Sometimes you just need a warm, comforting bowl of phơ on a Sunday afternoon! I'm glad my friends chose this spot for just that. The restaurant was cozy and bustling, and the booth we got was quite comfortable. Fun fact, the table is very unassuming but had a drawer in front that you can pull out for straws, forks, and spoons. I appreciated Pho Ha #7 having a vegetarian section, and vegan options within. I was the only one who didn't get phơ, I ordered a #81, Bun Tau Ha Xao, which was very flavorful fried tofu with vermicelli. My partner actually liked my dish more, especially the way the tofu was cooked and seasoned! I would definitely order this dish again, it's naturally vegan, and made me feel good afterwards, it was very light and not like typical greasy restaurant food. I would have loved to have a Vietnamese coffee as well but they didn't have non dairy milk options.

Food was really good and I enjoyed the meal! Overall ambiance is very giving pho restaurant which is amazing. Service could use some work though so that's why it's 4/5. Only a handful of workers, but there's a lot of customers so there's quite a bit of waiting for ordering, receiving food, etc. however, the staff are very friendly and the jackfruit drink is so good it's a must try!

This place isn't super close by but we probably come once a week! The service can be a little slow but once you order, the food comes out so fast. Broth is delicious! They are opening another location 5 mins away and we can't wait! Their spring rolls taste very similar to Brodard in Garden grove, IYKYK!

Awesome 10/10 love the big bone I stayed here for like two hours picking through it and doing some work. Service was fast and they were nice. It is quiet ish inside and a lot of people come and go but I was sat in a nice quiet corner where I could enjoy myself!

I went to Pho Ha and ordered the bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew). Flavor-wise? So good. The broth was rich, deeply spiced, and super comforting: warm, aromatic, and packed with that slow-stewed beef flavor that just hits. The meat itself was tender and well-cooked, and the noodles soaked up the broth perfectly. Overall, the soup was insanely tasty and flavorful, the kind you keep going back to for another spoonful. That said... I was sadly betrayed by the carrots . They only brought out the meat and noodles, and if you know bò kho, you know carrots are a staple...both culturally and flavor-wise. They add sweetness, texture, and balance to the stew. I asked them about it, and they said "one minute"... and then never came back with the carrots. I waited. And waited. And waited. Nothing. This genuinely hurt my soul a little, especially since carrots are listed on the menu and are essential to bò kho. I'm still thinking about the carrots I never got. Service-wise, it was pretty chill and lowkey--nothing rude or stressful, just relaxed. That said, they definitely forgot about the carrots entirely, which was disappointing. Ambiance-wise, the place was clean, simple, and comfortable, nothing fancy but solid and pleasant for a casual Vietnamese meal. Even with the carrot tragedy, I can't lie, the flavor of the stew carried hard. The broth alone almost made up for it. Almost. Final thoughts: Food: Super tasty, rich, comforting, and flavorful (would've been even better with the carrots) Service: Chill, but dropped the ball on a key ingredient Ambiance: Clean, casual, and comfortable Overall, I really enjoyed the bò kho, but I wish they gave me my carrots. Please. I'm begging.

Best Pho in Riverside! This is such a popular spot and I see why. You can expect to see a line out the door during peak hours and on the weekends. There's plenty of parking and seating. Service is fairly quick. You can expect the server to visit your table twice (ordering drinks & the food)... other than thats it. The food is absolutely one of the best I've had! The pho & broth is flavorful! But I love ordering the vermicelli bowl (I don't remember the name of it, but it's the best selling one) and I'd recommend to try it if you're looking for something light and refreshing! I try visiting during non-peak hours. But I must say, I rather come here than other pho spots in Riverside

Service was great, food was bomb. Only complaint was that a table next to me had just smoked a cigarette so that stunk up the area. I would recommend to eat here for sure!

I really have no words but all I can say is just check your food for bugs, more importantly MAGGOTS!!!! This isn't the first time I found something in my soup after almost finishing my bowl. Last time I found a hair

Keep coming back to this place. Been coming here with the family for several years now. My favorite has always been their beef stew. Tender and flavavorful. Wish the bread was fresh and hot like usual. But it was still a good experience.

I came in with a small group on a Saturday afternoon. I usually just get my pho delivered so it's been a long time since I have visited the establishment itself. The place had ample available seating and not too many guests at the time, so I figured service would be quick. The interior is bright and clean with some quirky framed photos on the wall and a quiet ambiance. They offer 5% off for cash payments. I ordered the crispy pan-fried egg noodles and the crispy fried tofu. The tofu was my favorite of the two. They were super hot and lightly golden. They weren't greasy at all. I would have preferred a different dipping sauce than what was offered though. The noodles were fine, but they didn't really have that nice wok-hay flavor I was hoping for and the amount of protein felt skimpy. Portions were moderately sized. The wait for my tofu felt long. It was around 20 minutes after everyone else's food came. My party ordered pho, and their bowls came out in like 5 minutes so it was a little awkward waiting so long. They really liked their pho though I didn't try any. They have a giant pho challenge too. If you finish their big bowl including the broth you can win a $100 gift card. Overall, the food was decent but I wasn't wowed. It's a good local spot if you're craving pho or want to attempt the challenge, but I'd probably stick to getting it delivered.

XLB - 10/10 - freshly made, soup was very tasty, the filling was very flavorful. It gave DTF a run for their money. No need for ginger. Dip this in some chili oil and soy sauce and you're in for a treat! 2. Pork shiumai - 6/10 - it was good but not the best I've had. My least fave. 3. Schezuan eggplant - 11/10 - the best schezuan eggplant dish I've had. Fresh off from the wok so be careful eating this coz it is temperature hot. The flavor was full of umami, sweet, salty, and that sauce is heavenly!! 4. Cucumber salad - 10/10. Love the crispiness and garlic flavor of this app. Liked the addition of cilantro. 5. Garlic string beans - another 11/10 - it was a full plate of this all time fave of ours. Cooked to perfection!! Again a little touch of some salted black beans that added more umami flavor. 6. Dan Dan noodles - 10/10 - I'm a big fan of DD noodles and this was delish!! Love the freshness of the noodles and right balance of ground meat and flavor was spot on!! 7. House special chicken wings - 10/10. crispy, sweet, little tangy and BOMB! Lots of parking it's in a strip mall!! This place is legit! Service was great. Our pho came quickly but we had to wait awhile for the basil/sprouts/jalapenos and lime, which were a skimpy. We waited so long we got up to ask if we were going to get any and they said yes, it's on it's way. All pho restaurants bring that plate out immediately after ordering. A heaping plate. Would have been nice if they told us this platter was on it's way. We were partially through our bowl when it arrived. I ordered my usual, Pho Tai. Most pho places serve the thinly sliced beef rare, over the hot broth and noodles. I would swish it in the broth and it's cooked. This place broth the beef fully cooked, not thinly (not shaved) sliced and the meat was of poor quality. Very tough. The broth was good but not much flavor. No check was presented, so we assumed we have to go up front to pay. That's when the server got up from a booth where she was relaxing to check us out. Again, hence the 10% tip.

We ordered the cold chicken and cold beef appetizers, and both were disgusting. They were cold, unappealing, and lacked the quality I would expect from a restaurant charging these prices. Our entire family grieved the loss of one of the best dim sum and Chinese cuisine restaurants in the Riverside area. But lately, there was a lot of talk, good talk, that the same owner had reopened here, a tinier bistro setting, not as flashy interior. So here we are, finally, late to the party, but sublimely happy. First things first. An order of their siu mai. Still just as plump, with their signature, wonderful pork- shrimp filling, my taste buds let out a big sigh of relief. I've had to endure some pretty horrible ones from other restaurants lately. Big Skyy's is superb. Next, the black bean pork ribs. Wonderful, just as we remembered. A healthy portion, plenty of meat in spite of the bones. Great gravy. Finally, the eggplant with beef. This one was extra special, made with generous amounts of filet mignon, eggplant cut in spears, cooked in a salty sweet garlic sauce that is very special. It was melt-in-your-mouth, swoon worthy. One of my favorites. They still accommodate large family groups, a few big round tables for 6 or more. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. They feature the same marvelous menu and the same chef who creates those traditional Chinese dishes with pizzazz. It's wonderful to re-acquaint ourselves with an old "friend". It's even better to know, the important things we remembered have not changed a bit. You would be right to assume we will be back!

I give 2 star because the staff are nice. This place is not…read morethe original Big Skyy Bistro. The food does not taste the same. My dog wouldnt eat this. Feel like I wasted my money. I got hit with the false advertisement Dont do this. Please
