsweetened, I was a little disappointed that the sweetness level could not be adjusted. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not overly sweet. I still would have preferred a little less sweetness, but it was a balanced drink overall, and the honey flavor was a nice touch. My husband ordered the Chile, Relleno Burger, which he absolutely loved and devoured. The Chile relleno paired well with the burger, and the burger was not as large as he initially expected, which actually worked out perfectly for him. The fries were also flavorful and nicely crispy. My son ordered the chicken tenders and fries, which were a solid option for kids. I ordered the Lengua en su Jugo, which featured a delicious, non-spicy green sauce with beans, bacon bits, and garnishes. It was genuinely delicious. The lengua was tender without being chewy or mushy, and the flavors came together really well. Honestly, the only thing I was disappointed by was that the tortillas were not handmade. To finish, my husband and I shared an order of the molletes, which ended up being the highlight of the meal. The bread was light and airy rather than a thick, heavy bolillo, and the butter and sugar added the perfect touch of sweetness and crispness. We are definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu. Overall, this is a pretty solid spot for brunch and one that I would happily recommend.

Atmosphere is nice. This place used to called Vaca Brunch when I last came. Anyways, it's upgraded some to a more brunch type vibe. Service is 6/10. We just got off a 4-day cruise so we're not dressed up. I felt like that's maybe why.. but regardless. The $49 steak was a flop. Lots of fat and the steak is very low quality especially for the hefty price. 5.5/10 Drinks (banana and marzapan) were 10/10. Delicious. Marzapan French toast 4/10. The French toast was dry inside and still somehow very soggy. Bean and cheese appritizer 7/10. The cheeses were cold and some of it looked old.

I think my dad had the lengua and it came with fresh handmade tortillas. He's a bit picky but he devoured it.

Brunching with my dad and the pup so we took the outside seating which is very nice. Inside ambience and decor is slightly modern yet cozy. I liked their dinnerware. Great food presentation. The green chilaquiles were just how I like them, crunchy, mild, and hot. Our waitress was very pleasant although she forgot a few items, she corrected the issue with no hassle. Will definitely return! Plenty of parking although it can get busy. I hear it is especially busy on the weekends and waiting time can exceed an hour. We visited during the week and did not have to wait at all.

Daisy the absolute best service! I've been here twice, and both times the food, drinks and service did not disappoint! Portions are great. Dishes are flavorful. Drinks in a bag is a must! It's in a convenient shopping center, with plenty of parking. Both indoor and outdoor seating. The music they were playing in the morning set the tone for our day. Great playlist! This has become our go to breakfast place.

I've passed by the one in Newport. I had no idea there was one in my backyard. It was a great place. They had indoors and outdoor seating. They played music and the space felt great. The food was equally as impressive. Expect to pay for quality.

Maria was our server, she was amazing! Great customer service The drinks and food were also great!

Came here for the first time to have brunch with my bestie! Service was 10/10, great recommendations for both food and drinks (not pictured). The food was good. Chicharron y guacamole was okay, huge chunks of jalapeños inside the guacamole which was a shock to my tongue I was not expecting LOL I'd rate it a 6/10, probably wouldn't get it again. The Chicharron themselves were good. Fresas con crema waffles were delicious, 8/10! Not too sweet at all & the waffles were soft with a slight crunch. The star of the show was the chilaquiles w/chorizo, so bomb! 10/10! The restaurant itself isn't too big but not super small either, lots of seating inside and some seating outside as well. They do have larger tables if you're planning to come with a group. Parking is super easy as the restaurant is located in a large plaza. Overall experience was great, I would come back again.

Walked in on a Sunday morning and got seated right away luckily. Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. We ordered two items: Birria chilaquiles were tasty. We got both the green and red sauce. Bionico pancake: sweet cream sauce, granola and fresh berries

Loved my experience at Pradera Brunch! The food was delicious--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The mimosa was refreshing and the perfect complement to brunch. Maria was amazing: friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Great vibes, excellent service, and fantastic food. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The ambiance is very cutesy and romantic! I got sat right away and they had the cutest concha appetizer which I got, along with a cafe de olla. Both were very good. Representation of food was so good! Service was nice and friendly. I took a bunch of pictures. For reference I got the conchas, chilaquiles, and wet burrito. Big portions and definitely shareable.

I was excited to try this place and was a bit disappointed as service was not the best. It was not such a busy day, and we kept having to ask for refills on water. We ordered the boring breakfast, queso fundido(appetizer)- which only came with 3 tortillas which was not enough to finish the appetizer. We ordered the breakfast skillet and the chilaquiles. The bacon was burned on both plates. We got the appetizer and no plates until after eating for a while then they brought plates. Also thought it was interesting we got plastic cups for water while the table next to use got regular cups. I ordered the pink carlota drink and it was delicious. Food expectations were much higher, and truthfully wasn't the best. Average and decent. Cute place to check out.

I ordered their chilaquiles con salsa verde and a spicier red salsa on the side. I considered the options they had with meat too, but opted for the carnitas taco with a handmade tortilla which was absolutely delicious. Their red salsa was spicy but rich in flavor--it seemed to have a bit of oregano in it too. Paired with the coffee and it was a home run. Service was fine, and the ambience was very homey too. My only concern was the bill. I was overcharged a bit compared to the menu prices but the receipt was not itemized. Little to say I was very excited my excitement quickly went out the window upon trying my food. 1. We order machaca con huevo and the meat they used, was like they took it out the pot of cocido and just mixed it in with the egg . It was not the correct preparation to call this dish "Machaca" 2. I also order their red chilaquiles in guajillo sauce and I picked up a citrus flavor my taste buds didn't appreciate. They were not spicy. I requested sour cream, they brought me literally white water, I told waitress about the issue - She proceeded to tell me how the sour cream came in that way today . Rice and beans were also salty. My Bill came out to 46.00 for coffee , angua Fresca and 2 dishes . I wouldn't mind if my food would've been delicious for now I leave with a sour experience.
