Our dog likes it here! They seem to understand what works best for the animals in their care. Nice owners too.

I've been a loyal customer of A to Z Dog Ranch for a long time, but my recent experiences have been…read moreincredibly disappointing. The owner spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone over a simple issue that could have been resolved professionally. Her claim she has given "many free things," is unfounded. She once changed my dog's food without my approval, then charged me for it, that wasn't free, and then left a voicemail calling my dog by the wrong name. How can she claim to know my dog's history if she doesn't even know her name? My suggestions get your story straight before calling. Unfortunately, I've heard similar complaints in the community and they have moved their business elsewhere due to her, the owner, Wendee, disrespectful behavior, which seems to be a pattern. In my opinion, there are other companies that provide better service, more flexible pick-up and drop-off times, and a kinder approach. I can now book flights that fit my budget and choose a care provider that values me and my pet. It's clear there are more affordable and reliable options out there for your best friends, and I'm relieved to no longer deal with the unprofessionalism at A to Z Dog Ranch. Happy trails!

Both get the care they need, always! The photos I receive of them at play are so helpful, especially when I am away from them for a two week stay. In short, I cannot recommend Zoomies highly enough. My interactions with Mary Jane have always been cordial and informative. Her care for my dogs is evident in the way the place is run, in the employees, and in the excitement my 2 yr. old pup exhibits when he knows he is going to Zoomies!

While my dog loves people, she tends to avoid other dogs due to anxiety, which can lead to her biting them. I find it unreasonable for the owner to require my dog to participate in group play, as she stated. She is not familiar with the temperament of Australian Cattle Dogs. In the past, other boarding facilities have accommodated my request to keep my dog separated from the other dogs, but Mary Jane was unwilling to meet my dog's needs. Mary Jane did not provide me with enough time to find another boarding facility after she declined my request one day before the scheduled daycare session. The receptionist informed me that it was available, but MJ said it was full. Additionally, I asked her to remove my account, and she texted me that she would do so shortly. However, when I checked a few hours later, I found that the account still existed. I texted her, and I still haven't gotten her reply.

I would never trust Five Star Vet with a pet . What started as a very serious situation with my cat…read moreturned into an extremely frustrating and heartbreaking experience. They completely missed the fact my cat had mouth cancer even though his face was asymmetrical and swollen!!!! As a pet owner, you expect compassion, transparency, and confidence from the people caring for your animal -- especially when your pet is suffering. Instead, they made me pay several hundred dollars for arthritis tests!! On top of everything th staff was awful to my animal! Pinning him down and yelling at him!!! I would not recommend this clinic to friends, family, or anyone looking for quality veterinary care.

As a vet, they're okay. The team is friendly. But there are two big issues:…read more 1. They now charge a 3% credit card fee. I brought it up at the time--credit cards are the safest, most common way to pay in 2025. I don't carry cash or a debit card. I get that processing fees are a pain, but passing that onto consumers is wild. They offered to email me a payment link so we could use a debit card, but the 3% fee was already added--and hidden--with no invoice, just a total. Turns out, to avoid the fee, you have to go in person or pay over the phone. Which brings me back to the point: credit cards are safe; debit cards are not. Hiding a charge like that behind a lump sum total is absolutely criminal. Lucky we checked--and lucky we won't be going back. If you're finding ways to bury fees in invoices to make people pay more, you're not running an honest business. It's like a server sneaking extra drinks onto a big tab. It's theft. 2. They try to sell you. We all love our pets and want what's best for them. But just like at the dentist, I don't need the upsell. If something's truly needed, I'll do it--no hesitation. For example, they recommended bloodwork for our dog that wasn't essential. The in-house price was close to $300. I said that felt steep if it wasn't necessary. A minute later, they came back with a cheaper option--sending it to an external lab for half the cost. Apparently, it's just more expensive to do it in-house. So why wasn't that the first option? If it's cheaper and just as effective, that should be the default. Unfortunately, this means we'll need to find a new vet.
