This company was used by my client. They failed over and over again to get the paper work done right. As a vet we appreciative these companies generally but this company actually made the process more difficult then working it out ourselves with the local Usda agent. I have worked with other companies that have done an excellent job to remedy and take care of these tricky situation. I'd avoid this one. I even called HR to talk to someone there and work this out but received a call back from the same rep who hadn't been able to get it right. She was defensive and dismissive of anything she could have done better. Not very good service provided when their senior executives can't use the phone and perform the duties they are meant to do. I worked with a very kind woman named Alexis Zeller-Meyer. We faced more obstacles than we could count getting my cat to Portugal during covid-19. that being said, her and her team were extremely prompt, educated on the process, extr kind, kept us in the loop during all phases, and coordinated everything with the vet for us. She is a phenomenal asset to this team and if there is a way to ask for her specifically, I highly suggest doing so. Our furbaby was reunited with us just yesterday and she made the trip feel so effortless and showed genuine concern for our pets well being and travel comfortability. she also handled a very stressful obstacle with the vet so well and left me no room to worry or time to panic. I recently had to relocate from Russia back to the USA. I sent multiple emails and I requested contact the other website and I got absolutely no response. I had to coordinate with different pet importers in Russia, east Europe and in the Netherlands and they were all extremely helpful. Only PetRelocation has ignored all my phone calls, emails and web requests; I would give negative stars if I could. I'm in a scramble now to find a service in the US because they have totally been unresponsive. This is my second time using PR. I absolutely recommend them. Stacey Tran and Alexis Zeller Meyer dropped everything they were doing to book a challenging last-minute flight for a turtle (very challenging!). They made sure to call me every few hours to keep me posted about any changes before the plan was solidified. I felt that we were in great hands right from the beginning. All the way to the end our turtle was in professional and competent hands. The agents who met with us and our turtle were just fantastic and professional to the end. Origin Agent Teresa Black was a great liaison to have while working with the cargo folks and made sure to advocate for our guy to have an extra 30 minute soak before the flight. The destination Agent Lisa Robert went above and beyond with a personally crafted water turtle car carrier. She sent me photos and videos at pick-up to let us know everything was fine. read more

I was super unimpressed with PetRelocation when I moved my dog from Colorado to Kenya in 2013, but not annoyed enough to bother writing a review. Now that I'm in the process of relocating my dog back to the US from Kenya, my annoyance has increased and I'm now sufficiently motivated to share our negative experience. First, after sending measurements and photos of my dog in my crate, I was informed on the day of my dog's travel that I would need to buy a crate 2 sizes larger than the one I already owned. I should mention my dog has previously flown four times in this "too small" crate. Because of the bigger crate, the freight charges were also significantly higher than originally quoted. Seeing as how I was already in Kenya, I couldn't do anything about it and agreed to my first two price increases. Second, my dog arrived in Kenya and was being transferred to her final domestic flight when I was informed by an agent on the ground that the kennel was too big to fit on the small domestic flights and I needed to buy ANOTHER new crate. Also, because she missed the last flight out of the day, I had to pay for a night at a kennel and transportation to and from the kennel. Again, what could I do? I agreed to my third price increase. The only positive here is that my dog arrived and seemed no worse for all her travels. So why exactly am I motived to write a review 3 years after the fact? Well, the amount I paid Pet Relocation is over TWICE the amount that I will now be paying to ship my dog back to the US, including 10 days of boarding... using the same crate, same airline, and with a dog 15 lbs heavier than when she arrived (she needs to go on a diet). The kennel she boarded at in Nairobi for one night that I had to pay $160 dollars for? Yea, it actually only costs $7 for a night of boarding. So I paid 22 times the actual nightly fee because Pet Relocation screwed up. My advice? If you are shipping your dog domestically, do it yourself. I promise it's not that difficult and it's certainly not worth the extra costs tacked on by Pet Relocation. If you are shipping your dog internationally, keep shopping around. Hiring pet movers should make your move less stressful, not more. read more

I sent in a general inquiry with very specific information related to an international move that I am in the preliminary stages of planning, hoping to receive an answer to the one basic question I had. Instead I received a stock email from a sales rep who clearly didn't read my message, nor did they answer anything related to my inquiry. I was asked to send in an arrangement form even though I had already explained that I didn't have definitive dates yet, hence the reason I sent the general inquiry. If this is any indication of how they handle moves, I wouldn't trust my pet in their hands. After reading the negative reviews, and this initial experience, I won't be utilizing this service. Tried getting a moving quote for my cat and asked if it was possible to get a direct flight. I was told that United is their preferred airline, and that United does direct flights from LAX-SIN (my route). I asked if it was possible not to use United, given the airline's recent history of animal deaths. The rep's response was to tell me that the media reported some things unfairly, it's a "both sides thing," and that they've never had any problems with United. This isn't a question of media bias - animals literally died. If your job is to transport animals safely and humanely, knowing that part of the job is to deal with pet owners' questions and concerns, and if your preferred airline is United, then the *least* you can do is train your reps on how to discuss these concerns with potential customers without contradicting the core message and platform of your company...? read more

I did not think I would ever need the services of a pet relocator...it sounds a bit ridiculous, even. But what do you know, getting 4 cats from Austin to Los Angeles is a lot harder than it sounds! Rather than traumatizing everyone by spending 3-4 days in a car with 2 humans and four cats, rather than trying to drag unwilling cats through airport security and taking 2 different round trips because most airlines only allow a maximum of 2 animals in-cabin per flight, rather than trying to convince family members to help us take cats through airport security, we called Pet Relocation. I was very satisfied with their service. We got updates from the staff at every step of the way. When we realized we would need to get crates, and they happened to have some already, they sold them to us at cost and made our life a lot easier. They told us exactly what we might need to get from the vet, what we would need to bring for the cats, etc. When the day came, our cats were picked up from our house in Austin. They were taken to the airport and Pet Relocation dealt with the check-in and getting them organized on the plane. Our 'concierge,' Christina, sent us flight status updates to notify us when the planes had departed and landed, and we also got calls to tell us that they had changed the pads in the crate and given the cats more water. I also spoke with the woman who would be picking our cats up in LA and delivering them to our house. All our cats arrived safely in the time frame that Pet Relocation originally specified. I hope I never have to move a bunch of pets across the country, but if I do, I would not hesitate to pay for this service again. It's worth the expense. read more

What to do when you've got 2 cats, and are moving from Los Angeles to Kuala Lumpur? You call the experts. Pet Relocation has been an absolute boon - when I knew a move was possible I began making enquiries with various companies. Pet Relocation stayed in touch until I was ready to make the decision. I opted to have them supply the travel crates and bedding which was a true time saver for me. I set the crates up in the house once they arrived about a month prior to the travel date so the cats could get used to them. Pet Relocation supplied information specific to my trip from LA to KL that I provided to my vet. My vet was impressed with the ease of the documentation. (They've worked on other relocations to Korea, Europe - and folks who didn't use a service often had conflicting paperwork supplied from the embassies web sites - Pet Relocation gave us clear, concise easy to follow directions.) Additionally on the last day, Pet Relocation caught a mistake in the paperwork prior to my leaving the vets office that we got corrected then and there. Once the kids were on their way I received regular email updates from my coordinator (Mandy), and she also assured me that she had her cell phone by her bed *just in case* any after hours calls came through. Mandy also provided photographs of the quarantine facility in Kuala Lumpur and informed me of a possible flea problem at the facility that had just been reported to them. It's not easy moving your pets (my family moved our dog and cat from New Zealand to the US in the 1990's) - having a company that cares and knows what it is doing is a wonderful thing. My heroines! Mandy and Maegan were champs at getting our beloved 12 y.o. yellow Labrador "Motu" relocated to Singapore from Long Beach, CA. We needed to do all the things that are difficult for pet travel: * Travel with an older pet * Travel to a warm location * Travel in summer * Travel with a dog not in the plane cabin * Travel a looooong way with a plane change If you talk to anyone in the states they'll tell you to get a note from your doctor that your dog is a "therapy dog" so it can travel in the cabin. This doesn't work if a) you're not willing to lie and sign a document that you're mentally unstable 2) your airline doesn't allow a large dog in the cabin for an 18 hour flight. So don't listen to the gossip in the U.S--call Pet Relocation. While researching the process of relocating our dog to Singapore--strict import standards that require either 10 or 30 days quarantine from dogs arriving from the U.S. (except Hawaii which requires no quarantine)--I was nervous about the process. Would my dog be stuck on the tarmac in 90 degree heat with no water in her cage? Would she be in quarantine 10 days or 30? Would she have enough room in her kennel? As soon as I began talking to Maegan I immediately felt better. She told me the best airlines to use to ensure Motu's safety and well-being, the best size kennel for our dog, and she gave me specific time periods to accomplish each task within the relocation process to ensure that Motu was in quarantine for only 10 days--not 30! Meagan and Mandy were professional, super responsive when I had questions, and they provided clear documentation and directions to me, Motu's veterinarians, and each of the agencies (USDA and the Singapore equivalent AVA). There were a couple of times that I ran into paperwork questions locally and PetRelo was always available providing answers so we could address the problem immediately. I have nothing but praise for PetRelocation. We recently relocated from San Diego to Seattle with my husband's company coordinating the move. This was the first time we'd used a pet service and I'll be honest that I thought it was ridiculous. However, our coordinator, Penney, was FANTASTIC as was the pet receiver on this end (Cheryl?). The most important thing about PetRelocation is that they are not stingy with information. Throughout the process, they contacted us to let us know what was expected and what was happening. We received photos of our pet after pick up (our pet was boarded and the service retrieved her and put her on the plane). Cheryl contacted me twice on the day of pick up, to let me know her expected timeline and then once my pet was securely in her possession. There is a decent amount of overhead to using a PetRelocation service (health certificate, new crate, vaccinations, etc), so carrying your pet on the plane is ideal. However, if you're moving, wielding ridiculous bags, finding a new home, etc... this is the way to go. read more

I moved from Austin, Texas to Fort Collins, Colorado in May 2016. In case you're new to cats, I have news for you - cats hate car rides. My cat Frff once meowed for two days after we got back from a trip, and yes, that included him meowing in his sleep. So my wife, our dog, and I were planning a road trip, but we didn't know what to do with Frff. I had even considered flying back to Austin and making a second road trip with just me and the cat. Fortunately I found PetRelocation.com. Since I started planning the move months in advance, it did help make the logistics smoother. Their staff (Catie and Penney) booked the flight, gave me a link to purchase an airline compliant carrier, and sent me instructions on getting a pet certificate of health. Since I was doing a road trip, I boarded Frff for several days at the vet. PetRelocation set up a courier to pick up the cat the day before (because it was a morning flight), coordinated with the vet's office for pickup, and gave me all the info to pick up Frff at the airport. Don't get me wrong, there's still a lot of work involved. But I didn't have to do another road trip, and I didn't have to stress out about things going wrong (Was my carrier not airline compliant? Did Frff just take a shit and how much longer is this smell going to last?). Everything went flawlessly. I picked up Frff at the Denver airport. He's been pretty affectionate recently, and he has only peed on something once. I do have to mention that they make you sign a binding arbitration agreement, and I'm not a fan of those. I wish it was different, but overall, I'm quite happy with the service I got at PetRelocation. Recommendation: start at least a month in advance (earlier if you're going internationally). read more

Instead of dealing with compassionate and pet loving people, this company is about using sales reps that do not offer any personalized or caring customer service. I was literally told that they were too busy to discuss my concerns and I would need to go to a website to schedule a phone appointment. This was after already having to go online and request a quote/information and then waiting 48 hours to receive the information. When dealing with people's pets, I just feel a pet relocation company should offer a more compassionate and personable approach. My pugs moved from Wisconsin to England. It was a giant debacle as evidenced by the opening line of my letter to Kevin the CEO, "I am writing to express my sadness and dismay with the result of the service I contracted for. In addition, I write to share my concerns over the recent customer service support I received from Katy and Jeri." Customer service is essential and this was the feedback I shared with the CEO, "Their response to me while I sat in a full state of panic, fear and duress was shocking. The condescending and patronizing tone will not be soon forgotten. They had very little empathy and my perception was their number one concern at every turn was to tell me it was not their fault. That WAS NOT the time to talk semantics with me." Bottom line, my dogs landed in quarantine--it was devastating--and the service was appalling. I paid A LOT of money for a product which was not delivered. PetRelocation paid for the quarantine bill (as they absolutely should have), but that was after significant back and forth. I received not a dime back for the "service" I paid for. It was an absolute traumatic experience. I have no doubt you could opt for a more middle of the road company for the exact same product, if not a bit better. My best advice to you or anyone moving pets: Don't look for a company with solely stellar reviews--take it from me---look for a company who has someone that is able to speak to how things turned out when events did not go as planned. I saw the website and they had pictures of birds on there. I needed to move my bird from the UK to USA. I was able to select in their menu bird, and the type of parrot. When I requested a consultation, all I got was that they don't deal with this type of move any more because of how complex it is to move a bird - coming from a professional company that is supposed to specialise in this kind of thing. When we decided to take her to France with us from Texas for a 6-month stay, I was quite apprehensive to say the least. I didn't know how she would take it (fearing the worst), nor what steps to take to get her there. She would have to travel separately 2 weeks after we did. Almost immediately, the staff at PetRelocation put me at ease. It was clear from the beginning that I was dealing with VERY professional and caring people. First with Ronnie Johnson, and later with Tayler Gonzalez, as well as the rest of the team behind the scenes, they handled everything perfectly. Any doubts I had vanished, and I was so impressed not only with their handling of all the complicated veterinary administrative things, the airlines, etc. They handled EVERYTHING from arranging all the vet visits, transportation to and from the vet clinic, the paperwork and the timing it involved, the trip to the airport, boarding, etc....EVERY DETAIL was handled perfectly while I had gone ahead to France, right down to the care at the pet lounge while resting in Germany and customs clearance at the Paris airport. All I had to do was pick up a very quiet and content Chrissy from the animal transport company at their airport office.Chrissy purred immediately! Happy cat meant an absolutely HAPPY Mom! No signs of distress at all. Amazing!I can't recommend this company enough. Yelp won't let me link to my expanded rundown of this company on my blog in my previous review, so here it is in under 5000 words as required: ----- At our last vet visit in Boston, the vet took it upon herself to call the USDA and check some facts for me. Turns out, there were some things to be concerned about. At that point, the cats were scheduled to fly out of JFK in two weeks. However, as I had never received a response as to exactly when Joey needed to have his rabies shot following his microchipping, it was too late. The only response I'd gotten from our agent was "anytime is good." No, no it's not. Not when it's required that he have it done at least 21 days before entering Sweden. Next up was the disaster of getting the cats from Boston to New York. Originally, it'd been implied that they'd be boarded for a couple days before flying out near JFK airport. So, in the days leading up to when my friend was to drive them to New York, I contacted the agent a few times in an attempt to get the address of where she was supposed to bring them. I believe I sent two or three emails over the course of the week, the last two being each of the two days before the drop off was to happen, still having no information at all. Sometime around 2:00am the night before, my friend got an email from the agent with the information, finally. And something that shouldn't have surprised us at all was that the drop-off location was no where near NYC. This was somewhat nicer for the cats, as it was a shorter drive for them, but my friend had originally been considering staying at a friend's in NYC, which was no longer reasonable. Upon arriving, my friend was quickly informed that the carriers they were in -- the expensive ones I'd bought at the direction of the company and sent back photos to them for verification as asked and confirmed as good -- were the wrong size. Of course. So, they were switched to new crates and, in one of the very rare emails received from our agent, we were told that we'd be contacted by billing regarding payment for the new carriers soon. (I didn't even reply to this one, as I had nothing nice to say and there was no way we were paying to fix their mistake. We were contacted again about a month after they arrived about this, but told that they'd do us a favor and let it slide, ha.) The next contact we had was photos of the cats at JFK in their carriers, about to board the plane. They were alive -- that was good to see at least. The contact following that was one of the best so far: the Swedish customs forms. Our agent had done us a favor and filled out the form for me -- all I had to do was sign! Nice. I quickly inserted my electronic signature into the PDF and then read it over quickly before sending it back. The errors were no less than amazing. Every single thing on the form, perhaps besides my name and the cat's arrival date, was incorrect. Wrong phone number, wrong visa information for us, wrong arrival date for us, and my personal favorite -- a fabricated Personnummer for me! (For those not familiar, a Swedish Personnummer is their equivalent to the USA's Social Security Number, each person's being their birthdate + four numbers, YYMMDD-XXXX.) I had skipped over it at first not recognizing it, but then when realizing what it was, couldn't help but laugh at the new low reached. My actual Personnummer begins 890311. Their version? 19890411. That's right, couldn't even get the month correct. That day, I also found the contact information for the Swedish agent on this end that would take them through customs and drive them to our apartment. I knew she likely had no correct information from the American company and wanted to reach out to her to make sure she at least had my phone number -- she didn't, of course. They'd given her the wrong one. That night, we received their flight tracking info -- one of the rare emails actually containing information from the company. We tracked them and the next afternoon, I awaited their arrival. Around 2:00pm, I finally got the call that they were here... apparently after the local agent had been calling the wrong number, which was given to her by our American agent. Of course. Neither seemed more traumatized than I'd expect. However, Luna was a mess. It seemed that sometime between Lee Anne dropping them off and their arrival here, she'd been given a bath (probably after peeing on herself in a carrier). However, she was completely full of soap. Not wanting to traumatize her more, I carefully tried to wash as much of the soap out as I could in the bathroom. But, I really couldn't get it all without pinning her down in a way I didn't feel she deserved at this point, so I gave up. Ultimately, the move of the cats was 10x worse than the hell we were expecting anyhow, mostly due to a massive lack of communication and the scary appearance of having not even a care in the world as to what was going on, other than when dragging the payment out of us. read more

I used PetRelocation to move from New York to Sydney, Australia with my 12 year old Chihuahua mix and they were amazing! They literally handled everything! The price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs. I really thought this was going to be the worst part of my move but my coordinator Nina made everything so easy and stress free for me. She answered all my questions and replied to my many emails quickly and was always informative. Australia is not an easy country to move a pet to, especially an old pet, but they handled all the paperwork and bookings and even made sure my almost toothless dog had access to all the wet food he needed. They gave me an amazing timeline and checklist for all my pets veterinary visits which was easy to read and understand. Even the doctors and receptionists at my dogs veterinary hospital said how wonderful Nina was to work with! I really can't give them enough praise. Right now I'm considering other pet relocation companies. I contacted them in April and just now getting the responses that I need. For $3500 I really expected more in terms of information as to how to prepare my dog for the travel centers shots and other requirements. We were interested in using this service, and it was initially the front runner for us in the search to move our dog overseas. We knew the cost without the service would be in the $6,000-$7,000 range. The quote they gave us was $13,600. I expected a significant markup because it is supposed to be a white glove service, but when I asked exactly what we would be getting for the extra $7,000 dollars, they were not willing to tell me! Instead of an actual explanation of their fees I got a rude and defensive response from Katy telling me to go elsewhere. It was very, very strange, since at that point I would have used them if they had sent me a reasonable breakdown of what the extra fees were for. This is a big decision, and our dog's safety and how he travels is very important to us. I will be reaching out to the company to see if there is someone else we can deal with. After our experience so far it would be hard to trust this company with our pet, due to the defensiveness and lack of transparency. read more

We moved from the Bay Area in California to Washington DC. PetRelocation knew which airlines should be used and which should be avoided. They booked a flight for our dog, recommended a travel kennel, and told us what needed to be done when. It was a pretty seamless process. I would recommend them. read more

Do you have pets? Do you need to move? If your answer to both of these questions is "yes", look no further. My wife and I moved from Los Angeles to Kansas City, but were worried and confused about the best way to get our two dogs there. Fly them ourselves? Have them ride in the car for 3 days (likely more due to frequent stops, etc.)? Shove them in our suitcase (just kidding... kind of)? But then we found PetRelocation, and knew they were our best option. Penney and Garrett worked with us from beginning to end. They are amazing at what they do. Also, I didn't ask, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have degrees in psychology. Not only did they coordinate getting our pups from city to city, but they very calmly answered all our questions, fielded our constant calls and emails, and served as therapists during each and every one of our freak outs. What's the most important thing here? Your pets getting from A to B safely, right? Well, PetRelocation can certainly do that as good or better than anyone. Add to that amazing customer service, knowledge of how everything works, and just all around pleasant people, and it all adds to an easy decision. Trust me, if you're going to try and save money on your move (we certainly did), go cheap on your own flights (I did) and/or drive your own uhaul cross country (my amazing wife and her uncle did), but do what you need to in order to get your furry kids safely to your new city. The paperwork seemed daunting, and I had no time to look into all vaccination requirements, but these amazing ladies were with me every step of the way. They even went with me to the final vet visit, and their presence helped me to avoid major errors in paperwork. As a result, our cats were cleared at Heathrow as quickly as reasonably possible. Having moved countries with three children several times I was surprised about how much worse the prospect of moving a pet for the first time from the USA to the U.K. Felt. The service offered was incredible from start to finish. The service was personal from the beginning with a telephone call to discuss our needs. Note - Yelp is filtering this review for whatever reason. If you want to know the truth about this company contact me for documentation of what I say below. Please be careful with these people. Please don't do this to yourself or your pets. First they quoted my rates based on a route the airline has not flown in years. It took them 3 weeks to notify me that, opps, their quote was imaginary, during which time I left the country to wait for my dogs abroad. When I asked about a refund I was told I was not eligible for a full refund because they were not CANCELLING just rerouting...you know, to a REAL airline. I was told I could have a partial refund at their discretion in 4 to 6 weeks. As I did not have the money to pay AGAIN while waiting for a refund it made it impossible for me to book with a new company without waiting an additional 10 weeks (the move required 6 weeks lead time) which meant leaving my animals in care 15,000 miles away from me with my mother who was rapidly losing patience. The rerouting added an additional 30% to the bill which made it 40% over my other estimates. The PR people said it would be worth it for the service, the animals would be kept in climate controlled areas, they would be walked and let out of the crate at every stop, their crates would be kept clean and dry and their agents were the very best. If that had been at all true I would not be writing this review. My dogs arrived at my new home in horrible condition. I had been specifically been told they would be kept in climate controlled conditions as they were being moved from a US winter to a hot Asian climate and would need time to adjust t the heat. They were delivered on in 95 degree weather in the back of a pickup truck with the crates have covered by a worn tarp. According to the delivery company they had been on the truck for 2 hours in the heat. The crates were not secured into the truck in any way. I immediately got them into a cold bath and it still took hours for them to cool down. The crates were filthy and stank of old urine. Instead of cleaning the crates they had put new pee pads in on top of the old wet ones, so there were three layers of animal waste in each crate, and one crate still had flowing urine in the bottom. The last flight they had been one was only 3 hours after an overnight layover (where they should have been let out into a larger pen for the night and and the crate cleaned) There is NO WAY they started in a clean crate and urinated that much in a few hours. They both still had full bladders on arrival (so they had not just wet the crated on the way to the house) and defecated several days worth as soon as they got out of the crate. When I complained to PR they were "just as upset as I was" and "conducted an investigation" but it was very useless. They said their agents "took responsibility" for the conditions of the dogs, but when I asked if they were still going to tell people (as they did me) that these contractors were "the very best" they said that they WERE the best and would continue to say so. They said that the delivery company the contractors used would never be used again, but when I said, "You didn't know they were using substandard delivery personal BEFORE how can you be sure you know NEXT time?" no answer. The neglect of my dogs was apparently just an oppsie. When I asked if they saw themselves as responsible for this fiasco in any way the answer was basically no., They have the very highest standards. This is not their fault. So it has been one month. They have said they are giving me a refund that is less than the $770 I paid to have my dogs just from the airport here to my house, and about 5% of the overall move.. All of my original paperwork which I need to establish ownership and legal import of the dogs has been lost and they "think" it is with their agents, but the agents despite being "the best" aren't calling them back so who really knows. They promised to follow through but I have given up. My dogs who have been perfectly crate trained for years won't go near them. Don't do this to your animals. Don't do it to yourselves. There is bound to be a better way. read more

Katy from Pet Relocation did an amazing job moving our cat Nemo from the US to Germany! First, we did not know our exact travel dates until 2 weeks prior to our move. Katy organized everything in just a few days. She responded to e-mails quickly, kept track of every step of the process and made sure that we know what to expect at every stage. No questions were left unanswered. She managed to get the cat on the same flight as us, which made the trip a lot easier for us logistically. Katy also walked our vet through all the necessary paperwork and helped them fill it out correctly. We have moved quite a bit (both in the US and internationally) and we have never been more satisfied with any other Service or company we have used when relocating. When we first found out that we'll be moving, we thought that moving the cat will be the hardest part. It turned out this was the easiest and least stressful part of our move thanks to Katy! She sent us pictures of our cat when he checked in at the airport, which was such a relief for us and being able to see he's doing OK, made the trip a lot less stressful. As I mentioned earlier, we have moved the cat as well as our household goods several times internationally and in the US. We know how stressful it can be.
