If I could give a 3.5 I would. The salon is very pretty, clean, and the atmosphere is nice. They accepted me from a walk in immediately. The gentleman that did my pedicure did a fantastic job with the massage, scrub, and filing, and really took his time. The only problem was that he did not use a base coat before my polish, and now it's 6 days after my pedicure and there's already chipping, where as my normal pedicure would last 2 weeks without any chips. Also, I normally bring cash for the tip, but with a busy day and even busier brain, I completely forgot to stop by the bank before coming in. When I was finished and paid, a lady came to the front and asked me if I had cash... I apologized and stated I didn't and would like to put it on the card. She seemed upset by this and told me "next time bring cash". I thought this was a little rude, and before even told her I normally do, and had just forgotten today. Every other nail salon I've been too has not made such a fuss about tipping on the card. I probably won't be coming back in for services. read more

I had no idea this little treasure existed until I read it on Yelp. I'm giving it 5 stars because everyone there works very hard to make sure that your nails are in perfect condition. They take the time to make sure to get all the dead skin off your cuticles as well as line the nail polish so that it is on even and will not stick to your skin. I had a gel manicure with Victor and he was the absolute best! I even asked for a longer hand massage because I have never felt one that was so good and strong. I am too busy to get their regularly but I switched from my other place of 8 years and have been going to this location for about 2 years. She is very friendly and never once got flustered at the many individuals that were walking in (hint: make an appointment if you are wanting services on a Friday, they were busy!). I've been here 3 times. My first experience with Nancy was very good even though she applied my SNS powder with a liquid and brush rather than dip. But it lasted 5 weeks. My second return experience was horrible. One of her assistants did my SNS as a dip but it took her an hour and a half and she used her own nails constantly to clean up her mess on my nails and when she over painted my gel top coat. Disgusting and so unprofessional! This time everything began to chip within 3 days. I returned to have her fix it and she redid 8 of my 10 nails and again they began chipping within 3 days plus it took her well over an hour to do this. I don't know if she's using an old top or what. This place is a hidden jem. I went in for a pedicure and probably got the best leg and foot massage ever. My nail tech Chau was fabulous, and the owner Nancy is also very sweet. Well this is the second time I've stopped here because my normal place is beyond busy and I am in desperate need. I'm giving it three stars because it is very clean, there is no doubt about that. But unfortunately the employees are not inviting and make you feel awkward. Also I normally just get a simple manipedi, and that usually last me almost two weeks because I get any chips, not here. OK price, service below average. Their massage was a joke, no effort what so ever. We went about 2 months ago for a couples pedicure for deluxe pedicure w/ sea salt $25. 3 stars for the price but would give 2 stars for the services. both ladies continue to talk to each other in their language without having any conversations with us. I went again for a refill a month later in late afternoon, it was not busy at all as one of the personnel sat and watched TV. The owner, Nancy did my refills as she continued to tell me that she had to work so hard on my nails for refills (since i had them done at a different place), and went back to bad mouthing the older owner of the salon. she must have said it over 6 times about how hard it was for her to refill my nail and then went back to talking to her coworker. Their customer service is poor. I will not be going back and nor i recommend this place to anyone. read more

I moved to Arizona back in January and I was very sad to leave home and was very stressed out. One day I wanted to treat myself and I was looking for a nail salon that was near me. I didn't know my way around and perfect nails was just 5 min away so I decided to give it a try. First thing I noticed was that the place was very clean!! There was soft music and it was so relaxing which is exactly what I needed to relieve stress. That day Nancy did my manicure and I had another women do my pedicure. Both ladies were so sweet and I felt so comfortable talking to them both. Although I was so down and sad I felt welcomed here and it made me feel a little better. 2 weeks later I tried another salon and it was the worst experience I had ever had. Let's just say my nail fell off in my middle finger. It was the worst pain ever! if that's ever happened to you, you know the feeling!! So I decided to go back to Nancy. To my surprise she remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. I told her what happened and she was very gentle with my nail to make sure it didn't hurt if it did she would immediately stop. Fast forward 9 months and I still love this place. I've brought two friends here. I hate when you go to a salon with your girlfriends and they don't sit you together for pedicures....I was so pleased when they sat my friends and I together we were able to chat and have a good time. Every time my friends and I want to get our nails done this is where we go. My boyfriend even knows Nancy lol!!! Every other week he says "are you goin to see Nancy today" lol I love this place and as long as I live in Arizona I will keep going here. I decided to give them a try since they are closer than my normal spot. Biggest mistake of my life. She filed my nails so rough they turned bright red then asked me what happened and said the last person must have been too ruff. My pinky is still burning and throbbing I can't touch it or put pressure on it what so ever. I won't be surprised if I end up at urgent care needing the nail removed due to infection. She didn't fill them all the way back and on one of the nails she didn't color it all the way! Which I didn't notice until I got home. I will never go back there and don't recommend you ever go there. I'm very dissatisfied. read more

Let me start off by saying I know accidents happen...while getting a pedicure today the guy cut the side of my foot with the callous shaver. He didn't stop until I asked if I was bleeding and even then didn't really stop until I insisted at looking at my foot. He barely spoke English and put some gel on a cotton ball to stop the bleeding then went and got some other gel to apply. He actually picked up the shaver to start again!! I pulled away my foot and had to tell him no more three times before he understood. I assume it was the manager that came over later to look at my foot. They spoke in their language for a few minutes and then the guy put rubbing alcohol on the cut. He finished the pedicure and the same lady brought Neosporin and a bandaid over. They both were apologetic and the guy told me I'd be fine in an hour... I'm concerned now that his shaver etc weren't clean and I'll end up with infection! I'm baffled they made me pay for the pedicure! No tip was left and will not return! As I said before accidents happen but learn how to use the shaver- the wrong angle will cut!!! read more

Nancy really cares about her clients, making sure that i found the perfect shade and service i was looking for. I get the impression that Perfect Nail Salon is focused on cleanliness and the little details such as: a citrus foot scrub,hot stone massage, some candles, and even letting me choose what color scrub i wanted made the experience even more pampering! You can tell just how much Nancy and her employees care about their art and practice, providing quality service that focuses on the client and maintaining a good relationship. Ive gone many times after and not once did i feel rushed. The actual nail job was of course great! i got a gel manicure that lasted for 2 and a half weeks and im a nurse who needs to continuously wash and work with my hands.
