I have no choice but to go to the Starbucks because it's close to home, but what I do not like is that when I pre-order my food, it should be done within 10 minutes not me getting there and having to wait an extra 10 minutes ridiculous and it was cold. This is a Starbucks, so like every Starbucks you'll get drinks and food that is Starbucks quality. Which is to say, you pay too much for just slightly better than gas station quality. The parking situation is fine as it's in a strip mall. What I really want to mention though, is how disgustingly dirty this place always is. I know this isn't the employees themselves making a mess, but I mean come on - why is there always trash on the floor? Why are the bins always overflowing? Why are the tables always sticky? Why are drinks and wrappers always on the tables outside? Despite the fact that they don't have a drive thru, this Starbucks is efficient and the drinks are made with precision. Ordered a coffee, two soy chai lattes and 2 apple juices and was in and out of the door from cashier to drinks within 6 minutes on a Sunday morning. Plenty of parking but I suggest ordering on the Starbucks app ahead of time so you can save time from waiting. I usually enjoy my starbucks runs when I'm in need of a perk me up but today... not enjoyable to say the least. The cashier (didn't get a chance to catch her name) was extremely rude and other employees did not display appropriate behavior. I had ordered a black coffee with a bit of room for cream and sugar. She told me that they had to pour in the cream for me - okay thats fine (other places would give me a tall cup of creamer on the side to put in myself) but she didnt ask me for preference of type or how much. Next for sugar I just asked for a few bags to put in myself and she literally THREW the bags at me. Okay, rude but i guess ill take it because i dont like bitter coffee. When i was setting up my coffee, another employee who was cleaning the front was talking sh** about another customer... while other customers were around. And mind you she was pretty much yelling, not whispering or anything. Be careful going to this starbucks, they might talk mad about you next! Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2016 08.23.16 This Starbucks is located in the Princeton Plaza Shopping Center, nearby are McDonalds and Walgreens. The parking lot is a rather odd configuration and sometimes parking is scarce. I usually come in the afternoons and pick up an iced tea for me and a milk or vanilla bean frap for my preschooler. The tables are almost always occupied with people camping out with their laptops and Starbucks drinks. The inside of the coffee shop is clean and the baristas are nice even in the dead of the afternoon. Coffee and tea drinks are always made correctly. Today, I tried the sweet vanilla cold brew and it was too sweet for my liking (so I gave it to my hubs). My favorite drink is the green iced tea sans sweetener. This is probably my favorite Starbucks in town. The baristas and all the employees are so friendly and my drinks are always made correctly. The location is convenient and there is always parking available. However, during the school year, it can get really busy and full of high school students when the school day ends. The store is pretty small with a limited amount of room to study or sit around. However, compared to other Starbucks around town, they usually have the cheapest prices. I noticed that they now provide wireless chargers for phones in the store (for free), which is pretty cool, especially for students and others who study or spend a few hours there. read more

Came here to write this review because this Starbucks has single-handedly gotten me through the past 6-months. Every morning before I go to work, I mobile order a latte from this Starbucks. I have NEVER been disappointed by a drink I received or customer service I encountered. Y'all always get my coffee out right on time (if not earlier) and it always tastes amazing. Vivanno Nourishing Blends I just had the new Vivanno smoothie blends and I was surprised to really like them. The Chocolate Banana tasted exactly like something I made at home once and that is a good thing. They take a banana and mix it with milk, ice, chocolate and protein into a super creamy delight. At only 270 calories it was as exciting as a milkshake but without the guilt. Orange Mango Banana was also very good, more refreshing and seems like a good morning drink. I go here out of pure need because it's a convenient location, my daughter takes dance nearby. Thus far, not once, but twice, the same barista has served a kids' drink far too hot. The first time I was the one to pick up the cup and felt the temperature was far too hot, so I warned my 6 year old. Alas, yesterday, she was the one to grab it and take a sip - sure enough, she burned herself. I went up to the barista, and said 'This is not kid-friendly temperature, it's far too hot..' and he stands there, blankly and unapologetically looking at me, and was about to get back to what he was doing. 'Put some ice in it?', I propose a solution. He does. Due to the fact that there are other complaints about this location.. I'm thinking the manager needs to get online and start to remedy the situation. This couldn't even remotely compare to the Foxworthy location, where the manager is clearly not only interested in the customers' satisfaction but cares very much about his employees conduct. The Foxworthy manager has previously -tossed- a kids' hot choc. saying 'oh man, I'm so sorry, I just didn't make it kid-friendly temperature.' - Live and learn, Kooser people. I don't like it when people make a mistake that (even if mildly) hurts someone and then don't offer an apology, it's just not good character. Sadly, my famished 6 year old will likely keep wanting to come back to this location after her lesson. Recently their drinks have been even more amazing than before I think it's due to their amazing staff who work great with each other, work efficiently and are very personable. A few Staff members, in particular, have been absolutely amazing with their customer service, especially Diva, she is the best! You must go when she works. My girlfriends and I like to come here because they have a few seats outside. Most staffs are super rude. We ordered the double iced espresso and selected Grande cup, it came out full. Normally, double espresso came out about 1/5 of the grande cup. We told the barista (dang it, we didn't catch her name) and she said, "that's how it is, do you want to look at me making it?" in a very rude and unfriendly way. They did that 3-4 times different times). We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were still super rude. I love this Starbucks. The staff are really friendly. The wait can be a bit long if you go at high traffic times but I think that's expected at most cafes. The seating can be sparse but this is my neighborhood Starbucks. You can pick up a movie at Block Buster while you're there or head over to Senor Taco or Cup and Saucer for a good meal (all in the same Shopping Center). read more

Never a great experience when visiting this Starbucks. On the first visit, had to wait for the two opening girls to finish chatting while being the only customer in line/ in the store that morning. Second visit, overheard the cashier and a customer arguing over an order taken incorrectly just to find out my order was also taken incorrectly. This customer-unfriendly Starbucks requires a checking at 1 single line that they don't tell you about. No signs anywhere. So after waiting 20 minutes in the cold watching others get their drinks I found out that there's a "check in line" - which is the same line that walk up people come to and order and pay. For which three people in the line of 14 did ahead of me. 40 minutes later I get my coffee, which was warm, not hot, and when I tell the lady it's warm not hot she replies with "it's hot ma'am he just made it." Oh really? I can hold it with my bare hands and no sleeve and it IS warm, but it is not hot. No other Starbucks I've been to requires a check in, and surely given the attitude and sensitivity of the staff to our displays of "wtf is going on" they had to know this is a problem. They have 2 doors - they could set one up for store side orders and the other for call outs in mobile orders. I realize it's COVID-19 and we are back in lock down but we are 9 months in - this isn't your first rodeo - so take your business elsewhere, because no one deserves to pay for expensive coffee, wait 40 minutes because there are no signs anywhere explaining the process that only this Starbucks requires - and no one deserves the BS attitude of the staff when you ask why the heck you're waiting in a line as if you hadn't mobile ordered. read more

Austin and Casey were awesome! I had not been to this location before and I'm a Starbucks junkie so I go to ones all around town to work and hold meetings. My order is definitely one of those annoying ones and they were super nice about it, plus although there was a glitch with iced or not iced they gave me the hot drink and a venti iced on the house.
