Pet Relocation helped me move my dog from Texas to the UK, & I could not have asked for a better experience! They went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of his move was secured, which took away so much stress. I never had to worry about him during his journey, because they kept me updated throughout, and he arrived safely and happily!

Chilling out after his big flight!

Words don't begin to encapsulate how fantastic this service and these people are. My husband and I just moved from the US to Australia. Imagine an international move to the other side of the world, now add to that the renovating of our house, finding tenants we could trust, the moving of my business, and finding a new home in Australia. Daunting, right? The idea of making our precious, anxious, rescue Joey endure long flights and quarantine was the most stressful part of all this for me! Allie and Katie answered all my questions in the beginning, took a look at photos and sorted out things like the right bedding for the crate and reassured me with details of Joey's care. Ellen Duncan took over once we had potential move dates and handled everything from that point to the end. I'm a very DIY person in life and business, but I could see from the start that this was something I really needed to outsource. Too many moving parts, too much that could go wrong. I am so incredibly happy I did. Yes, it's expensive and we are not wealthy, but peace of mind and Joey's welfare were the most important thing to us and it was worth every penny. All along the way, Ellen answered questions promptly, provided updates, took care of paperwork, reminded me of appointments and even sent photos of Joey in the LAX kennel and details of the quarantine in Melbourne. They must have taken very good care of him in quarantine, as well, because Joey emerged 10 days later, and 14 days since we'd seen him, at almost the same weight. He was shaking, because he's a nervous little guy who, since COVID began, has never been out of our sight, but he bounced back quickly and amazingly, seems to have suffered no ill effects at all! I would not hesitate to recommend Pet Relocation 1000%. Not a hiccup in the whole process.

I want to thank the Pet Relocation team for getting our pug Penelope to Italy safely from LAX! This is our second time using this company to transport our dog and it won't be the last- we move around a lot (military). It's a little pricey but it is definitely worth it as they handle all of the paperwork required to travel with your pets. I especially love that they provide updates/ photos throughout the whole trip. Maegan Covelli was our travel agent and she absolutely deserves all the praise (and a raise). Thank you again!! I also want to thank the Bliss agents Annamaria and Lisa!! I have attached some photos taken throughout the trip. The woman in the dress is the Bliss agent Lisa with Penelope!

I highly recommend this company and their services. They took care of everything when we moved our two 80 pound dogs from the US to Portugal. I was very impressed with their communication, setting expectations, and keeping us on track with our tasks. I completely trusted Kristina and team to take care of everything, which they did. My lowered stress level was worth every penny of this service. My boys are happily enjoying Portugal!

Missy after her 24hr journey to our new home!

PetRelocation gave our family great service and managed everything for our beloved dog Missy on our move from California to Medellin, Colombia. PetRelocation was very proactive and organized in a way that allowed us to know every step of the way. This was our first trip with our 9 year/old dog, so everything was new to us. PetRelocation was very knowledgeable of the entire process, including import at destination. Everyone was super nice and the entire team and their international partners are truly amazing! 100% recommend PetRelocation, worth every penny ($$$$)

They both told me if there was any problem I could exchange or return them, which made me feel grateful ! Well I placed the socks on my little girl to protect her paws from the Scorching Pavement and we were on our way to another shop. I stopped nearby to pick up something and noticed that my pups Back sock was missing I checked all through my car and yet nothing ! I thought I would take a chance and drive back to the Healthy Pet Store and there it was sitting on the sidewalk ! They were closed by the time I returned so I waited a few days thinking it might have been me who placed the socks on her foot incorrectly, but No, They were a little too big for her tiny Feet ! Bella and I returned and met Colin at the Cash Register, again a Very welcoming young man. I explained the situation to him and he told me he had an XXS Size at another location and would have them sent over ! He would call me when they arrived ! Sure enough he left a Voicemail and I Dropped back in. I met another young girl with an Unusual Name who assisted me immediately, Also So Very Nice ! Right before her second surgery, I needed an emergency appointment because she ended up having a total TPLO tear just three days before the scheduled procedure. The team was incredibly responsive and got her in quickly, which made a very stressful situation feel under control and reassured me that she was in the best hands. Recovery is definitely not easy--it's a long and sometimes challenging process--but Dr. Might and his team made it so much more manageable. They provided clear step-by-step instructions and scheduled regular recheck appointments, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the healing journey. I was also very pleased with the communication from his office--they kept me informed, answered all my questions, and were always supportive. My dog's leg is doing great, she is recovering now from the second surgery, and I'm so grateful for the care she received. Dr. Might and his staff are amazing--professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. We have always brought our cats in to get their nails cut at different pet salons. Never have I had a groomer pick up my cats out of carrier by their scuff. (if my cat were a kitten, yes). My one cat is probably 14 pounds and the other is 10 1/2 pounds . Additionally, not to hold the bottom of the body is ridiculous! I asked RAZ the next time I brought my one little gray cat in, if she could at least hold the bottom if she is going to grab him that way. RAZ says this is what I feel comfortable with and I guess I can. She still didn't hold him right. RAZ is unfortunately not experienced, very young, and has a bad attitude. Then she attached a leash on my cat who is actually very little. I know 10 1/2 pounds seems like a lot, but he's very tiny (no one has ever used a leash on him, nor do we). She is holding the leash with her one hand, trying to cut his nails while pulling on the leash at the same time and he's crying. His head was being pulled back and he hissed. I think anyone would have. I went in there immediately to tell her to stop and leave my cat alone. She said, while he hissed at me well, of course, because you were pulling his neck back and choking him. I said I would never bring him in again. She yells, "good and good luck". I then get my cat and a leave the salon. Before I did, I made sure to talk to a manager. When someone is calling the manager over for me -RAZ comes running out from the back of the store, where the grooming salon is to talk l to the manager first... how Professional I did contact Pet Smart to file a complaint, but nothing went any further- manager from Pet Smart contacted me. She asked if I would like to bring him in again with a new groomer that they just got for cats. No thank you I am good. I will never bring them to PETSMART. You have to watch your own pets to make sure they are taken care of once you drop them off. They do not have a voice. It surprises me that anyone brings their pets here I wish I read the reviews before I brought my kids in! Very unprofessional and I'm surprise she is still there.

I brought my animals here for years because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of transitioning facilities. However, they made constant mistakes with their medical history, so I had to keep my own notes to ensure their records were accurate. My final straw with this facility was when I had my animal scheduled for an Felv vaccine, but they had her down for an HCP vaccine when she had just got hers done a few months prior. Had I not kept my own notes and corrected the staff, they would have given her the wrong vaccine. Less than a week after I finally decided to discharge my animals, my poor cat was brutally attacked by another cat, and I had to take her in to to the ER all night ,she had puncture wounds and lacerations all over her body At that point, I didn't have another facility lined up. You would think that an ethical veterinary facility would prioritize the health and safety of animals and show some empathy, especially after my cat had been a patient there for several years. I needed to bring her in for a follow-up a few days after her ER visit, but Dr torrez would not see her. The manager Amanda made it pretty clear on the phone, She said, "I have to see if they are willing to see her after I decided to part ways." Her tone was harsh and and they did not have any regard for my poor cats health. In my head I'm thinking these people wont even check on my cat, in obviously an emergency situatuion that's Nobody anticipated??? I found their lack of concern for my cats well-being to be disturbing, disheartening, and disgusting. They clearly do not care about animals here or priotize there health and safety. Additionally, a close friend had to put her cat down at this facility, and Dr Reinap showed ZERO empathy over the situation. While my dog loves people, she tends to avoid other dogs due to anxiety, which can lead to her biting them. In the past, other boarding facilities have accommodated my request to keep my dog separated from the other dogs, but Mary Jane was unwilling to meet my dog's needs. Mary Jane did not provide me with enough time to find another boarding facility after she declined my request one day before the scheduled daycare session. Both are high strung, worked up, and hostile individuals that really need to not be involved in this company or any front-facing employee requirements. This facility has received over $700 from my dog's visits in the last few months, and my dog has received excellent report cards for his kind and playful behavior. The caretakers Aaron and Curtis are wonderful to him and I, but I think they should begin to look for new jobs, as my recent phone call with Mary Jane and interactions with Gavin have been very intense, gaslighting and bullying. I was denied daycare last weekend and resubmitted my request because no reason was provided and they typically only have a few dogs on Saturday for daycare. I thought it was an error, as we come every weekend to play for a full Saturday. My second request was sent with a text to doublecheck the accuracy, and a text came back that the facility was booked for boarding dogs. I assumed it was due to ACL Festival, said no problem and booked my dog elsewhere- at Hill Country Pet Resort. Zoomies recommended no other pet daycare locations to me, so I had to start my research from scratch, and this place was down the street from Zoomies, with 4 star Yelp reviews. This is when everything changed. I had never been to HCPR, but upon arriving there I was greeted by a gentleman who took a hit from a bong and had sores all over his mouth. I felt uncomfortable but a sense of duty, and asked to see the facility to find out more of what I could report to city officials. They had kennels filled with piles of excrement at 9am, that the dogs were stepping on and they had no separate pens with mowed grass or turf for them to run around in. I left distraught, said NO THANKS, and drove away immediately. I decided to swing by our regular daycare of Zoomies, which was a few blocks away. I left my dog in the car and walked inside to inquire about any possible cancellations since we last spoke. The employee said he had extra help and that they would be happy to take my little dog because he was easy to handle and the employee seemed to know the situation over at HCPR and made no issue of taking mine in last minute. So as a mom, I was relieved but also wept driving away for the other dogs left behind at HCPR. All went well last Saturday at Zoomies, and all were happy. I even had a nice talk with the employees when I picked my dog up later that day. On Monday, I received a call from the manager of HCPR and shared my feedback with him- he was very supportive of my thoughts and concerns and went to the owners immediately. It was a very bad situation but the manager has a good head on his shoulders and took my criticism respectfully, as it was delivered respectfully but with searing truth. On the other hand, Mary Jane, the owner at Zoomies sent me a banal text this morning asking me to call her. It was written like she was a school principal and I was in trouble. She blamed me for going around her from the start of the call and said she wanted to understand my thinking. Pure ego on fire. I knew she was already upset and said she was at a funeral last weekend, so I could tell this just wasn't going to go well because she was very angry and acting hurt. Mary Jane kept interrupting me and then blamed me for the sins of all others who just show up without a reservation. She told me to stop talking and I had to raise my voice over her to ask her to calm down and reminded her that she's not the only person going through hard things. I asked her repeatedly to please allow me to finish my story because I was coming from a good place, but she kept interrupting and blame shifting. I said again, that I just asked if there were any cancellations with no intention of leaving my dog unless there was a new opening, and did not bring my dog inside with me. I simply wanted to know if there had been any cancellations since we last spoke. She made remarks that I kept putting in requests and didn't respect their final word, she gaslight me and twisted it around on me, insinuating that I was manipulating the situation to my benefit and then she yelled out that I was BANNED from the facility and hung up on me. That outcome was Mary Jane's fault entirely. She had not spoken to the employee yet, either. She just wanted to screw me over and get back at me for some made up slight. I was a loyal customer. I have also left positive 5-star reviews and recommended them on social media and to everyone I know. I am shocked at how much of a hurt and suffering elitist Mary Jane has become within her own operation. She seemed so nice. But things have changed and their personal problems are getting in the way of what could have been a successful business.
