A perfect brunch spot to start mom's birthday. I arrived earlier than my party to reserve a table for seven expecting a longer wait time, though to my amazement there was already one available. The hostess, servers, and every employee for that matter, were very polite, greeting us upon arrival while also thanking us upon leaving. The menu was diverse but focused, specializing in traditional Mexican breakfast like chilaquiles and other American classics like pancakes. My table ordered three orders of chilaquiles and one birria plate, and everyone was thoroughly pleased with their choices. I especially loved where we were seated under the cherry blossom tree, away from the rest of the dining area in the center of the room. I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a new brunch spot, for its friendly employees and the delicious food made it an enjoyable experience.

    Green juice & matcha

This was my first time at Pradera Brunch. The location caught me off guard, it's a really nice spot but not in the nicest area. Right outside were people who seemed to be in an altered state. Once we were inside, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The menu has a lot of range so there's something for everyone. You can choose from Mexican breakfast, American breakfast, burgers, tacos etc... They also have a ton of drink options like juice, frappe, matcha, coffee. Drinks: I started with the green juice that was freshly squeezed and perfectly balanced. My friend got a matcha latte at half sweetness level, and it was still wayyy too sweet. What we ordered: My friend ordered the chilaquiles and added asada. They only offer red or green sauce and we went with green which was bright and delicious. I really like that you can add different proteins to basically any dish on the menu. I got the Tabla Campestre, which came with flat iron steak, chorizo, chile relleno, guac, roasted peppers, beans, and salsa. Portions were generous, but the steak came out well done. I realized they never asked how we wanted it prepared, but I should've said something, lesson learned for next time. Overall, the service, ambiance, and food were all good. But in my opinion, Girasol in Monrovia still has the best Mexican brunch!

Great brunch place with friends. Clean spacious restaurant, good for groups and friendly staff. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait. First time having Horchata Iced Matcha and it was really good. It wasn't very sweet and had great matcha flavor. I liked my Ahi Tuna Tostada. I wasn't sure what to expect but gave it try since I like ahi tuna. It was actually yummy. The tuna was packed with flavor and it was more of a tartare. The red chili sauce was good, it wasn't spicy at all. It was more sweet than anything else. If you're looking for a good brunch place, then give this place a try.

Came here around noon on a Sunday and there was about a 30-35 minute wait, but it was absolutely worth it! We started with the chicharrón and guacamole, and it ended up being my favorite part of the meal. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful--I could've kept eating it all day. For drinks, we ordered the matcha and a frappé, and they were almost too cute to drink! I love aesthetically made drinks, and these definitely delivered both in presentation and taste. I was craving chilaquiles, so I ordered the birria chilaquiles. They were delicious, and the portion was huge! It came with so much birria that I still had leftovers to take home. Personally, I prefer the red sauce over the green, but that's just my preference. Overall, the food, drinks, and atmosphere made the wait completely worth it. I definitely want to come back and try more of the menu!

This is a great place for breakfast. The smoked brisket Benedict was surprisingly juicy and tender, a bit reminiscent of some DFW smoke houses. We ordered a side of pork belly, which was melt to your mouth amazing, and the Horchata had a really cold twist because it was infused with chopped peanuts. This was solid and I would definitely come back.

Pradera exceeded our expectations! The chilaquiles and birria taquitos are absolute must-orders, and the kids loved the licuados in a bag. Maria took amazing care of us and made our first visit seamless. Outstanding service and delicious food for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. 10/10 recommend!

Atmosphere is nice. This place used to called Vaca Brunch when I last came. Anyways, it's upgraded some to a more brunch type vibe. Service is 6/10. We just got off a 4-day cruise so we're not dressed up. I felt like that's maybe why.. but regardless. The $49 steak was a flop. Lots of fat and the steak is very low quality especially for the hefty price. 5.5/10 Drinks (banana and marzapan) were 10/10. Delicious. Marzapan French toast 4/10. The French toast was dry inside and still somehow very soggy. Bean and cheese appritizer 7/10. The cheeses were cold and some of it looked old.

The food was delicious and there is a verity to choose from. The service was great our server was very attentive and food came out pretty fast (we did go at 2pm). The atmosphere was very clean and we were celebrating a birthday so they brought out a sweet treat We wanted to do mimosas but the champagne bottle was $70.. which seemed pretty ridiculous so we each got a glass of mimosa for $10 which still seemed over priced but we were out celebrating so we can't complain too much. I would definitely recommend :)

I think my dad had the lengua and it came with fresh handmade tortillas. He's a bit picky but he devoured it.

Brunching with my dad and the pup so we took the outside seating which is very nice. Inside ambience and decor is slightly modern yet cozy. I liked their dinnerware. Great food presentation. The green chilaquiles were just how I like them, crunchy, mild, and hot. Our waitress was very pleasant although she forgot a few items, she corrected the issue with no hassle. Will definitely return! Plenty of parking although it can get busy. I hear it is especially busy on the weekends and waiting time can exceed an hour. We visited during the week and did not have to wait at all.

Daisy the absolute best service! I've been here twice, and both times the food, drinks and service did not disappoint! Portions are great. Dishes are flavorful. Drinks in a bag is a must! It's in a convenient shopping center, with plenty of parking. Both indoor and outdoor seating. The music they were playing in the morning set the tone for our day. Great playlist! This has become our go to breakfast place.

Pradera is officially one of our new favorite brunch spots! We loved everything we ordered: the chilaquiles, breakfast skillet, chicken enchiladas, and the chicken curry sandwich. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The vibes were on point, love the tables, decor and how they serve all their yummy drinks! You can tell that they pay special attention to all the small details that overall make a phenomenal great experience! A special shoutout to our waitress, Maria, who made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. Highly recommend Pradera for a delicious brunch and be sure to ask for Maria if you can. We'll definitely be back!

    Latte-tini

We decided to try this place for Father's Day, and I am so glad they open at 7:00 a.m. We were able to make a reservation for 7:45 a.m. and avoid all of the crowds. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with ample parking. The space itself is very quaint and thoughtfully decorated. It was a beautiful morning, so we opted to sit on the patio, which made for a great start to the day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. My husband ordered the Latte-tini, which he greatly enjoyed as his morning coffee drink. I had the Strawberry Matcha, which is sweetened with honey and topped with a strawberry foam. As someone who normally drinks matcha unsweetened, I was a little disappointed that the sweetness level could not be adjusted. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not overly sweet. I still would have preferred a little less sweetness, but it was a balanced drink overall, and the honey flavor was a nice touch. My husband ordered the Chile, Relleno Burger, which he absolutely loved and devoured. The Chile relleno paired well with the burger, and the burger was not as large as he initially expected, which actually worked out perfectly for him. The fries were also flavorful and nicely crispy. My son ordered the chicken tenders and fries, which were a solid option for kids. I ordered the Lengua en su Jugo, which featured a delicious, non-spicy green sauce with beans, bacon bits, and garnishes. It was genuinely delicious. The lengua was tender without being chewy or mushy, and the flavors came together really well. Honestly, the only thing I was disappointed by was that the tortillas were not handmade. To finish, my husband and I shared an order of the molletes, which ended up being the highlight of the meal. The bread was light and airy rather than a thick, heavy bolillo, and the butter and sugar added the perfect touch of sweetness and crispness. We are definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu. Overall, this is a pretty solid spot for brunch and one that I would happily recommend.

One thing I am not too happy about was the use of plastic utensils. Now I'm not one to judge bc it could be maybe they do not have enough staff and it is completely understandable, but I mean I'm cutting into a steak so maybe a plastic knife isn't the way to go? It felt more like Americanized Mexican fusion, and overall it was just mediocre. Considering the higher prices, I expected much better quality and flavor. To top it off, an automatic 18% gratuity was added to the bill, which didn't feel justified given the level of service we received. Overall, I won't be returning.
