FYI: YOU CANNOT GET PHO FROM THE DRIVE THRU. Makes sense cuz they don't wanna be accidentally spilling hot soup on their customers. I don't usually go to this location very often, since 2 others are much closer to me, but I had to pick up some catering for a party and this was THE ONLY LOCATION THAT HAD A FUNCTIONAL PHONE NUMBER AND PICKED UP, within a reasonable driving distance for me! That's already some good customer service there. I'll be honest, in the past I've had issues with the T-amo here and the cleanliness of the dining room, but that's another story. I got a small platter of fried rice and 50 egg rolls catering to go for a party and 4 BOGO free boba milk teas. Although they let me know that my order was going to be ready at 1:30 PM, since I got there a bit earlier, I actually got my order pretty early (15 minutes earlier). AC was blasting on such a hot day, so that was really nice. The fried rice had a decent amount of shrimp in it and wasn't too dry, but the cilantro was a bit soggy and wilted. Overall decent. You can NEVER go wrong with the egg rolls here. Unlike Chinese egg rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls are filled with MEAT! There's also mushroom and vermicelli noodles in it too. Very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It also comes with a side of sealed fish sauce for dipping purposes. Although it was pretty dang oily, it was a HIT with the party goers, who are not accustomed to this genre of food before. So happy to share it with them! Standard sweet boba milk tea. Only issue was that ALL the boba was sticky and clumped to each other. Making it a bit harder to drink for sure. read more

This isn't my usual BMC Pho, I usually frequent the one on Hacienda. Although, they are the same company its very strange that the food tasted different. It wasn't bad but different. The egg rolls are delicious (different than the one on Hacienda) The French bread is a bit softer at this location and they put a bit more cilantro and less meat. The customer service was fast and Friendly. Other than the taste the only other issue I had with them was when I tried calling to place an order they did not answer the phone. Which is not typical with their other location. I prefer my location but if you are in the area and need a good Bahn Mi at 8am check them out! read more

Ordered the number 1 combo from the sandwiches. I thought I was getting a good deal for the buy 2 get 1 free. Such a disappointment. The sandwich barely has any meat compared to bread ratio. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru to be turned away at the window because there credit card systems were down. It's truly a simple task to tell someone we are only taking cash. It wasn't until our food was ready and the card was in the employee hand and then so magically the card system no longer worked at that exact moment. We sat patiently for 30 mins to leave empty handed. Please do not waste you time or money here. The service is generally fast, but there can be some difficulties with calling in the order. They don't offer the buy 2, get 1 free baguette deal on their current website, but they do offer the party size option (need to order in advance). It's been awhile since I was so hungover and in need of some good ol' pho, but BMC Pho is a real lifesaver! I love this place for so many reasons: 1) they are open early, 2) cheap and affordable even through Ubereats, 3) packaging was very well done, and 4) they did not skimp on the meats! I ordered three Special Combination Beef Noodle Soup ($9.95) and received the food at the door in half an hour (which was over 20 minutes earlier than the estimated time). Bless the Ubereats driver and BMC Pho for preparing the food so quickly! Everything was packaged so nicely and all the ingredients and soup were separated. They measured it perfectly so that all the noodles and meat fit perfectly in the bowl of broth once you put it in. They also have lots of sliced beef, tripe, meatballs to balance out with the noodles. The broth was light and fragrant, which was just perfect after adding some sriracha and hoisin sauce. I would definitely order from here again even if I wasn't hungover. Plus, they have a drive-thru at the location. What more can you ask for when it comes to convenience? read more

I have been coming to this place for about 8 years now. Back then, it was the first time I had ever tried pho and they had set the bar incredibly high when it came to good, quality pho places. I always get the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. I have yet to find a pho place that even comes close to making a dish even remotely as good as that one. There is a great assortment of meats, which balance out with the amount of cabbage they include. It's a nice amount of spice and its one of my favorite dishes from any place, ever. The charge was finally posted to our account and we were charged the full amount for our original order, even though the receipt attached to our order listed just the items that we actually received with a different total. So I took in the receipt and I politely...and this is important, folks! Be polite! The world does NOT need any more rude people...I politely spoke to the owner/manager about the issue. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me the difference but even offered to comp me some food or a couple of drinks. Now some food would have been good, but I also didn't want to impose on his graciousness, and so I asked if I could just get a Boba Milk Tea. He made me TWO Milk Teas with Boba! And it's pretty good! We will return. First impression, place is dirty and run down. I had placed an order online via yelp. Whe I arrived i thought the place looked abandoned. But when I pulled up.to the drive-thru, I saw another car. It had been a good 20 minutes since I had placed my order. I waited about 10 minutes behind another car. So total time after ordering was about 30 minutes, i get to the windows and my order isn't ready. I had ordered a Bun Bu Hue and a sandwich, a pork belly that they were out of, so ingot a steak instead. Person handed me the bag and left the window. I wanted to ask for housin sauce and hot sauce. I tried waving someone inside down, called for help and even honked my horn. Nothing. There was at least 5 workers that I saw and felt ignored. I know at least two of them made eye contact with me. I asked foe the sauces and lady laughed and rolled her eyes. Once I got home, the soup wasn't that hot so I put it in a pot to heat up. Ate that. It was OK. Later on I ate the sandwich, it was ok as well, but after the third bite, I felt a hair. It was the longest Grey hair I ever seen. I tried calling but no answer. Will never come back again. This place is disgusting. The parking lot floors look grimy and sticky. The inside is the same. I don't want to touch anything. Seeing the amount of care they put into the cleanliness of the outside and dining area makes me scared to think how clean the kitchen is. This is a place you can eat inside fast food type service and you can also drive through. Ambiance there is none. It's a fast food restaurant inside it actually looks kind of dirty. This was my go to Pho when I moved to covina but not anymore. I went to get pho right after work, tired just wanna go home and eat my beef pho, with extra veggies and 2 egg rolls. Great service as well. I was welcomed since enter the door. They clean the table for me and didn't expect tips. But I gave them anyway. Very kind worker and they work very hard. The place is clean. The rest room can be more clean, but I came in the evening, so may be the cleaner only came every morning. Overall I gave 5 stars due to value. One of the last of the classic Vietnamese banh mi coffee shops left in the SGV. I grew up in the SGV in the 80s when there were a ton of these. Now only a few who still do the banh mi and Vietnamese coffee the traditional way. You know... the banh mi with the pate, pickled vegetables, Jalapeño, and pork meatloaf! Quite good teas and tasty banh mi! Very convenient drive-thru area and friendly staff. The strawberry mango tea is sweet but the strawberry flavor really shines through. Would definitely order it again. Note that there is a slight artificial taste but it's still very enjoyable. They offer good prices for such a large baguette. My sister is a huge fan of their egg banh mi. They offer a buy-2-get-one-free deal on their baguette sandwiches which is a really great deal considering how large and affordable they are. This is a nice place to stop and grab a tea & sandwich. The sea salt green tea is identical to the one at 85C bakery. I can't speak on their pho and to be honest I don't plan on trying it, but I will continue to come here for the other things on their menu. read more

Pho is perfect anytime but it's especially appreciated on cold mornings. The special beef noodle soup otherwise known as #1 Pho Dac Diet at BMC Pho is a bowl full of amazing, delicious and satisfying flavors. The BMC Pho is packed with broth, noodles, filet, brisket, tripe, and beef balls. The steaming broth is perfect during the winter season. I always enjoy enhancing the broth flavor with the lime, chiles, sprout, and the raw basil you can add to Pho. The ice coffee was equally delicious. Drive thru pho? Okay! Who would have known the combination works. Its been getting cold lately and we hadn't had pho in a long time. Another long drive thru, but once we ordered we got our food fast. Unlike other pho restaurants, they don't have a 100 items on their menu. They have the main dishes: pho, banh mi's, rice plates, vermicelli and boba. It's a small menu, but it makes it hard to be indecisive. We ended up getting #1 Special Beef Pho and #7 BBQ Pork Vermicelli. The pho broth was delicious and not too strong. And the vermicelli did not disappoint. I was surprised at how much meat was given with the dish. Usually other places skimp out on the meat, but there was more meat than noodles and that made me happy. It also came with an eggroll. If I needed my pho fix, BMC is definitely a place I would go back to. read more

Decided to stop here for some sandwiches before a valentines day picnic. The banh mi was buy two get one free which is a great deal!
