She is warm and friendly and our catizens are in her capable and loving hands. I asked for specifically what we wanted (ridiculously silly lion cuts) with the warning that both cats are blind so they need a good deal of physical and audible reassurance. It's always a huge concern with special need seniors that they get the gentle, custom care they require. They came back inside calm and the cuts clean, well shaped and less than we expected to pay. She was quick and friendly. Thank you guys for continuing the high level of care we had come to expect and providing Catbus and Mushu with their ridiculous (my request!) lion cuts. First stop, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming for Bella to choose her birthday treat. She chose a cake pop, which I treated her to for her birthday. Don't worry...it was a dog cake pop. She also said she wanted a cold brew. Wait...what...a drinking dog?! Say it isn't so. Calm down...it was effectively pumpkin flavored water. Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is part boutique, part bakery, and part spa. A dog spa...really?! It was apparent to me that Bella is a spa regular. One of the key store attractions is the dog bakery. The dog treat displays are impressive, featuring handcrafted, oven-baked treats, decorated cookies, and custom birthday cakes. According to my friend, they use natural, high quality ingredients. Woof Gang also has premium dog and cat food, toys, accessories, and wellness items. Their grooming services include salon style and personalized baths to full grooms. A dog spa day...OMG...my friend's fur baby is treated better than humans. I guess there is no limit to treating your fur baby. Even to the point that we were told "her hair is just is such bad shape we need to shave her down to skin". What?! YOU'VE been the one grooming her! I had used Woof Gang for my Pom before he passed away so back to the professionals to work their magic. First was a consult to assess the condition of the pup's fur. You know what? It wasn't as bad as we were told at all! Thanks to review by a professional groomer that's been in the biz for over a decade our fears were calmed. A cut appointment was made and voila, this lil pup is now happy and looks healthy and beautiful after her grooming. They're the only ones that are grooming this pup. Ever!

You would not think this is a big deal, however it is a deal breaker for me. I have had other groomers who completely ignored my instructions and my dog received a standard poodle cut. We love Betty!! I spent the first year of my dogs life grooming him myself...it was an ordeal every…read moretime. The process would take 3 hours and I'd split it into multiple days because neither him nor I could do a full 3 hour session at once. I said all that to say that I wish I would've gone to Betty sooner! I got my dog Beast in 2022 and for some reason it was really hard to find a groomer--no one was taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment online with Wholesome Doodle, answered a few questions and uploaded a few pics of what I wanted Beast's cut to look like. I was able to get aN appointment fairly quickly. Upon meeting Betty, she felt around for mats and helped me come up with a mat that would be best for Beast. Unfortunately, we had to shave him down pretty low during his first grooming appointment, but that was no one's fault but my own. Things got In the way and I didn't brush him as regularly as I should've and many mats formed. Following the appointment she provided us with a folder with care and maintenance tips for his coat. Betty is highly experienced and will explain everything going into the appointment. She does great with Beast and I recommend her to everyone!

She also took heed to my concerns about our pup being shy and timid, and was able to pick up our pup and take her for her very first grooming sesh! We left our nine-month-old Great Pyrenees for what we thought was going to be only 2 weeks, but the…read moreremodel of the house took just under a month. I got regular updates, and my dog looked happy. When I pick them up you look very happy and healthy I was relieved because he was boarded for so long. Only two things caught my attention, but not enough to think it was a problem. We tried to visit our dog in the middle of his stay, but they told us that it would confuse and excite him, and it would be difficult for him to settle down again because he would think he's going home. It makes sense, but we really missed our dog and wanted to see him. The other thing was that we paid for a bath before we picked them up. I'm not sure if they did a poor job of a bath, or if they bathed him at all, because he had a powerful kennel smell, but then again, he could have picked that up after he got bathed. Overall, very happy, I recommend it especially for short stays.
