But it's still my favorite bowl of pho in the South Bay (so far). Disclaimer, I've only ever gotten their pho and nothing else. Their water tastes like they sourced it from a stainless steel bowl. Their silverware needs a wipe down before eating. But their pho is one we come back to. Maybe it's the water and the silverware that help build the flavor. Broth is clean, yet has a lot of depth and soul to its flavor profile. True food enthusiasts can tell that this place takes their craft seriously. It's the kind of pho that really doesn't need Hoisin Sauce or Sriracha, but of course those staples are available to use at each table. Don't sleep on the other items of the menu!! The pork bahn mi, Saigon Fries, egg rolls - everything is spectacular. Their Vietnamese coffee is slept on as well. That beverage, is so delicious and can wake anyone up from the dead. The restaurant itself is spacious and has a couple of TVs to the right of the front counter. I'm kind of bummed I typically have to work during their Happy Hour (15% off your order from 3-5PM). I do however, know that if you call ahead - you can still get HH pricing even if you do pickup vs. dining in. Lastly, I can see how service is a hit or miss to other visitors.
