One of our favorite food places in Folsom. Coming from the Bay Area, we have a lot of choices for Asian cuisine, including pho. Found Pho ABC in Yelp and really enjoyed it. We've been back at least 5 times on our travels through Folsom to and back from South Lake Tahoe area. The broth base is delicious and the noodles are just right. Love the fried pork egg rolls and we always get their Thai iced tea or ice coffee. Delicious. Highly recommended. read more

This was my first time trying out Pho ABC- I was not feeling well and needed a soup fix. Somehow I felt that pho always helps in making me feel better. I was served promptly upon entering this location and had my food within minutes of ordering. The food was steaming hot and perfect to taste. I ordered the spring rolls- as you can tell from the picture you get two rolls for a decent price which proves to be a decent portion. I ordered the #16 which was more than enough food for the small portion. Will definitely be back here soon read more

If you are in the Folsom area and have a craving authentic Vietnamese food this is one of the best locations in the area. My husband and I are regulars. We typically order to go. We love their rice plates. Their rice plates are consistently delicious. My favorite is their grilled pork rice plate with all the fixings. Also their banh mi sammiches are quite tasty. Their pho combo is also a nice treat especially on colder days. But I didn't give a 5 star because sometimes the pho broth isn't always as savory kinda lacking that umpth and slightly watered down. So the pho personally for me is a hit or miss depending on the day and time. read more

Been a few years and I came back 2 times when it was reopened after covid. Well, this past Sunday we (5 people) went there for Pho since didn't have time to go to Sacramento (which is where I usually go) and this happened. The plate with bean sprout/mint/lime had a baby snail in it. I saw it as I was getting mint to put in the pho. Calmly I put it into a small bowl and waved down the waiter. (See screenshots from Video attached) After I showed him, he went back to notify the other staff. The gentleman came out apologized and said he would deduct a bowl off the bill. I didn't say a word because I didn't want to make a scene. I don't want to imagine what their kitchen looks like. Once in a while I give a low star restaurant that I've been to a 2nd chance but I'm sure this will be my last time going here. Curious what other customers would have done. read more

Great tasting Pho' soup and delicious Banh Mi sandwich. I always order the exact same food items because the dishes are so dang good. The service is always on point and the food never disappoints. The reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness of the establishment needs work. The restaurant is very dusty and dirty. The light fixtures and ac vents are covered in dust and dirt. The ceiling tiles are covered in stains and the hall ways to the bathrooms are cluttered with takeout supplies. The place could use a very deep clean. Thai sweet n sour soup... this soup was not good .. unless you like that canned bamboo taste.. this soup is not for you. It was filled with bamboo and the taste was of bamboo and not Thai .. won't order again.. it must be improved. Shrimp and pork spring roll ... this was on point. The peanut sauce was deliciously made also. Two thumbs up! Bo luc lac aka shaken beef.. was delicious. The vegetables sautéed with it was nice and crisp .. and the beef was nice and tender. Delicious! Pork ribs in clay pot... this dish is my fav when my mom makes it.. it's not exactly as good as my moms cooking but it was still delicious.. pork caramelized in a stone pot. So good. Super delicious and authentic. Taste the broth before you add anything, it's so good!! I came here only once but planning to come again once this pandemic is over with. My daughter at the time stuck her hand in the hot Phó and the worker saw and put her hand in ice water very quickly and apologized. It wasn't even his fault I wasn't paying attention. Finished our hiking on a Sunday noon and everyone was craving for pho. Found this place on Yelp and it was the closest pho restaurant. Pho broth was okay. Portion was a lot for a size small too. We also ordered spring rolls and egg rolls. The spring rolls were ok. But I loved their egg rolls. It was fresh and crunchy. Customer service was great. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Went to the back to use the restroom and witnessed the most disgusting scene all along the hallway and into the kitchen... filth, slime and stench... I am 100% sure that if the health department walked in tonight they would shut the place down. I wanted to vomit after seeing this. Also witnessed an older employee being extremely rude to a girl picking up two doordash orders. I usually come here often because this seems to be the closest/best pho/Vietnamese food we have around the area we live.. however today I went in with my kids without my husband because he was busy, and a old Vietnamese man with glasses sat us down (idk if he is just a waiter or owner) but he acts as if he is so much more superior then the other waiters. He just stand around tagging along the other waiters (not doing anything) as the rest of the young Vietnamese men are busy waiting and bussing tables. I know he clearly heard me as I had repeatedly said excuse me because, he just kept walking on by, with his back to me and had another much kinder younger waiter come to hand me the check. Idk who the owners are but if they are reading this, they should really think about this older man's employment, and if he is the owner he should just sit back behind the counter and not do anything (because that's what he is already doing anyways, absolutely nothing. Learn some manners old man, the younger waiters have far better manners than YOU and that should tell YOU a lot). You don't deserve respect just because you are older than everybody else, you get respect by being respectful to those around you. Ambiance seems clean and well maintained. read more
