Simply the best! I did a lot of research trying to find the best storage unit for our family's needs when packing up our elderly mom's house, and this one checked all the boxes. Good location, lots of available units (including climate controlled), lowest prices, and best of all - an amazing customer service team. I was so uncertain about what size units we'd need and Prisma at the office went above and beyond to help me talk through every question I had, including sharing tips I wouldn't have know to ask about (like arriving 30 min before the movers brought our stuff to fill out the paperwork to keep costs down). Prisma helped us get set up easily and actually made a huge moving day fun. A-1 -- can we get Prisma a promotion/raise?! She's killing it! The facility itself is huge, clean, well lit, and easy to navigate, with a parking lot big enough to fit a row of parked cars AND a moving truck. Elevators worked quickly and well. Make sure you buy your storage unit lock from A-1 as it's a particular kind that I didn't see most other companies using. Overall, an A+ experience for me - highly recommend! read more

I recently change a self storage company since my current storage is increasing their prices after 6 months for 5x5 unit. I was surprise there's an A-1 Self storage near me and the price is reasonable for 4x bigger unit than my current one. When I came in, first I notice was that the building was secured and clean, a lot of cameras, and employees follow security protocols. Johnae, the one who help me set up my lease, was so accomodating, helpful, approachable, and funny (). She's so patient when answering my questions and walking me through my unit. Inside premise is also clean, there's available dollys I can use, good lighting, and bonus good music inside the unit (I just notice ). Also, you can message Johnae anytime (during business hours of course) and she'll respond to you prompty if you have any concerns. I'm giving it a 5 star for a excellent service, reasonable price for a spacious unit, and security. read more

I received superb service from Johnae at A-1 Self-Storage and recommend renting at this new Self-Storage site that is clean and designed for easy access to the units. Johnae initially responded to my phone inquiry about renting a unit with an upbeat attitude and carefully listened to and responded to my questions. Johnae warmly greeted myself and the renter when we visited the space, showed us the storage unit and clearly described how to access the space. Johnae provided clear information about the rental contract and how to use the lock. She even accompanied us to the unit to make sure we could easily use the lock. Highly recommend! This storage facility is well located right off the freeway and easy to access. It is a new building so it's clean and well lit. We use a fair amount of storage facilities in our business and this one is definitely a notch or two above the rest. They offer good rental promos and deals on their web site. The staff is pleasant and the manager Prisma, in particular, is knowledgeable, flexible and a delight to work with. She offers excellent customer service. Nice place. It is very spacious and always clean. They start off with good prices on storages but they do go up every so many months. The employee that work here name is Nae she is very sweet and always happy and kind and she is good at helping me get a unit that can fit my budget. She takes her time to patiently explain how the storage works so i can have a good understanding of what I'm paying for. I haven't had any problems with any of the employees here at all.
