First time here and it was amazing!!! There is a bit of a wait to Get in (30min for party of 2). The inside is small and crowded but the atmosphere is fun. My son and I ordered the horchata frappe it did not disappoint. I got the breakfast skillet and he ordered the bionico waffles. Service could have been friendlier but overall the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was excited to try this place and was a bit disappointed as service was not the best. It was not such a busy day, and we kept having to ask for refills on water. We ordered the boring breakfast, queso fundido(appetizer)- which only came with 3 tortillas which was not enough to finish the appetizer. We ordered the breakfast skillet and the chilaquiles. The bacon was burned on both plates. We got the appetizer and no plates until after eating for a while then they brought plates. Also thought it was interesting we got plastic cups for water while the table next to use got regular cups. I ordered the pink carlota drink and it was delicious. Food expectations were much higher, and truthfully wasn't the best. Average and decent. Cute place to check out.

1st time here and not the last. Brought my mom for Mother's Day and it did not disappoint. Staff was extremely friendly. Ambience is a vibe, mariachis were the cherry on top. Our server Sandy was so friendly and recommended theee best drinks. Fresa Jamaica drink transported me to the oceans of Cancun so bomb. Everything was delicious.

Ambiance is welcoming, open concept, lots of natural light comes in. Service was good. Our server was on top of her food and drink knowledge. Now when it comes to the food : (the drink) I got the two flavors liquado. I got the strawberry and banana. It was okay. For my taste it was very watery so it didn't really appeal to me in that way. Flavor was good though. Food wise I got the brisket Benedict the meat was nice and tender the egg was gooey in the center. My only thing was that you couldn't really differentiate what exact meat you were eating. My daughter and niece ate the mazapán pancakes. Good portions for two little girls. Overall, I will come back to try something else. Presentations are good though. Portions are great.

Loved it! Service is great sort of a wait but i get it this place is popular and worth the wait. Had the chilaquiles and brisket the cinnamon toast crunch frap. And the Cheese appetizer everything was good cafe de olla everything was delicious and filling and the price is fair for the quality and quantity you get overall i give this place a solid 4.5 just cuz of the wait not their fault but it is because theyre so popular

OMG.. YUM!! It's my daughter's 16th birthday and this is one of... if not her favorite breakfast spot! The decor is so cute! The larger table has a cherry blossom type tree hanging over it which is such a sweet little spot we have sat in before. Decorated for the spring with bunnies and carrots today! I haven't ordered the same thing twice because it all sounds so delicious and everything has been so good! From the coffees, to the savories and sweets we have never been disappointed. Service was also great. Conchas came out nice and warm and food didn't take too long.

Had the best experience here with our server Maria! Maria was very attentive and professional. She constantly checked on our table and food was quick to get to us. The environment is welcoming and so easy to enjoy. The food was exceptionally good and the green salsa was everything. Will def come back and would want Maria as our server again. She was 10/10.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was more frustrating than enjoyable. First off, if you're trying to make a reservation, don't bother calling -- no one answers. My cousin tried calling on two different days with no luck. When we signed up on the waitlist, the app showed no parties ahead of us, but when we asked in person we were told there were two parties ahead. Then the app suddenly showed one person ahead of us? Very confusing and poorly communicated. We were told the wait would be 40 minutes or less, but we ended up waiting over an hour. While this wasn't entirely the restaurant's fault (a large party had already paid and chose not to leave), it still affected the overall experience. This place is definitely not recommended for large parties -- everyone else seemed to get seated quickly. Food-wise, it was hit or miss. The licuado de chocolate was delicious -- very chocolatey, and I loved that you could actually taste the banana. The chilaquiles were yummy, and the guacamole had good flavor. However, some of the chicharrón was too hard, which was disappointing. On top of that, we weren't given any utensils or napkins for the appetizers (chicharrón and ceviche), which feels like a basic oversight. There was also confusion around refills. Fountain soda is free refill, but Mexican Coke isn't since it's bottled -- fine. However, orange juice for my little cousin wasn't a refill either, which wasn't clear. The menu states free refills for café de olla, but when we asked, we were told that only applies to hot café de olla -- something that wasn't specified on the menu. Overall, the food has potential, but between the long wait, inconsistent communication, lack of basic table setup, and unclear policies, the experience fell short. With better organization and clearer expectations, this place could be much better.

Let's start before you even get there: my cousins called four times over two days to ask about hours and reservations -- no one ever answered, she even left voicemails. So if you're planning to call ahead, don't rely on it. We were quoted a 40-minute or less wait at 10:50 a.m. Yelp showed zero parties ahead of us, and the hostess confirmed it. Suddenly, there were two parties ahead of us... then five more parties were seated before us. We were told the tables "had paid already and were just waiting to leave." After 20 minutes of that explanation, we were finally seated at 12:20 p.m. That's a 1 hour and 30 minute wait for a promised 40 minutes. Also important to note: for parties of 6 or more, 20% gratuity is automatically added, so even if service is rough, you're still paying it. Now, the good: The inside is BEAUTIFUL -- very woodsy and floral, super aesthetic. They also have two gender-neutral bathrooms, which is appreciated. Food-wise, the chicharrón and guac was delicious -- super crispy and flavorful. I ordered the pork belly eggs benedict (scrambled), and the pork belly was AMAZING. Potatoes were crispy, eggs tasted like eggs (which is good), and the sauce worked well. Service, however, was very disorganized. Our server was Ariana, but honestly, it was hard to tell because multiple people were helping us and no one really checked in. They brought our food before utensils and napkins -- we had to ask for them. When they finally arrived, only three people got metal utensils and the rest of us got plastic ones I ordered an iced café de olla. The menu states "free refill," but apparently that only applies to the hot version -- which is not specified anywhere on the menu. I had the manager (Daisy) clarify, and she confirmed it's hot drinks only. I suggested they update the menu, because as written, it's misleading. To top it off, no one checked on us while we were eating. Drinks for my cousin's boyfriend and the little girl with us ran out, and we couldn't ask for refills because... no one came by. I'm still low-key salty about my café de olla refill situation . Overall: beautiful space and good food, but the wait time, lack of communication, and inattentive service really hurt the experience. I wanted to love this place more, but they seriously need to work on organization and guest communication.

There's something about hiking 7.5 miles that brings out an appetite... here comes Pradera Brunch into my life. We were a bit intimidated by the possible wait time but decided to try it out it anyway. Party of 4, peak hour, and we were seated in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday ( late morning). Parking: located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking, but the lot was pretty full. There's inside and outdoor seating. The inside was beautifully decorated. Tons of food and beverage options. If we ever decide to go on this crazy hike again- we will definitely come and eat here again. SHOUT OUT TO OUR WAITRESS MARIA WHO WAS NOTHING SHORT OF FAB.U.LOUS!!! WE WILL BE SEEING YOU SOON MARIA!

Had a great experience at Pradera Brunch. The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and felt very authentic. Despite it being a busy Valentine's weekend, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!

My friend from Taiwan and I came to this place to meet an old friend who recommended this place. Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly impressed with the food and environment. The place is really clean. The food is delicious and the presentation is really pleasant. The service was wonderful. No rush, allowed us to catch up on our friendship. She has a very nice smile.

We came here for brunch for 3. We tried to do a reservation, but were not able to and walked in instead. It was not a long wait at about 10am. We actually had to wait for our party to all be present. We ordered the cafe de olla and waters. We also got 2 chilaquiles and the breakfast skillet with sausage and bacon. We were also near the kitchen so we got to see all the food coming out. The drinks are so pretty and it was not what we had gotten. The food was delicious and none of us has leftovers. We definitely want to come back since the portions were perfect too. The cafe de olla was not too sweet either. The service was efficient and the waitress was so patient with us. We noticed there was a 90 minute limit too just as an FYI. We left beforehand so we are not sure how strict that part is.

They served a side a bread and we had to ask for butter which is no big deal. Unfortunately the staff doesn't really speak a lot of English but pointing at what we wanted worked really well. One thing I am not too happy about was the use of plastic utensils. Now I'm not one to judge bc it could be maybe they do not have enough staff and it is completely understandable, but I mean I'm cutting into a steak so maybe a plastic knife isn't the way to go? Servers kept walking past our table without checking in and honestly looked kind of lost or wandering around aimlessly. Luckily they keep water pitchers on the tables already filled, which now makes perfect sense considering how long it takes to get service. Smart move on their part. I ordered the avocado toast with a side of bacon, and my husband ordered the chorizo skillet. The coffees and my food came out quickly, but his never did. Instead, we watched an older server walk around the restaurant with his skillet and bacon, stopping at multiple tables asking if it belonged to them. Twice she set it down at other tables before being told it wasn't theirs. The third time, she finally brought it to us. That seems like it should be a health issue, what if someone else had stuck their fingers in it not knowing. By then, my husband didn't even want it anymore because it had already been sitting in front of other people. To their credit, they remade it, but then we waited another 15 minutes for his food while I had already finished eating. We actually watched another couple sitting next to us get so frustrated because their order was completely forgotten. After waiting forever with no food and barely any acknowledgment, they eventually just got up and left. Overall, cute spot and really good coffee, but the service was incredibly disorganized and the food mix-up was a huge turnoff. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
