This late night ramen place we found on a whim after a broadway show was clutch. The service was diligent and attentive. The place was more of a cafeteria feel but homey. The portions were hardy and delicious my family that was visiting from Honduras absolutely loved it. There was a large group there that was a bit loud but we did enjoy the experience.

Shrimp pho had more veggies like broccoli, carrot than the beef pho! Really nice staff and fun dragon mural inside. Good serving of protein with the noodles. Quick service too.

Went in on a Tuesday evening and they have lots of seating and it was quiet. Staff was attentive and food came out fast. They have a big menu with many options but I ended up getting #3 and it was yummy and a big portion.

This is a no frills Vietnamese restaurant serving one of the best Pho and Banh mi in Manhattan. The price is on par with Chinatown but without the greasy sauce bottles. The hot pho soup was the perfect cure for a cold evening. The server was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed when I asked for grilled pork on the side. We even got 10% off in celebrating the restaurant's new opening. This will be my new Vietnamese spot in the city! Tons of seating - even though it might look small from the storefront.

I went here after being so hungry after the Halloween parade. The shredded chicken pho was amazing and flavorful. The service was quick. No complaints at all.

Clean restaurant, very clean. It was empty except for 1 customer when I arrived. He was almost done so I couldn't peek what he was eating but it was a big bowl. The server was cleaning but greeted me and seated me right away and brought a big menu, soo many items . The cheapest pho on the menu is $17, matter of fact its the lowest price on the entire menu . I ordered ChinNam Gau Gau Sach - Rice noodle beef soup, eye of round well done, brisket, tendon and mosaic (tripe) Food came quickly and so did disappointment. The bowl was so small, like I've never seen pho served in such a small bowl. AND it came with a wedge of lemon , dude , are we out of limes in NYC ? Ok, so maybe the broth us so good I won't even miss the lime. Today was not my day, broth was mediocre, lacked depth and the meat was very scant. I honestly felt robbed , there was the tiniest piece of tendon and absolutely no sight of tripe. I just wanted to get up and leave. On top of that I had a 2 hoursbreak so had planned to get pho and perhaps Banh Mi and have a leisurely long lunch. 2 other couples came in while I was there and ordered bigger meals. Their food also came quickly. The waiter didnt bother me or check in but he was attentive and walked by a few times if I needed him I wouldn't have to wait. I got my check he asked if I wanted anything else . I wanted to say limes but digressed. I used tje bathroom (very clean BTW) and left. Overall based on this experience Id say its an overpriced meal. I won't go back based on taste, price and portion size. Sure there are over 100 items on the menu but in my opinion if you can't swing pho then it's not a place for me.

New spot, just landed from the west coast, staying at a hotel near by, wanted some PHO, saw the spot was new and had some good early reviews Can confirm good, very nice people working though. Try it out, let me know if you agree.

3.5/5 I've only tried the Pho here and it was pretty solid. I would come back if I'm craving Pho in the area. Staff was super friendly. They said that most people ordered this Pho combo (i forgot which one it was) I'm skeptical of restaurants with a large menu so I'm not too keen on trying other menu items here, but I might in the future.

Great and taste and interesting place. Good portions and friendly service. The person who handled this is very kind and a beef rib though, and the seafood is delicious. The vegetarian was not as flavorful as the non-vegetarian products.

The food always arrives hot, is always well packaged and tasty. My personal go to is the SHAKING BEEF Bo Luc Lac Stir fried Angus steak cube) bun. It is served Served w. Side Salad & Nuoc Cham: (Romaine, Cucumber, Pickled Mustard, Grape Tomatoes, Carrots & Daikon). I appreciate the choice of Vermicelli rice noodle, Thai Jasmine rice or Solely Salad. I always choose rice and the packaging is amazing, the beef is kept seperate from the rice and arrives hot and aromatic. My mom also loves this dish but ordered it with the solely salad and opts for double veggies. We have also tried several of the bahn mini including the lemongrass chicken, the brisket and the braised short rib. All are tasty. I do recommend adding the dip for $1 as it really takes it to the next level! I ordered the lychee iced tea sweetened today. It was sweet but not too sweet which I appreciated and as with everything from 5ive spice very thoughtfully packaged in a way that there is no leaking in transit. 5ive spice has some great all day and happy hour specials, I look forward to trying their food in person when I am in the area. Customer service: One time, on a particularly busy weekend in NYC, I received the wrong bahn mi sandwich. I ordered the brisket bahn mi and received the lemongrass chicken. When I called 5ive Spice, I spoke to the manager John who was incredibly apologetic and explained it was a very busy night, without offering excuses. He offered a full refund and invited me to order again and call and he would include a complimentary bahn mi. For what it's worth, it was a very busy night in NYC, all of the restaurants we were trying to get take out or delivery from were quoting 2+ hours, and John handled the situation perfectly. The food we received was tasty and did arrive on time.

I got the pho ($21.78), which is steep for pho, but I guess that's Midtown prices for you. The wait was a slog--over 20 minutes for a bowl of pho, which other Yelp reviews warned about. When it finally arrived, the soup lacked that authentic pho aroma, which was a letdown. On the plus side, the beef was fresh, and the reusable to-go bag was a nice touch. Decent, but the wait and price make it hard to love. Might try again if they speed things up.

I ordered "Plain Pho", which is described as just broth and noodles, no garnish or meat. After waiting 30 minutes, for what is literally the simplest item on the menu, the bowl is brought out and it's a bowl of broth with a couple slices of chicken. No noodles. When I inquired, the server told me it's because I ordered the Plain Pho... yea and I said it comes with noodles and broth. They told me they could get me noodles, but acted like they were doing me a favor by fetching noodles for me, which was quite offputting because the noodles were quite literally half of the dish I actually ordered. How does one wait half-an-hour at a very casual fast Vietnamese food place, for premade soup and noodles, and still have the order wrong? In the end, I did get my noodles and broth, but the fact that I had to spend this much time and also justify my request for noodles (which are part of the dish) is quite insane. I put this at 2 stars for now, because I enjoyed my first time. Hopefully the service will improve.
