Tamarindo margarita
Jerry F.

The rainy weather and Happy Hour specials were calling on this Friday afternoon. We arrived just before 4p, and to my surprise, there's a daily lunch special that ends at 4p. While everything on the menu sounded good for just $12 a meal, I stuck with the quesabirria and pork belly tacos, as well as the enchiladas. Everything was delicious, especially the tacos. My girlfriend and I tried the tamarindo and watermelon margaritas at just $7 a drink during Happy Hour and were thoroughly pleased, so much so that my gf, who tries tamarindo margaritas wherever she goes, wanted me to share with you guys just how much the one here at La Cosecha is her favorite. Overall, the service was great while we sat at the bar, the food and drinks were delicious, and the prices were quite affordable. I'll have to make the short drive more often after this one.

Came here around 2pm on a Friday and there was plenty of parking and no wait. Drinks were ok, strong and tastes strong but that was about it. Plates were a decent size, we loved the sauce for the pork belly was DELICIOUS and we wanted more of it for our plates but other than that everything was ok. The churros were also just ok. Kinda hard and overly sweet. Even the kiddos didn't enjoy it.

Chips and salsa and beans $5

Came here on a Tuesday around 630pm and we were the only ones seated in the dining area. I don't know why cuz this place is GOOD!!! Nancy was our server and she had great recommendations. I ordered the wet surf and turf and my husband had the enchilada flight. The green salsa was our favorite and we asked for pico de gallo and the chef made it fresh for us. We are not locals but we will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu!

Flamin' Hot Roll

Let me start off by saying their mango margaritas were absolutely delicious!! It wasn't too sweet or too strong. It was perfectly done! Every food we got was delicious! The flamin hot roll and aguachiles negros were my favorite! We came here on a lunch break and service was excellent. The ambience was just right. We would definitely return! Definitely give this place a try

My mother and I came in on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't super packed with folks. This place definitely looks like there's more ambience in the nighttime with the music and decor but we still had a good time! As we walked in, we were greeted and sat right away- It did take some time to take our drink order, but the server was still super friendly, and willing to answer any questions. I ordered a pineapple drink that is similar to a piña colada without the blended ice and my mom ordered a margarita. I would say their specialty is more leaning towards the drinks rather than the food so expect to pay nothing less than $15 for a drink. I got the aguachiles, which is a traditional seafood dish that is essentially marinated and cooked in lime juice with spicy salsa on top. This plate, however, wasn't as spicy as I expected it to be, but still very yummy and satisfied my cravings. My mom ordered the Carne Asada plate and said it was very yummy, but the portion was not worth $35; compared to what a traditional Mexican restaurant would serve for a similar if not lesser price. Overall, it was a great first try, but I would definitely come back with friends to celebrate a birthday or something more late night Party-Like!

Ensalada de la Casa / House Salad with Shrimp
Rosa R.

Dinner with friends, ordered the house salad with shrimp, this was absolutely amazing and would definitely come back just for this! We enjoyed desserts, plating needs to be updated, plates were way too big for desserts, but they were delicious! Even though we enjoyed dinner and our waitress was amazing, the music was way too loud and honestly annoying and difficult hearing conversation at our table!

Food was delicious as well as our service! A bit loud but hey it's Friday! Lol will definitely be back for breakfast!

Found this nice Mexican bistro when I was craving pancakes. A large group was ahead of us but I have made a reservation for 2 on the app. There was hardly any wait to be seated. We got complimentary conchas with our drink order. The cafe de Olla was so good, it was just a little too sweet for me. I asked for regular coffee as refill. Coffee was hot and freshly brewed. My son ordered the La Cosecha breakfast- steak, eggs, chilaquiles, house potatoes, beans, sour cream, queso fresco, red and green sauce. I had the classic breakfast- eggs, bacon, house potatoes, and pancake. Luckily I ordered the tres leches pancakes to appease my craving. The house made cinnamon butter on the pancakes was divine. I didn't need the syrup though it was provided. Service was prompt and friendly. This is a lively, slightly expensive casual dining experience. There's plenty of free parking.

Margarita flight

Came here last minute before a comedy show, it's Margarita Monday and the flight was only 20$. Amazing. The food. Amazing. I didn't even take a picture because we started eating. Definitely recommend. Everything was delicious.

Outstanding service! Amazing cuisine! Perfecto cleanliness! Yo soy guito but this place was fire!

I've passed by here several times and really wanted to dine here. Finally got to, and glad I did. Flavorful dishes! The guacamole was so creamy and dreamy. Everything was a 10! Good customer service and pretty spacious dining area.

Happy hour flight $25:)

This place was actually pretty Awesome!! They have such a good happy hour menu W lots of delicious options (try the pork belly). We sat at the bar, the music was good and the vibes were right!!!! JACKIE was our bartender, she was INCREDIBLE!! She made sure we had a blast celebrating my niece's birthday. I definitely recommend coming here w friends... its cute, trendy and the food was great. Is the food here to go also?

Hi! Yes you can order through a delivery app or call in your order to pick up.

Is this adult only place?

It can be loud and there is certainly alcohol (although it's really just beer and wine...are we calling that alcohol?), but no, it's certainly not Adult Only. It's far more of a restaurant than a bar...even for Taco Tuesday. :D

Is there bottomless mimosas if so how much and what time?

Hello, yes there is. We have bottomless mimosas every Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm. $25 per person.

We even got dressed up because the vibe online felt fancy and elevated. Unfortunately, the experience was very different in person. The space is extremely small and overcrowded, to the point where you can barely move, let alone order a drink. We squeezed our way toward the back just to find a little breathing room, but it was constant "excuse me" in every direction. With how packed it was, the bartenders seemed to be moving at a slow pace with little sense of urgency, which made getting to the bar nearly impossible. After waiting about 10 minutes without being able to place an order, we ended up leaving. It was disappointing, especially after driving out excited to try the drinks we saw online. The photos make the space feel much bigger and more relaxed than it actually is, which created a very different expectation. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype and first impressions fell flat.

The place itself has a really cool vibe, kind of an old brick, industrial style that gives it character. We had a private outdoor room in the back, which was a great setup for a party. They also had games available, which added to the fun. For a Saturday night around 7:30-8:00 p.m., it wasn't overly crowded, There was plenty of parking, and most of the staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick with service. Drink prices were reasonable too,. The only downside, and honestly a big one for me, is the food situation. If you want food, You're required to order from the restaurant next door due to their contract (according to security at the door), and the prices are pretty steep. For example, $32 for 12 chicken wings with no sides just didn't sit right with me. We asked if we could bring in outside food (we were craving pizza), but security said no until the restaurant closes, which was too late for us. Because of that restriction, I probably wouldn't return. It's unfortunate, because the place itself has good vibes and a lot of potential. If they allowed more flexibility with food options, it would make a big difference.

Right away, the vibe was giving outdoor patio but with cozy indoor energy. Super clean inside and out, and the staff was really friendly. Our waitress this morning--her name was "B"--was the sweetest. Super kind, always checking in on us and making sure we were good. If you're like me and super indecisive, I usually stalk the menu the night before. But this menu was HUGE--pages and pages. I flipped straight to the brunch section in the back (three full pages!) and landed on the Supreme Skillet: potatoes, over-easy eggs, bell peppers, ham, and sausage. It came with three tortillas of your choice--I picked corn. Taste-wise, it was good, but I wish there were bigger and more pieces of meat. Compared to other skillets I've had, this one was a little light on the protein. It was $17.99. I'd rate it a 6.5/10, but with the refried beans on the side, it bumped up to a 6.9/10. My bestie ordered the Combo Benedict with French toast sticks, and honestly...the French toast sticks were the star. Super crispy, fluffy inside, and perfect with syrup. We also got the mimosa flight--mango, strawberry, and peach. All were tasty, super cute, and very Instagram-worthy. I can totally see this place popping at night with music and drinks. That said, even in the morning with only one other couple next to us, the music was pretty loud--it was kinda hard to talk during our brunch, literally had to look at besties lips to know what she's saying. I can't even imagine nighttime volume, lol. Overall: Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5 Definitely a fun spot to try, especially if it's your first time! But def plenty better brunch food out there! Happy eats!

It proved more difficult when dealing with the owner Scott. I'll start by saying the end result was us rescheduling at the same rate that we booked & our event went well, however it wasn't without hiccups. When rescheduling, we were specifically instructed by Scott to cancel our booking in Peerspace & rebook the new date. That's when issues started. Before cancelling I mentioned how Peerspace won't refund our full amount & Scott replied that whatever isn't refunded will be credited toward the new date. That didn't happen without us constantly reaching out via text, email, & Peerspace. When you request a date on Peerspace it's pending review/approval from Blush, however it charges you immediately. Since we opted for the payment plan that required about half down & remainder later, we were waiting on our refund to book the new date. It never came. When we were finally able to have a phone call with Scott, I couldn't get one word in the entire time he was mansplaining the world of business. He was very patronizing & I swallowed my pride because we just wanted a resolve & to not lose the deposit. I asked very clearly whether he was going to uphold our agreement. He did, but under the condition that we pay the remainder of our balance upfront in good faith to them. We did & that was that. Thereafter, it was back & forth whether Chris would still be working our event which Scott said he was. Chris was the saving grace of Blush in our opinion. Customer service & how you treat people is king, so it put our hearts at ease. But not for long, since it was changed later to Jin. Getting Jin to respond was difficult. We requested a final walk through with our coordinator about a month before our event. Jin told us he wasn't feeling well & wasn't present for most of the walk through. So we asked questions via email instead. I specifically mentioned a clean facility is important to us. The place just wasn't as polished as we first saw it. He was responsive only after I'd send text follow ups. The week of, not at all. I was waiting on confirmation about our drink selection which I never got & we just hoped it would all work out the day of. Day of our coordinator arrived first. The bathrooms were clean but the bar, cocktail tables, mirror hallway, & front door were full of fingerprints and sticky as if not cleaned from a previous event. We were told there would be 2 staff & that they'd be able to help us move cocktail tables. We weren't aware one of those people would be Jin & he wasn't helpful at all. He completely ignored our coordinator & aunt, but jumped to help our DJ with the sound system. We can only conclude it's because our DJ is a man & as a same sex female couple that leaves such a bad taste in our mouths. Our coordinator & aunt ended up cleaning everything with the one rag & spray bottle he gave after we repeated asked. Coordinator, wife, son, & I moved the heavy tables/ottomans. The drinks didn't taste like our selections. But the worst part was that he started charging our guests upon arrival. My wife & I stepped away to change our clothes. We were there 1.5hrs before start time & Jin never approached us or our coordinator for our card. He also had our itinerary ahead of time and met our coordinator. FYI on top of booking fees, you're also required to use their bar service for ALL drinks alcohol/nonalcohol which is included info on Peerspace. We agreed we'd cover the required minimum of $2500 & once we reached that amount it would turn into a cash bar. Our guests approached us confused about the bar so my wife personally went to Jin & asked why people were being charged, to which he responded "I couldn't find you guys." They immediately include their tip, which we weren't aware of, so drinks totaled to about $2100 w/ the remainder being tax/tip. They continuously ran out of cups & had zero cups for the water dispensers. We were refilling used water bottles to give to the kids. My aunt & cousin were busing tables. Bartenders didn't care to stay quiet or hold drink orders during vows. Every video we have of our vows is them shaking drinks & slamming glassware. There were good things too, kinda. It wasn't communicated to us that the front bathroom was for staff only & we had a outfit change planned, so after first saying no, Jin ended up letting my wife & I use the front bathroom. Also him assisting our DJ resulted in the music going well. It's sadly overshadowed by all the other things that needed improvement. It comes down to a lack of customer service & professional decorum, because the venue itself is beautiful. We gave a final 3 STARS because everything came together. Those missing components are just so vital. A work day for them is literally someone else's most important day that they're choosing and paying to celebrate at Blush.
