ZippGo moving boxes provided a wonderful service for our move. After seeing some neighbors using a…read morereusable box service, I decided to look into using something similar. ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

Sarah and her driver, Javier's, dedication to customer service was truly impressive. That said, I'd recommend planning ahead rather than making last-minute requests like I did! Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance. As the day of the move approached, I had lots of last-minute worries and questions and Sam, in Customer Service, answered every one and generally calmed my nerves, assuring me my move team would assist if we needed last-minute help. On the day of the move, the team arrived right on time. The foreman, Guillermo, assessed our situation and calmly confirmed my suspicious that we'd need two trucks (this my error, not OnTrack's). Before I could panic, he had contacted his team and we arranged that ours be a two day move. Guillermo's team wrapped our furniture and had the truck loaded swiftly. At the new house, we had a few of our family help direct traffic. I'd labelled every box with a color-coded room label and the team got everything to the proper room. On day two, Sammy -- part of the original crew -- acted as lead and we repeated the process. Here, a number of items still needed a bit of packing and his team had everything done in record time and -- bless them - marked the boxes for the proper room destinations without prompting. As I now unpack, I'm finding everything in excellent condition and couldn't be more grateful. We'd heard stories about moving nightmares and wanted to share a happy ending. They threw away my stuff by "accident." AVOID…read more I rented a unit this past Monday, because I needed to start moving my stuff out of a very bad living situation. I brought all my most precious and important items there, first. It's now Saturday, and apparently, they accidentally had my unit still marked as vacant, and assumed the four boxes, five bins, and giant bag I just put in over the last few days, was all abandoned by a previous tenant, and they "discarded" it, to rent the unit to someone else. The only employee on site called the one who actually rented me the unit, who screwed up, named Nae. Nae said she was going to call the area manager, and call right back. We stood there for an hour. No callback - which is a huge middle finger to that employee who was onsite, too, leaving her in the crossfire with no answers. The area manager, Anjuli, finally emailed me after the facility was closed and I had already gone home, to tell me that my stuff was all gone, refusing to elaborate on how it was "discarded," and basically dismissing the issue to be dealt with on Monday. Avoid this place like the plague. And Anjuli - you need to make this right and give me every single detail of where my stuff went, NOW.

They got the job done earlier than the time we estimated and didn't cut any corners on safety or with protecting our stuff, so spending $500 bucks for two people to help move out and into our new place, both of which were on the second floor was very reasonable. What is the point of having a 24 hour Call center if they can't help you with anything this is the second day I have been locked out of the Climate controlled building of my storage To puck locks have been put on the doors there's no notice on the office door or the doors of the Climate controlled building and access hours are until 9 PM so why is it that this building is completely locked down at 5 PM? Yesterday I asked for the call center to leave note for a manager and district manager or somebody to give me a call back on why the building is lockdown. I was here by myself at 7 PM eight months pregnant needing to go to the hospital but needed to unload my car And the only thing I was told was that it's a morning issue that they will give me a call in the morning to explain why this building was locked down. I called back today to find out that the building is again lockdown before nine before 6 PM with no explanation and again I was told by the useless call center That all they'll do is leave a note on my account and then I have to be the one to keep calling about why I cannot get into The building where my storage is located. Nowhere in my contract nor in the policy for when I signed up at Storquest, did it ever say the climate control building will be locked down when the office is Closed!
