Good coffee. WORST parking ever. Make sure you've got a lot of patience due to crowded shoppers but mostly better have ample amount of time on your hand to find parking space. Love the environment here for working or studying. The music is calming and never loud enough to be distracting, the vibe is relaxed and puts you in a productive mood, and the drinks are very good. My favorite part about this particular Peet's is their window bars that face the beautiful Campbell plaza while maintaining enough shade for comfort and sunlight for productivity. Free WiFi, charging outlets right on the ground under the tables, and a decadent view! I also bought an iced Havana cappuccino, which is like any other cappuccino but with condensed milk and cinnamon. A must try! read more

This is a beautiful Peet's! It's in a very modern building and has super friendly baristas. We got several coffees and a cookie and enjoyed it all. I can really only speak to mobile order pickups, but I don't have any complaints. My order is always ready on time, if not early, I've never experienced any grumpy staff members and they do a great job at keeping the sugar/milk counter clean and stocked. (Still can't believe Starbucks hasn't brought there's back since Covid started, so annoying.) I will say, the Camden Park location is my preferred Peet's, but will definitely keep coming here on my way to work. read more

I've been a loyal Peets customer for over 30 years. Unfortunately, as prices have increased, service has suffered. The past straw was stopping in in a Sunday afternoon to get a decaf coffee. The clerk offered to sell me an American, but said they didn't have any beans to me decaf coffee. (Let that explanation sink in.) A month ago, I tried to use Peets rewards via the app, but that malfunctioned. I emailed Peets about it, but never heard anything back. This is not a supply chain issue, or a covid issue. This is Peets management not caring about their customers. I deleted the app, along with my remaining rewards points, because I don't see me going back anytime. read more

I will start off by saying that they can never replace Coffe Society or even come close to being as great as that coffe shop was. However, this coffe shop is located at the Pruneyard, which makes it great if you want to meet up with friends, work on stuff on your computer, or even if you just want to enjoy your coffe while you are there. I've visited this Peet's 3 times between 2pm-4pm and they've been closed regardless of hours stating they are open until 6pm. I've had one other experience here and the coffee was not as good as other locations. I ordered a cappuccino and received a large cup of milk with very little foam. read more

I am giving this place a 2/5, due to their second time of making my drink with regular milk rather than almond. I went there this morning, nobody was in line... the place was slow, so there shouldn't be a reason for this mistake. The cashier (some Latina lady) seemed like she did not really care. She was talking to the person behind me, barely acknowledged me, I had to repeat my order, and sdid not offer to warm my scone (most locations do this). To top everything off, I ended up not getting the drink I wanted. Matcha latte, with almond milk. I paid extra for this, and did not get it. Poor execution. I called the manager only to get a "I'm sorry, what do you want me to do?" I didn't ask for anything free, I just asked for drinks to be made according to what people pay for. These aren't cheap drinks. I went out of my way to come to this location, and now, I'm stuck doing a 12hour shift, and cannot even have my drink remade (I need it to be lactose free). ** update** Gave this spot another chance. Drink was made with almond milk, but now instead of a large, the lady gave me a medium size. Seemed like the cashier is half asleep when I ordered. I waited for the drink for 10minutes since all of the preorder calls had their drinks were made before. Slow service here. There's nobody in line, but man, expect delays if you don't order ahead of time! Worst Peet's location I've been to. It's a shame since it's at a beautiful spot. read more

Peet's coffee is always yum - and they make my drinks exactly the way I request them. Employees always seem to be working hard. I went in to get two coffees a few weeks ago, and after I had waited in line for a few minutes they told everyone in line that their cash register system was down and it would be at least 10 minutes before it was up again. I get that "broken technology" happens - so I was a little bummed, but not upset. What can you do? I chose to wait. While waiting they told me if I had the app I could put in an order and pay that way - so as I was attempting to download the app when the manager asked what drinks I wanted - had them made - and didn't charge me a thing. Place is right around the corner from my house. I previously ordered a drink from another location in Mountain View. Didn't like the drink. Called this place & asked if they could swap it out for something different. The lady I spoke to could of been nicer & less uninterested to help me. I specifically asked for no whip because she took my order the phone while I made the drive from Mountain View to Campbell. Didn't greet me, & just pointed to my beverage on the table. It had whip cream when I said no. Place was dead & I politely said Thank you. No response, but instead she walked away. I had a stressful morning to begin with. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks, but Peet's experience makes me miss Starbucks. Yep, beautiful on the outside, but inside, what a crappy service. I've been Peet's loyalist for a decade, I've never been ignored for 5 minutes. The two ladies ignored me, they talked to each other while doing cleanup chores. At least say something to me. Finally, another barista showed up. First off I love Peets Coffee. I buy the k-cups all the time; but when I'm working in the Pruneyard at a local business, I often visit. This store is in need of some better employee training. More than once I've received barely lukewarm coffee ( on the verge of cool ) from their pump carafes. I nicely notified one of the employees this morning ( 5 am) but she really didn't seem to care - received no apology or even a smile. After getting my coffee this morning, I went to the bar to add cream, and the whole bar was covered with cinnamon, sugar and sticky coffee remains. Obviously the night shift didn't clean this, nor was it checked before the store was open. Hopefully some management will step in on this and fix these issues :) read more

Already going downhill! For the first time ever, met the worst Baristas at Peets. Bought Pumpkin Latte only to throw it after 2 sips. Tasted like a medicine. I can only imagine, how you can mess a syrup. Interestingly, Barista at the cash register was not much interested in taking the order either. So I am a Loyal Starbucks customer! I mean some of my closest buddies I have met is because I use to go to Starbucks daily lol. Back to the review I decided to grab some coffee because I was in the Pruneyard shopping center and saw that there was a Peet's literally right smack in the middle of Pruneyard. You can miss it at all. My first impression is the location it really blocks other businesses so you really have no idea what is behind it unless you were born and raised in Campbell like myself. I'm not fond of the location but like I said on with the review. I walk in the place is spacious, the decor gives off a chill homely vibe and ten baristas are welcoming and ready to assist with making your drinks. I was hesitant about what to order so I decided to get a dark chocolate cold brew. To my surprise it was really good, I'm a chocolate lover so I felt this drink was the perfect blend of coffee and chocolate in one! Overall I loved the service and I'm obsessed with the cold brew. The only thing is the location and lack of parking, I wish they would have built it somewhere that allows for more parking and people to come in and also to help make the other shops visible. I definitely will be coming back for another cold brew soon! read more

So excited that this new Peets location opened up in Campbell! I am one of the biggest loyal Peetniks out there, so this review may be a tad bit biased. Anyway, the location is super adorable in the middle of the prune yard and I came in on opening day, was greeted by all the friendly baristas and enjoyed the sensation of brand new heaven! The menu was updated compared to all the other locations, they had advertisements for all their new turmeric beverages. I was super excited to try the golden chai latte with coconut milk and am so glad I did! Being a holistic life coach and nurse, I'm happy to see turner in on their menu for its healing properties! I will definitely be visiting this location again as I do with all the local Peets every day. read more

Thank goodness Peet's finally opened up in the area! I'm not a fan of Peet's competitor a block down (unnamed, but you probably can guess it). During their first week open, my Americano and Soy Vanilla Latte was weak (definitely watered down). But it seems to have gotten better as I encountered more competent employees taking my orders. The large outdoor seating is a definite plus. But I question keeping the roadway in the center of the shopping center. Prior to renovations, the road was obviously marked. Now it blends in with the surroundings. But Peet's is a great addition to the Pruneyard! read more

Came here today to pick up my drink & as I was waiting at the pick up line, none of the employee was acknowledging my presence. A lady employee who was bringing out the drink ignored me but continues to call out someone else's order that she was bringing to the table. First of all, she saw me & I told her my name & she looks at me & points to the drink on the table that's been sitting over 5 minutes of me waiting & says, "Isn't this yours?" Okay, well how would I know when I can't see my name? I didn't want to reach over & touch a drink that is possibly not mine especially during this pandemic. Please take care of your customers! This Peet's has the worse customer service! I had waited patiently for 15 minutes just to place my order. So when I was ready to order, I asked the cashier, do you know what a medicine ball is? She didn't know what that was so I showed her what the ingredients were. Then when I asked to steam lemonade she said we CAN'T do that. We can only give you lemonade that is cold. Then I had mentioned that the other Peet's have being been able to steam lemonade for me. Then she said I didn't know we could stream lemonade.
