We have been using New Image Mobile Grooming for a few years and have been very happy with their service. Recently, the old cat groomer moved on to other pastures (we wish Kat the VERY BEST with tons of thanks for caring for our critters!) and a new groomer stepped in. She is warm and friendly and our catizens are in her capable and loving hands. I asked for specifically what we wanted (ridiculously silly lion cuts) with the warning that both cats are blind so they need a good deal of physical and audible reassurance. It's always a huge concern with special need seniors that they get the gentle, custom care they require. They came back inside calm and the cuts clean, well shaped and less than we expected to pay. She was quick and friendly. Thank you guys for continuing the high level of care we had come to expect and providing Catbus and Mushu with their ridiculous (my request!) lion cuts. Clean ears and trimmed nails for all. We look forward to next time!
We are so happy with the two grooming appointments we have had with Cat so far! I have two dogs with very different grooming needs and we had an incredible experience both times! Cat is knowledgeable, efficient, and my dogs have truly never looked better! We will continue to book with her moving forward, the ease of them coming to us and grooming right outside our house is so nice for this mom of two littles. Could not recommend more highly! Worth the money for quality of service
We were referred to New Image about a year ago after our grooming appt at our usual place keeps getting canceled or rescheduled. We have a bichon mix who needs regular grooming and Kaiser always look amazing afterwards. I can never brush him out that good and I definitely don't have the patience to. He's got curls! We also started grooming our corgi puppy, Hercules with them because he puts up a fight in the bath tub whenever we try to bathe him. It's a struggle so it's best he can get a bath and brush out with someone trained to do so. It's such a convenient to have them come to our house also, less stress for our bichon because he has anxiety in car rides. Their charge for mobile grooming isn't much higher than taking them in to a grooming salon. Saves a trip back and forth and relieves some stress for our dogs.
I reached out to them and they communicated quickly and even worked my into their schedule due to me starting school soon and my girl being older. The groomer took extra time to give my 17 yr old girl lots of breaks because she can't stand for long. She came out super soft and definitely felt great after her grooming. It was a bit pricey but seeing as they went the extra mile in many ways for me and my girl and they are mobile it was worth it to make my 17yr old husky Shepard comfortable
If we could provide stars we would. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased and have scheduled reoccurring grooms with Kat. This business is amazing and they drive out to you in a state of the art groom van. All of the work is done right there in front of your home. She immediately showed care, love, and compassion towards our dog. Right away we felt comfortable with her taking him away for bit. Stop taking your pets to PetCo. for grooming and go New Image. *before and after pics
Very prompt and professional service. Top rated our four dogs have never looked better. Glad we found a used them.
Absolutely wonderful. The appointment setting process was quick and painless. The groomer showed up on time, got right to work. The dog which had presented such problems for me was no problem at all for the pro. He came back to me a refurbished and happy animal. Words can't express how grateful I am. My dog looks and feels great, strutting around the neighborhood like a boss. Will definitely use this service again.
My first experience with New Image. Cat was incredible and this was by FAR the best groom Biscuit has ever had!! It was so easy and calm, and Biscuit looks like a new dog. So soft and shiny too! It's like Cat read my mind on exactly what I wanted and delivered!!! I'll definitely be using y'all again. 110% satisfied. Thank you so much!!
This is worth every penny! We have struggled for years to find a groomer who could 1) cut our dog's hair with the style requested and 2) didn't cause our dog significant stress in the process. Our groomer's name is Cat and she really is the best. She's kind, professional and trustworthy. Our dog is 10 years old and does NOT do well at an ordinary groomer with loud noises and multiple animals, so this is the perfect option for an anxious dog. I recommend this to all pet owners I know!
Our 5-month old doodle was in need of a haircut so after reading some recommendations and reviews, we decided to give New Image a try. We did not expect such spectacular results! Our doodle went from looking like a shaggy wild animal to a well-mannered gentleman! Take a look at the before and after photos! Kat was extremely professional and our pup loved her. Looking forward to the next appointment!
This is a companion that has been with me for over a decade so of course I am extremely upset about what happened to her. She did not have this scab when she went to the appointment and left with a scab that is still there, months later. The vet is stating the mass will not regress without surgical intervention. It has been over 2 months. Before the grooming appointment she was not bleeding and surely did not have this giant scab. I understand you are human and mistakes do happen but this is clearly something that occurred during the grooming appointment and has yet to resolve. I can afford to take my dog to the vet. I was paying you to cut two of my dogs' hair. Paying for the vet visit would not cover the injuries sustained to my pet. Imagine taking a child to the pediatrician and they get an injury then the pediatrician offers to pay for the visit. When you were notified of what happened this is how you responded to it. I just wanted to prevent other people having to go through this ordeal and have their pet children possibly injured, especially for the amount you charge. I don't think you guys give two shits about the dogs you see-- it is not about the money. No amount of money would ameliorate this situation. The damage has been done. You could have taken responsibility for it when given the opportunity.
Elizabeth was great! Our pup Marlowe looked so amazing after, and we loved how quickly the process was compared to our typical grooming experiences we've had. Also, Marlowe seemed pretty happy afterward, unlike other times where he seems a bit traumatized, and keeps to himself for hours after grooming.
They always do an amazing job with our Goldens! Their messaging service is wonderful - they let you know if they can get you in earlier, message when en route, are responsive to all emails. We have tried a few groomers in the area, but would definitely prefer to pay the premium for the convenience, great service/skill and esp for not having to keep my dogs in a kennel for hours after they are done (like most groomers do) Also, we have a senior golden with arthritis and they do a modified/shorter cut for him so he doesn't have to stand up for long!

Love this company! They've been cutting my Pomeranian for 2 years now! Consistently reliable and always a very good cut! This has helped my baby stat calm when he gets groomed! Today I was at the pool when they came and I missed their call but when I realized and called them, they came back! Whew! They also send reminders when it's been 58 days since the last grooming so I can get on their schedule! So grateful to have access to such a wonderful mobile groomer right here in Round Rock! read more

We have a 14 year old Australian Shepherd who has been a handful her whole life, and who hates to be groomed. Our back yard is full of things like grassburs that tangle and mat in her fur. Not a good combination. As she has gotten older and less able to get in and out of the car, it has become harder to get her groomed and that lead to her coat being a knotted mess. Enter New Image Pet Grooming. I thought having someone come to our house would be the least stressful way to go and I was right. Cat works so well with our old dog. She has been here twice and each time Roxy looks better and better! and, she loves Cat! Such a relief to have someone come here so I don't have to stress Roxy getting her in and out of the car and taking her to a noisy place where she is stuck in a crate for hours on end. It is so much less stressful for her. Thank you New Image, and Cat, so much. read more

New Image Pet Grooming did a wonderful job on my little guy Teddi, it was his first time being groomed and it went so smoothly. Kat his groomer did a awesome job and Teddi loved her. I liked how she consulted with me and went over what she was going to do to Teddi. She made Teddi and I feel comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely use them again for all of Teddi's grooming needs. read more

Recently moved to TX and so glad to find such a wonderful mobile grooming service! We've had the same groomers for the past six years so I was quite anxious today. Great dog groomers! I had previously went to another local one in Round Rock Texas but they weren't available for almost a month so I decided to try New Image. They are a little pricey but it's totally worth it! They are mobile which is amazing and they can do both your pups at the same time without caging them which I HATE! The girl was super kind and came to me so I wouldn't have to walk as far in the parking lot to get to her since I was carrying my baby as well. She was so professional and asked all the right questions. I could definitely tell she was an animal person because she was super pumped and the dogs were not scared or barking at all! They came out looking great ! read more

So happy I found them!!! Typically Oliver would have his nails trimmed at daycare but daycare closed due to Covid-19. But very glad we found New Image because they did a SPLENDID JOB. His nails have never looked better. Our boy has seen several people around town and has even been turned away once citing "too wild"......yikes! Poor pup is just scared, that all! Communication and scheduling was quick and easy. Owner was very accommodating and patiently listened to us ramble on n on about our apprehensiveness. Vu and Julie did an amazing job. Afterwards, Oliver wasn't panting or shaken up per usual; he was relaxed and super chill. They even said he was very behaved so I guess some groomers just have the magic touch. I can tell care was taken bc every nail has been filed down smoothly leaving no rough edges behind (see pic). Super happy to have met and supported a great local business! read more

Update: I have been using New Image for two years now and couldn't have been more happy with their work! I firmly believe in you get what you pay for and they have provided a whole experience. Some things they do that I really like are offering me earlier time slots when a cancelation comes up, always coming earlier or on time to the appointment, notification when they are on the way, and setting up reoccurring appointments so that I don't have to schedule individual appointments each time. Julie really knows what she is doing and I am extremely happy with the beautiful grooms! read more

It was an amazing first time grooming experience and it will for sure not be the last with new image. Had my 6 babies(5 cats and 1 dog) groomed for the first time and was really nervous because my my dog is just not great with new people but cat was able to clean her up really nice and trim her nails which I had never been able to do and my 5 kitties were so clean and soft and they all looked like they felt so much better after they were done being mad lol. Cat was so patient with all my babies especially my dog and it was totally worth the price! read more

My King Charles Cavalier is very skittish and we always are tentative when we drop her off with a groomer. This was a really easy time for her and was very quick. In less than an hour, she was back in our house looking happy and freshened up (the attached pic was taken immediately afterwards). The crew was very courteous and accommodating. It was a bit more costly than an in-house groomer, but considering there was no transportation to / from an groomer, plus no wait time in a kennel for a skittish little dog, it seems relative. Thanks for taking care of Elsa, folks. read more

Julie is a wonderful groomer who helped my dog Lambchop look handsome again. You can really tell she cares about fur babies. Before the groom she asked me how I wanted Lambchop to be groomed. My dog had a lot of mats and so I appreciated her efforts to keep his fur as long as possible by diligently brushing and bathing him. This reduced the need to shave him down. The result was a happy dog whose fur is now so soft and smells so good! The trailer was clean and it's nice that dogs don't get placed in a cage or kennel. They also complete grooming with a cute bandana! I'd recommend New Image Pet Grooming to anyone that needed the convenience of a mobile pet groom! read more

I'm so pleased with New Image Grooming. I have a mini schnauzer who is all of six months old and had a bad experience with another groomer. She was scared of the trimmers so she was pretty badly matted. Kat was so gentle with her and trimmed her perfectly. Daisy looks so cute now, ready for spring. I also like that the groomers come right to my house. They were right on time, and got the grooming done quickly. Recommend highly. read more
