Pork chop egg roll and chicken wing over rice
Belle B.

The parking lot situation was ok, not a big parking lot tho. I like the interior design of the space, nice and modern + I enjoyed the tvs. Decent sized space as well. The service was decent, they were quick and catered to our requests with no attitude. The food was decent at best. There is nothing wrong with it. Except the flavors were too mild. The best way I could describe it is like listening to a song on low volume and you are trying to increase the volume to the highest point; but no matter how high the volume is the song isnt loud enough. You can't really hear it well. That's how the flavors felt. The eggroll, the pork chop, chicken. BUT, the tastes were on point, delicious just not strong enough. The tea was amazing, it came in a great cup that insulated it well and the cup is significantly bigger than every other cup of tea I've ever been served. I think the prices are amazing, great bang for your buck. I just wish the flavors were louder for how delicious they were. Love the air conditioning though!

So we come here all the time the food is great but the staff is so rude we only order take out from this location, we get the same items each time so we are well aware how they're supposed to come. So today we placed a phone order and to our surprise on both of our they gave us double the rice and less than half the normal amount of chicken. I understand inflation but gaaawwwleee!! And when we called to inquire about it the woman on the phone was sooo rude and hostile and lied saying "it always comes like that" and as I stated before my family and I order all The time we know it's not! Anywho just avoid this location and go to the one by target instead. Way nicer and friendly staff

Bun Bo Hue

Where to start... let's begin with the positives. The place is clean, and the pho broth is still rich and flavorful -- definitely the highlight and what keeps me coming back. As for the bún bò Huế, I actually asked the waiter about it beforehand and she mentioned it wasn't very traditional and that she personally didn't prefer it. Honestly, I should've trusted that. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't the best or what I was hoping for. I'll stick to their pho moving forward. I also ordered a to-go soup for my dad, and this is where things were disappointing. The packaging just isn't great -- especially compared to other pho spots nearby. The soup was spilt all inside the trunk of the car. They don't double-bag it, the container itself felt slippery and not very secure. In my opinion, pho like this can be a bit hazardous for takeout if it's not packaged well. To be fair, the spill of the box was partially my fault while juggling my phone, but the container didn't help the situation. I'm mainly sharing this as feedback on the takeout packaging. For me, this is a place I'd rather dine in than order to-go. Overall, it's not a bad spot -- the pho is solid -- but it's not quite my go-to. I'd come back, just with adjusted expectations.

Fresh Spring Rolls

Pho 1 on Sonoma Blvd is officially the restaurant I will be dining at whenever I am shopping at 168. The restaurant has shut down Stockpot. This is the place to go to for Fresh Springrolls. First time I dine at Pho 1 right away I was seated and they were able to take my order. I order a Fresh Springroll, use the restroom to wash my hands and when I return my Springrolls was already on my table. That is what I call fast service. The Springrolls were delicious! A good proportion size Springrolls. The inside of Pho 1 was clean. The restaurant keeps up with clean tables for people to sit down at. Everytime I dine inside Pho 1 I don't see a dirty table. Keep up with the great service Pho 1

Generous portions for your dollar. Fast and professional service. Free parking in lot. Lovely ambiance of talking and tv. Tasty dishes and drinks.

Talk about the fastest service in town! Normally you will have to wait for your food to come out a little later, but no, spring rolls check! summer rolls check! Pho check! Thai tea check! And overall delicious! Lots of room and nice lighting in the restaurant. Lots of free and ample parking. Enjoy!

#33 large Pho dumplings

This is the best Pho in Vallejo because it's so so fresh and flavorful. Not to mention the servers are here to get your delicious for to you. Yes this place has a large menu but you can't go wrong with their Pho. I ate the #33 which is pho with dumplings. Great seating for all and a really clean restaurant.

Grilled Beef Vermicelli

Over the years, the price has gone up, but so did their serving size! This Pho restaurant is pretty solid - excellent service, quality dishes, and a very great choice for hangover cleansing. The restaurant is spacious and can hold large parties. I usually get the Pho soup here, which has always been so delicious. But on this day, I ordered the grilled beef vermicelli, and it was also a fantastic dish. The portion size is a lot and this is definitely a shareable dish. The grilled beef is so flavorful. The dish itself is already amazing, but adding more chili oil to it definitely enhances the flavor. This place is a very solid choice for whatever you're craving - soup, noodles, or rice dishes.

##9 - Thin Sliced Steak, Flank & Brisket w/ Rice Noodles. (TNG) with hofun noodles
Ariana V.

I've been coming to this location for years, and I especially miss their banh mi deli being open. I stopped by for some pho and I was pleasantly surprised with their menu change. The inside is spacious and tons of seating. The service is fast and on point. I ordered their #9 with hofun noodles because I prefer the thicker rice noodles! I also got a Thai iced tea. They were able to accommodate my request since the hofun noodles were only listed on the other pho options and not the beef side. The soup came out immediately. The broth was delicious and fresh. The meat was tender and flavorful. They provided extra limes when I asked too. I'll always come to this pho spot over the others in the area!

Food is good but the place is very unsanitary bugs on table while eating, flys in food, the service is also terrible and disrespectful. One employee started yelling at me and my family and accused us of not wanting to pay because we brought up bugs being In our food, he also said a rude and racist remark saying" we are both immigrants" there was a lot of stereotypes and unprofessionalism going on!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!!!

Cristal B.

Tried the shrimp noodle soup while my husband enjoyed the shrimp cakes and beef pho, every bite was delicious. Will definitely return!

Some places pack the meat more generously. I also tried the 7. Lemongrass chicken over rice. It came with an egg, a couple of shrimp, a side of salad, and a small broth. It was not bad at all. The presentation was nice, and the flavors were tasty. The service was a bit slow. The lady who took our order took a while to get back to us, but she checked on us several times. To start, I ordered the fried chicken wings, and to my surprise, they weren't even hot when served. The texture of the meat inside also made them seem old or not freshly made, which was not a great first impression. For the main meal, I had the BBQ beef plate with egg, spring roll, and shrimp. The biggest issue for me was the rice -- it was unexpectedly hard, and the entire plate arrived cold. I honestly couldn't believe it because who wants cold food, especially for the first meal of the day? The shrimp was also extremely salty for my taste, to the point that I only managed to eat one piece and left the other two untouched. The beef and egg were okay, but it was hard to fully enjoy them because the food overall lacked freshness and warmth. I really wanted to like this place given its ratings, but sadly this first visit left me disappointed.

You can also specify if you want certain items to go, which was perfect because we were eating some things there and taking some items to family. We ordered the following for there: Pork XLB, Shrimp Pork Shaomai, Garlic Green Beans, and Chocolate XLB. The following was ordered to go: Wonton Soup, Pork Bun & BBQ Pork Bun. It's not a huge space, most of the tables are on the left side of the restaurant. A large portion is the food prep / behind the counter area. I had the milk tea to drink. It was fine, nothing special, but I hadn't had one in a while so I enjoyed it with my meal. I also thought the Chocolate XLB was interesting. It was melted/gooey chocolate inside the skin/wrap. It was a nice finish to the meal. I think most of the items were more a 4 for me, but since I loved the XLB so much, it's a 5 rating.

I ordered the new Wonton Ramen Soup, spicy and an order of lumpia. As a ramen fan, I can honestly say the broth was outstanding, rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The generous portion was loaded with fresh bok choy, perfectly cooked egg, green onions, and large wontons, creating a delicious fusion of classic wonton soup and ramen with a Tonkotsu broth. I also appreciated the oversized ladle-style soup spoon, which made it easy to enjoy every sip of that incredible broth and every bite of the fresh ingredients. The lumpia was crispy and good, but fairly standard. My only disappointment was the packaged sweet and sour sauce. A house-made dipping sauce would have paired much better with the quality of the food. The restaurant itself was very clean, but I'd recommend moving the bussing cart with used bowls, plates, and trash to the back of the kitchen. It's a small detail, but keeping it out of guests' view would make the dining room feel even more polished and inviting. Overall, Ramon 101 was good. Great broth, fresh ingredients, generous portions, make this a place I'll definitely return to. It's easy to see why the locals keep coming back.

For this visit, we ordered the Soy Garlic Wings, Magic Sprinkle Shrimp, Chicken Fried Rice, and fried tempura. Everything was GOOD! The Soy Garlic Wings are some nice, beefy wings! The soy garlic flavor is wonderful, and I love how the sauce coats the chicken perfectly without being too much.
