Who doesn't love pho on a beautiful sunny day? I was feeling a little under the weather so I stopped in to have some natural medicine. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the pho beef combination. The food was okay.. The meat could have been fresher but overall it worked for me. It just needs a little more love. Something I did notice was that if you add shrimp into the pho, it will be $1.50 each, to me that's insane. Oh well... the staff was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. We are regulars here! This place is all about FRESH ingredients, and GOOD MEAT. It's whatever they marinate their meat in that makes it so good, and they're so consistent with the juiciness and tenderness of their meat. Their sauces are good too, I always recommend using the sauce if a dish comes with it. The staff knows us, they can be curt sometimes (don't interpret this wrong), but service is always fast. Now if you really look at their menu, you'll start to see how lots of the dishes have base ingredient similarities (i.e. rice, noodles, fresh veggies, crushed peanuts, fish sauce, meat). A decent Vietnamese restaurant tucked in a strip mall across from Rite Aid. There are ample parking in front of the restaurant. The menu was extensive and they recently started to offer Boba drinks. I ordered the pork chop and rice place while my friend ordered the Banh Mi sandwich. Service here was good. The waiter was very attentive and we received our food fairly quick. This is our second time here. The first time was during the earliest phrase of Covid, it was the time when we had to "dine-out" at the parking lot. The first impression was good. Staffs are friendly, amazing food, and reasonable pricing. Now we are back. They have great soup base. However,the pho was a little too soft. Not chewy enough in my opinion. Soup was hot and it was able to cook through the bean spouts. (extremely important) The interior looks great with cool decors. One thing also worth mention is that the chopsticks were not as clean as I expected. A little sticky. Good thing is that they also offered wooden chopsticks as an alternative. I want to give this place a good rating. The Vietnamese beef stew was awesome. Really really delicious. Why I decided to give this place this low rating is the cleanliness of lack there of. I've been here several times and kind of brushed off my observations. but the last visit really was, let me just say: As I walked in, I noticed how greasy the floor was. Greasy as in I could almost skate across the room. the chairs and tables also had a film of grease on them. I was really taken aback by the condition. On the way to the restroom, I passed by the prep section and was very surprised how unkempt it was. I'm not going to elaborate on this but it was bad enough that I refuse to go back anytime soon. The restaurant felt like they needed to take out all the tables and chairs and give the whole restaurant a hosing down. I will not comment on our waterglasses and utensils. I'm sorry that I had to write this up but hopefully management will see this and do something about it. 1. This restaurant really disgusted me. The elder food runner carried out my Pho soup and dig his thumb in my soup and passed to my table. He had done the same to my friends. I could see and tell that dude's nails ain't clean at all. 2. The waiter taking order has his own negative attitude. From his face I could tell he never want to take customers' order. 3. No one came to pick empty dishes. I ordered a large amount food and no one came to clean/pick up, they even asked me to clear a spot for them to place food. I'm a regular here. Dine-in and Take out. Food is very consistent and never disappoints. I took away one star because like most Pho spots. It really has a greasy feeling dining in. I came here one hot afternoon and didn't want to eat pho but I did eat the chow fun, pepper salted tofu, and some spring rolls. I like the spring rolls. The tofu was good but I have to admit I have had better. The tofu was ok, I'd try it again but again, I have had better. The service was mediocre. The place was very quiet in the hot afternoon. They had a container full of chop sticks on the table with chili sauce and other sauces but they had to bring out the sriracha and hoisin which I thought were usually on the table to begin with but that's ok. Plenty of parking in a plaza and seats since the restaraunt is quite big. Inside is sort of tropical themed, with a large TV at the entrance to watch football. Typical utensils sriracha and hoisin sauce toppings on the table, one spoon had a little speck tho . They have pickled peppers too. Service was top notch! Very attentive and fast, I saw them teach the table next to us how to prepare their coffee (moka pot freshly made). The waiter asked if we were okay too. I got combo number 1 for pho in size small! Portion size is very perfect and they give a lot of meat. Their tendon is especially delicious though I felt their flank was a little dry. The noodles are also a little hard. The soup itself is not typical pho salty and a little sweeter than typical phos. I dipped my noodles and topping in sriracha with a little hoisin sauce to add some salt. I HATE to leave bad reviews and try to give the benefit of the doubt but I was extremely disgusted . the food was good until I realized there were bugs in it . The first one we noticed was in our spring rolls so we informed the waiter and he brought us a new plate .. still giving them the benefit of the doubt we continued to eat our meal until I noticed another bug in my soup ! I informed the waiter again and no apology just said "okay would you guys like a box ?" Sir for what ? The bug infested food ? I have been going to Pho ABC for quite some time now. I go here during my lunch break to either dine in or take out. Pho ABC has many options to choose from on the menu, I love their combination pho, shrimp and pork spring rolls, charbroiled pork spring rolls, and pork banh mi. The egg noodle soup with duck is seriously phenomenal. Huge portions at a very reasonable price, and the flavors you expect from a quality Vietnamese restaurant are all there. Duck was tender, falling off the bone and the noodles were properly cooked. Broth was extremely flavorful, and this really hit the spot. This restaurant also serves Chinese food, unlike any other Vietnamese place I've been to, and while I have not had the Chinese food, it looked exceptional when a member of my party ordered it.
