I ordered a beef & lamb plate with greek salad. It was delicious. Portions were huge so had leftovers but overall was tasty. I loved the greek salad too! I dined in but this would be a nice spot to order for to-go and eat at the beach. I loved the tzatziki sauce too! Recommend trying if you want Mediterranean food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were plenty of seating inside and some outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was fast and friendly!

Great taste and very large portions. Friendly service too. One of the better options for quick food in Alki

This place was right across from the beach originally we were looking for ice mocha , but bucks was full and I saw the sign and went in. Super friendly people in there got ice mocha and the platter gryo. You know when the ice mocha is good make it like they would for themselves , it hit the spot and much much better than bucks for sure . Again I don't how people do it but when food comes to your table hot you enjoy it more and it did, ran out bread , I think they called it naan, so I wrapped the beef around fries and dip it in the sauce I don't if that's a thing but it was a nice crunch inside the wrapped . I would go in place for just the ice mocha btw theory also has a small selection of ice cream, boo yah

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Super nice indoor and outdoor seating area with recently added coffee and breakfast items to their menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm a huge fan of the food and coffee after my first visit in a while. Prices are reasonable with HUGE breakfast and a 20 oz iced latte costing around $15 total. The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. I ordered to go and was in-and-out in under 5 minutes. They clearly wanted to make sure I had a good experience and it paid off.

Well, I tried searching for a reason to jump on my chair and scream OPA but I just couldn't justify it. Started the day with a smile knowing I was gonna test the new Gyro place on Alki today. Unfortunately my taste buds did not agree with the mental vision of what I was going to eat. I ordered gyro plate to get an overview of the quality of meat and amount I would get. Needless to say I was disappointed with the paper thin shavings of meat as shown in photo. Lacked taste and high quality I had expected. I've dined on many gyros in my time on earth including at the Acropolis in Athens, Greece and this was a disappointment to my Athenian sensory organ. I'm sure some will disagree however a true Athenian will agree this is not how The GREEK nations NATIONAL Sandwich should taste.

Pretty good greek food here right off of Alki beach. The service was really friendly and they have gelato. Pretty yummy.

$7 bag-frozen "Greek" fries. No sauce, barely any cheese.

I hate to dump on a new neighborhood business I want to support, but I wasn't impressed at all. The portions are small, prices are high, and quality is not up to par with my expectations. While the view and location is nice, there's a lot wrong with this place. A gyro is $14 without even adding tax, tips, or service charges! A plate (which I had) is even more more expensive, contains less protein than I would expect to find in a sandwich, and is accompanied by your choice of flavorless rice or frozen crinkle-cut fries. Want them "Greek"? Those are $7 and include only a tiny cup of feta cheese and no sauce. The meat itself was nothing but a salt bomb. Bland rice. The tzatziki sauce was very mild with barely even a hint of garlic or any flavor at all other than bland white yogurt. The side salad was not bad and honestly probably the best part of the meal. Pita bread is decent. Oh, there's also no hot sauce available! I don't care if it's traditional or not, I want it and your food clearly needs it. We had takeout and ate across the street on the water which was nice, but it just made us feel bad about the amount of non-compostable packaging that encompassed everything. From the meal down to the utensils and each individual sauce, it just seemed incredibly wasteful. I'm surprised businesses in Seattle are still allowed to use this crap. I wanted to like it... but that's such a cliche thing to say in a Yelp review. This is just going to be another failed beachfront business in a challenging neighborhood. Restaurants come and go on Alki all the time and I predict this one will be no exception. There are a few in the area like Spud's and Blue Moon Burgers that have stood the test of time, but the thing that sets them apart is good food. I recommend trying those instead, or if you are really in the mood for gyros, try Gyro Heroes up the hill. It's a way better deal and way better food.

Side of beef/lamb gyro meat and salad with oil/vinegar dressing substitute

Don't listen to the haters. This place is great! Maybe people need to ask themselves what kind of greek shaped hole they're trying to fill in their hearts before visiting and everyone would be happier. What this place is not: Gyros on Alki is not a multi-course, fixed menu kind of place. What it is: a welcome addition to the lack of food variety along Alki beach. They've got a casual (read comfortable!) atmosphere inside with lively music and unbeatable views of the Puget Sound. I saw reviews complaining about their prices but I thought they were fair given the generous portions I received. My lunch today was about $20 with so much meat, I had to take half of it to go. My full order was a side of beef/lamb gyro meat, a salad and lentil soup. The meat was flavorful, the lentil soup was warming and comforting with a surprising carrot flavor and the salad was fresh with olives, peppers, lettuce and onion. I told them I couldn't eat the yogurt salad dressing so they made me an oil/vinegar substitute, how lovely! We will be back, can't wait to eat here in the summer :)

I'd never had Turkish food before and was pleasantly surprised by our experience here. Our waiter recommended ordering quite a bit to share, so we ended up with about 5 small plates and 3 larger plates for the table. Everything I tried was fantastic, especially the Kereviz, Tavuk Pirzola, Pide, and Borek. The flavors were different from anything I had ever had, and they were all very good! My husband ended up eating most of the steak as we were all full, and he really liked it. I had read some not so great reviews about their steak, but it turns out they had changed farms about a week before we dined there, so it seems like that was successful. I tried a bite and it was delicious. The drink offerings were good. Their cocktails were interesting and well balanced, and I enjoyed a Turkish wine. In terms of service, our server wasn't very knowledgeable and couldn't answer several questions we had. There was also a disconnect among the staff, as multiple servers asked if we wanted another drink after we'd already ordered one with someone else. My biggest note was the noise level. Between the loud music and the sound of other diners, it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation, which was a bummer since we were hoping to catch up with family. On a positive note, one of the owners noticed my mother-in-law had been given a fork for her ice cream, brought her a spoon, apologized, and even gave us a kitchen tour. It was a nice gesture. Hamdi exceeded my expectations and was a hit with my mother-in-law. I'd definitely return, but probably just with my husband next time, since it's not the spot for catching up with a group.
