    Chicken & Mushroom White Spaghetti

A Pegasus rises from the ash's and is back! Thank god for miracles cause the food is amazing. Now granted they moved from Alki to the West Seattle Junction so you lose that amazing view but who cares when the food is the same, am I wrong? NOT! Franks favorite menu items are the white spaghetti. And I'll take a moment to say this is one of my all time favorite pasta dishes. It's simple but delicious meal with butter, garlic cloves and Mizithra cheese. I add the chicken on occasion but it really doesn't need the protein. Pizza is great with a Greek style flair but cheesy and plenty of meat. Also a fantastic outer ring crust for the pie for a good crunch. Excellent to the last bite. Note Tom's Special is a good one I occasionally dine in. Now the show stopper of Pegasus is " THE GREEK SALAD " and it an OMG moment when I have one. It's the staple to every meal when dining. Cannot express anymore love for this salad cause it's # 1 in the charts with a bullet. Pegasus staff is always a super friendly group of people. I give credit to ownership for picking amazing employees. Great food & great employees equal a superlative dining experience ! Thanks for all the wonderful dining experiences .

Large The Veggie and #29 BBQ Chicken, Red Onion, and Cilantro. Delicious

Great pizza and the staff were so friendly. We hadn't been there a while and learned that there are new owners. It sounds like the new owners were previous staff so they know the food. We ordered a pizza, half veggie and half chicken BBQ, and had feta bread. Everything came out hot and cooked to perfection. Staff checked on us to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The transition from the previous owner to new owners is seamless. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Great place for date night or family meal.

    Chicken fettuccine Alfredo

I came here because I used to love the Pegasus pizza in Renton, but the server told me they are completely unrelated, though their logos, and food are almost exactly the same. The Renton spot is long gone sadly, but this place is practically the same. The salad was good, food was great. Bread was great too. I had fettuccine Alfredo and it looked small on such a big plate, but I was definitely full by the end. Might try pizza next time.

Pegasus is absolutely amazing! I love their Greek style pizza! I never had the opportunity to visit them when they were on Alki. Their new location in the West Seattle junction is fantastic! The service was great. I did a take out order and it was seamless from beginning to end. The vibe of the inside of the restaurant is a very classic vibe and I really like it. I think the next time I go, I will dine in. The food was phenomenal! I loved the veggie Greek pizza with extra cheese! It was so good and cheesy! The taste was amazing and so was the crust. It has the perfect blend of flavors and sauces that just melt in your mouth. I also loved the seeds on top. They also have a bar inside as well. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice design. Overall, incredible experience and I will be returning to try more food in the future. I highly recommend Pegasus if you want great Greek style pizza.

This is the two slice special with pepperoni and mushroom.

I was shocked to see this in the Junction after I heard it had to close due to money problems. The ambience was nice and the waitstaff was nice The food was terrible. Look at this pizza I was served. I ordered Two "slices" of pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Very little care was taken to make these look like actual pizza slices, let alone showcase any of the two toppings I wanted, and it certainly did not look like a normal Pegasus pizza. Very disappointing. It tasted burnt and you'll be better off going to any of the other pizza places in the Junction.

    Prawn pesto

So happy to eat Pegasus again. We ordered to-go, and the quiet ambiance and cute decor made the late night order and short wait very worthwhile. The host was very ready to help out and even offered me a water while I waited! The food is exactly how I remember it, the pizza complete with the taller crust and food layered upon the actual slice itself. The prawn pesto and delicious and flavorful, especially paired with the garlic bread. The prawn Alfredo was my favorite previously, and it did not disappoint! The sauce is made in-house and was so fresh and delicious, and both noodle dishes had perfectly cooked noodles and fresh seafood. I cannot wait to try the rest of my favorite dishes as Pegasus continues to flourish at their new location!

We heard that they had a great burger, so couldn't wait to try it and the rumors were right. The burger was delicious. What we didn't know is how good the fries were. It makes me rethink all the fries that I've had lately. I don't even know why I've bothered, they've just filled my tummy. These fries were delicious. We enjoyed a couple great cocktails and I had a yummy nut brown ale that was made in a healthy way I guess so I didn't get the headache that beers usually give me. The steak salad dressing was really good. The steak was a little chewy but otherwise the portion was fair and it was tasty. Id be willing to try other dishes here but i don't know if id be able to order anything but the burger.

I decided on the Veggie Monster omelet, which came with a choice of grits or hash browns and toast. I opted for the hash browns, and asked for them to be well done, because in Seattle, they serve hash browns undercooked. The omelet was good, though it lacked flavor and was a little light on cheese. The hash browns were crispy on the top, and raw underneath. Tip: if you ever order breakfast in Seattle, ask for the hash browns to be cooked on both sides. The meal was filling and was accompanied by a cup of good coffee. The waitress was super friendly and came by often to refill my coffee. Overall, this is a decent place to grab breakfast, and I'd recommend it to anyone in West Seattle.

They are known for their breakfast sandwiches. They have breakfast and regular sandwiches. I got a "build your own" with sausage egg avocado tomatoe on a brioche bun. It was delicious. They also have this fire cracker sauce which I loved. Next time I come I want to try and regular sandwich or the salmon bagel. One of my new fav spots in west Seattle. Come check them Out.

The first sip of the Cardi B, my eyes rolled back, and I nodded to how good it was. It's not too sweet (I ordered all of this online on their website for pick up and was not able to ask for it half sweet, but glad they didn't over-sweeten it). The cardamom flavor is prominent, so if you don't like that flavor, I'd choose something else. I also ordered some breakfast items. I got the Lil' Verda, which is a breakfast burrito on a flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and salsa verde ( I also added sausage to it). It's pretty tasty! It's a big burrito for being on a medium flour tortilla. I got the fiancé a breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun (you can choose what bread you want; they even have gluten-free) that came with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and I added bacon for him (adding a meat was only $2, which is reasonable). As I said, I pre-ordered everything on their online ordering system. My order was ready when I got there as promised. The staff member who helped me was super nice and pointed out where the hot sauce (Tapatio) and straws were. They do have separate windows for ordering and pickup. If you order online, just head to the pick-up window. It is a little spendy (breakfast sandwich w/ added meat $10.75, burrito w/ added sausage $12.75, and two espresso drinks at roughly $8 and some change), however, everything is going up in price (Gas is up to $5.09 +), so take that as you will. Overall, it's a cute little spot nestled in a neighborhood. There is street parking, but it's in an area that isn't too hard to find parking, as it is further away from the very busy spots of West Seattle. I'd come back, perhaps take the fiancée there so we can enjoy it fresh.

These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. We stopped in for dinner before a concert at Kenyon Hall, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and happily answered all of our questions. The only thing they didn't have was an espresso martini. No big deal! Honestly, one of my favorite parts of dining out is listening to my wife explain how to make one while watching the puzzled expressions on the waitstaff or bartender's faces. It always provides a little entertainment before dinner. My wife ordered the lettuce-wrapped Smash Burger. It was good and flavorful, though not quite in the same league as a Five Guys' version, which is easier to hold in your hand, the only reason for a 4 instead of 5-star review. I went with the Classic Burger with cheese and fries, and it hit the spot. The burger featured a nicely toasted bun with a buttery, crispy crunch, and the toppings were perfectly balanced for my taste. The real star of the meal, however, was the fries. They were fantastic--crispy, hot, and absolutely worth the extra dollar for their "Bridge Sauce," a seasoned fry sauce that paired perfectly with them. The restaurant and restrooms were both clean and well-maintained, something we always appreciate. Throughout our meal, the staff checked on us just the right amount, making sure our water glasses stayed full and that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, The Bridge delivered a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, solid burgers, and excellent service. The next time we're in West Seattle, we'll definitely be returning.
