What an Amazing Store with Such Wonderful Employees !! Since the summer heat has hit our area I thought I might try out this Unique little Pet Store and check out their 'socks for pups' department ! They have a great Assortment and Sarah was So Helpful ! She let me try on a Few of their Selections and We fell In Love with the 'Mary Jane' booties, Ssoooo Cute for my Little Poodle I purchased them from Brian at the counter, and Again such a welcoming and friendly man ! They both told me if there was any problem I could exchange or return them, which made me feel grateful ! Well I placed the socks on my little girl to protect her paws from the Scorching Pavement and we were on our way to another shop. I stopped nearby to pick up something and noticed that my pups Back sock was missing I checked all through my car and yet nothing ! I thought I would take a chance and drive back to the Healthy Pet Store and there it was sitting on the sidewalk ! They were closed by the time I returned so I waited a few days thinking it might have been me who placed the socks on her foot incorrectly, but No, They were a little too big for her tiny Feet ! Bella and I returned and met Colin at the Cash Register, again a Very welcoming young man. I explained the situation to him and he told me he had an XXS Size at another location and would have them sent over ! He would call me when they arrived ! Sure enough he left a Voicemail and I Dropped back in. I met another young girl with an Unusual Name who assisted me immediately, Also So Very Nice ! We tried them on Immediately and the XXS Socks Fit Perfectly !! What a Great Experience at this store ! I Highly Recommend stopping in this location to meet such friendly employees and an assortment of great Products for your Pets !! I know I'll be back ! read more

This place is a god send! My sweet husky needed a bath and the staff was so helpful and understanding while I bathed him and did my absolute best to dry him off! The location is clean and well stocked for those looking for a diy bathing solution! They also have a great supply of snacks and toys that seemed to make up for the unwanted bath situation everyone was really kind and I will absolutely be back! read more

I do like this store and the staff; however, if you use the self-service wash, be aware that there is a chance your dog will come home with fleas. This is a possibility with any self-service wash. Luckily, my dog was on flea medication and the fleas jumped off, but the fleas did jump off of him in the house. There was no resulting infestation thankfully. read more

The dying bath is quick easy, well supplied, clean and equipment is kept in good working order. I like the bonus bath after so many visits and the staff is helpful and attentive. read more

Wow. Our puppy had surgery and was wearing an e-collar. The puppy being a puppy, she found a way to shatter the plastic of the e-collar the veterinarian put on her. It was late on Saturday and we needed an e-collar immediately to prevent her from licking at her surgery spot. I called Healthy Pet and spoke to a nice gentleman and asked if they carried e-collars. He said they did. We rushed right over. Right when we walked in, he pulled out the Kong brand e-collars. Wow. Talk about customer service. I forgot his name, but he was super nice. He helped us find the right size for our puppy and made the stress disappear. He even gave our puppy some delicious treats and was super nice to her. We are so excited Healthy Pet is in Bee Cave! Perfectly located across from the pet friendly patio at Chisos, we can't wait to plan a pet date with our pugs and have some lunch and then shopping at Healthy Pet. Locally owned by a terrific guy, we popped in and grabbed some dog treats. They have everything a pet lover could ask for from bedding, to food and treats, clothes and on site pet washing spa rooms, so your house stays clean on dog bath day. We used the self serve pet wash station today it was really nice. They have everything there that you'll need, and the setup makes washing your dog much easier than trying to do it in a bathtub. Only minor downside was that the dryer had only cold air so it took a while to dry, but you can bring your own hair dryer from home if you want. There are outlets in the wash rooms. We just got a new kitten and she got us laced up on what the best diet plan would be to grow a healthy cat. She really knows her stuff regarding the products they carry. The price point is slightly higher than the grocery store , but the products are hard to find at other places. I love healthy pet! They have a large selection of items, the staff is very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations when needed. My dog always loves going in and sniffing everything. We usually get him treats or toys from healthy pet, he always loves whatever we get. The store is very organized and clean. The bee cave one in particular were live walking around the area and ending with a healthy pet trip, then whole foods. Very convenient! read more

Just got back from dog bath time at Healthy Pet at the Galleria in Bee Caves, WOW! Over the past ten or so years we have used all the available do it your self dog washing places in the Austin area and today we found THE BEST. An individual room that is CLEAN and EASY to use with all the needed supplies you need or bring your own. A built in ramp allows the dog easy entry through a side entry that slides closed to keep the dog from escaping. There are three different leashes located in the wash tub if the dog needs to be safely restrained from jumping out. Adjust the water temp to suit your dog. The water stayed at the temp we set throughout the wash. The blow dry is from a hose that hangs down from the ceiling with no loud machine in the room to scare the dog. I forget the number but after a number of dog washes you get one on the house. Just one more thing is that you get all of that at a price that is very competitive with any other self serve dog wash location. Trevor and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable without being intrusive. And then there are an amazing array of quality supplies, foods, treats for any pet. We will be back for more of all that Cody needs! read more
