We rented a united today from Jameson. They were very helpful. I highly recommend this facility!

The storage space was generally everything we expected. We had one issue with one freight elevator, but the staff went overboard to help out and we were not seriously blocked. They also made various tasks easy, such as learning how to access the facility and helping us accommodate our movers. Super friendly and very much appreciated. read more

Jamison was amazing! I signed up for storage at the Alameda Clement location which they told me that insurance was a requirement to rent a storage room.. so i went through with the process. I came to find out that was NOT the case. Insurance is OPTIONAL not a Requirement. I came to this location and explained my situation with Jamison and he easily helped me with my situation. His compassion, willingness to help and problem solve stood out to me. Also, this location is very clean. I definitely recommend him and this location. Thank you Jamison for all your help! Amazing employee! read more

Awesome service. Princess gave me a very clearly explanation about my unit and lease, I would recommend this storage they are always very clean and quite thank you extra space storage read more

I called as the "business owner" Emily S. suggested that I do. Turns out, she's likely a call center employee, not the business owner. Anyway, they will raise your rate in 3 months. This was confirmed via phone by Neil who I guess is the go to person for customer inquiries. DO NOT FALL FOR THE GOOD INTRO PRICE. THEY WILL FOR SURE RAISE YOUR RATE ASTRONOMICALLY IN 3 MONTHS. read more

Good place for storage even though I don't see why you need insurance! Too bad no bathroom when your putting stuff away

Very nice facility, clean and I felt safe there alone. The onsite staff member, Jamerson is very friendly, responsive and very patient as I had to extend my vacate date several times. by far the worst costumer service by the gentlemen who is heavier set with glasses and the gentleman with long hair and glasses. Extremely rude miserable people working here. do not recommend read more

Jamison was very helpful with determining what locker we needed for our stuff and showed us a few options. the place was cleaner than the two other storage spots we checked out too, so that helped my hubby and me make our decision too. I am treated as a friend by the staff. They always remember my name. When I went online to buy the space they had the best prices. The office manager called me almost immediately to discuss my needs. I had to switch to a larger unit and they made it the easiest process with very minimal cost increase. Always helpful, always respectful and the place is immaculate. Integrity for honesty and communication are stellar. Thy even ask me how my business is doing! Every time! I have friends that have storage at other facilities and the people that run them are tweakers that steal stuff from the units. I am happy I found these guys at this place. It just wouldn't happen here. I would have given 5 stars but the weekend I was moving I left the facility 3 seconds past 10pm and got locked out until Monday when I could speak with someone in the office. That is the only bump in their road. read more

I did have another storage facility that i was using, that was until I seen the newly opened Extra Space Storage as I drove down Washington Avenue. My husband and I stopped and went in and met with the manager whom was very friendly and helped us out. He showed us the unit, we got the drive-up unit outside. Their prices were a bit lower than the other but the facility itself was clean. Which is what I really liked. Thumbs up for the good work, great customer service, and nice clean safe storage. read more

This extra space is probably the worst place you can rent storage space almost every three months without failure they raise the rates so if you want storage space that is short short term fine, but not if you want to rent a space for more than 6 months because they will continue to raise the rates and raise the rates I can hardly wait to get my stuff out of here. Unless you're storing something that is extremely valuable then I would not recommend this place to anyone, Because by the time you get your stuff out of here it will cost you more than what all this stuff is worth. read more

Cool storage facility excellent customer service. Came in and talked to magda she was excellent and made me feel like I was leaving my possessions in good hands. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs read more

Jamison and Magda are the best!!!! Super friendly and knowledgable. The place is very clean, new, and secure!

Used them for a year and was really happy with them. I moved across country and needed to store a bunch of stuff so I reserved a unit ahead of time. When I showed up I realized quickly that the space I reserved wouldn't be large enough so I asked if it was possible to switch, they had no issue with that and found me an adequate space quickly and painlessly. Another user on here said that they were forced to buy insurance, I did not have a similar experience. This place was absolutely no pressure and the manager (I think he is the manager) was always really nice to me. Over the course of a year my rates were raised once but that is to be expected and it's not like they gouged me or anything. overall I was very pleased. read more

I also met another employee when I was checking out the place and he greeted me right away. I didn't catch his name but he was great too. Anyways I'm glad I picked this place.
