Came here Sunday morning on Mother's day early morning. This place is packed already in terms of people sitting at all the tables and couches. This location also got a nice revamp so the furniture is nicer and enjoyable to sit. Ordered the iced matcha latte with 2 pumps classic and a spinach wrap. It came out fairly quickly tho i didnt hear them call my name. The lady handing me my wrap was very nice with a smile. Overall enjoyed my drink and food. PS The AC is strong here read more

It's not the iced latte that was correct. It is everything else starting with the loud music followed by employees not hearing your name or in my case my name which I spelled it out more than once. That's terrible. Never coming back. Shame on the staff. Will take my business to the others nearby like Peet's. Even Whole Foods which is next door. read more

Customer Service is LACKING. At least 5 people paced back and forth behind the counter before someone finally came to take my order. Came in with my toddler and ordered a drink and a cake pop. I asked the employee if I had any stars to redeem. She checked and said I could get a free cake pop or wait for more points to get a free drink. I asked if I could redeem it for the cake pop I ordered. She explained that I would need to cancel the previous order since we didn't scan my code before she put everything into the register. I said okay, can you do that? And she pauses and says "I guess...." I felt flustered and said that's fine, why don't we get another cake pop then. She was silent and didn't say another word. When my drink came out it was a grande; I realized no one had asked me or confirmed the drink size. I asked another barista if the orders default to grande and she said that someone should have asked me for a size when I ordered. So two-fold; the employee didn't ask me for the size and then made it difficult and uncomfortable for me to apply points that I earned and could have used for an item that I purchased. I also overheard her telling other customers how to leave a tip for the workers. I can hear some people saying oh you should have just been rude and told her to cancel the first transaction again or you should have remembered to name a size. I did ask her to cancel it and she made me feel badly and it was clearly on her to clarify the size, per her own colleague. Very disappointing experience. read more

Bertha, Danielle, and Austin were the team working this morning and they were so kind to myself and my aunt! They even remembered my aunts name and order when she walked in and had it ready before we were ordering my items. It warmed my heart to see how it made her feel so special! It could be in my head but I felt like my drink was made with extra love today! Lol as most Starbucks are, it was clean and looked nice inside. This place in general is always busy aside from making my coffee wrong quite a few times the employees are great. However to the young lady the other day who cleaned up some coffee on the floor next time lets use some common sense. Nothing wrong with using a wet rag and hey using your feet on the rag nothing wrong with that either, but when you pick up that same rag and use it to clean the counters that's a problem. Its highly digusting and flat out lazy of you not to go get another rag. Not only did you contaminate the counters where drinks are put you contaminated your hands as well... I will never come back to this starbucks. I placed a mobile order and when I got there at 10:13 my sandwiches were ready, but not my dragon drink. A girl shouted out another workers name and asked if he could help with the mobile order drinks and he ignored her. They shouted out "Sally's coming". Everyone who was hiding in the closet came out and started helping with making drinks. I never heard them welcome in a customer though. If something is wrong with drinks or food they will replace it The other day I was in the 1696 S Bascom Ave and I was waiting for a drink as a woman was demanding extra foam or something in her cup she brought in! This used to be a great Starbucks, but with recent staffing changes, I've noticed that my drinks come out incorrect office. Switching syrups, switching milks from soy coconut to nonfat. They can't seem to get an order right. I was visiting today and three people in a row complained about their last drink that was made at the store and how things were forgot. And then immediately the woman with black and blue hair made my drink with soy milk instead of nonfat. Too much chatting too many young kids not paying attention. read more

I like this Starbucks! I come here from time to time after doing my shopping at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. The employees are all sweet and parking is easy. As an added bonus, they have free espresso grounds you can use for composting and/or gardening. Worst experience ever. I was entering my vehicle after receiving my hot coffee and didn't check to see if the gentleman that made it put the lis on correctly. We'll he didn't and burning coffee went all over my lap. I did have a towel in my car and after doing a half ass job cleaning that up I walked inside to use there rest room to clean my phones, keys wallet, etc. I mentioned to the gentleman I spilled my coffee all over me and my new and maybe check the lid next time and all I got back was an "Oh". Easy to find, and open for business! I haven't been to this location much since the pandemic started, so today was my first order back. What I like about this location is that the dining lobby is very spacious, so you aren't crashing into anyone else as you enter. There's a large quantity of seats inside the establishment, and if that's not for you there even spots to enjoy your beverage outside. Since being in a rush, I placed my order online and didn't have to wait very long to receive it! I was waiting by the counter top and was almost immediately asked what the name for my order was, before having my entire order ready and handed to me! This was the most efficient trip I've ever had at a Starbucks, and I also appreciate the monitoring of orders as well. With Covid, this makes receiving the correct drink much safer without worrying who's hands have touched it to see if it was theirs. Not to mention, I've had a few incidents at coffeehouses where my drinks would go missing and have to be replaced! Talk about time, inventory, and money wasted! I'm not sure if every Starbucks is doing this, but I think it's the best measure for safety and for customer satisfaction. Thank you for such great service! I really appreciate it. read more

Love this Starbucks! All of the employees I have met throughout the years, each visit, have been all so very friendly and kind! Customer service: top notch! Once, my order apparently didn't go through, and the barista was so patient and helped accommodate my order. Figure that happened during my early days of utilizing the mobile app! First user problems! This store location is clean, there is plenty of seating available (for use during non-covid days), and the layout of this Starbucks is most favorable. Not cramped, spacious, and easy for me to access my mobile orders when I come in. I also appreciate that there are a few spots available right in front of the store for curbside pick up. There can be no complaining here, because everything is as easy as it can be! Very nice employees! Always welcoming and cheerful. I usually come to this store while I'm on my break from work. My drinks are made perfectly every time! My only complaint would be that this location seems to be understaffed, which leads to much longer wait times. I feel bad for the employees as I can see they are trying their best to keep up with orders. There's just too many customers for too little staff. Employees are very apologetic though. read more

This Starbucks seems to have more open space in the middle than most locations. Seating is against the wall on the right when you walk in. Line is against the far wall. Seems to be a good layout. They give free Puppiccino 's which is a small cup of whipped cream for your dog. Probably not the healthiest for them but they love it. I had placed an online order for my boyfriend to pick up on his way to work and when he got there the order was completely messed up.My boyfriend couldn't stay for a remake due to him going to work so I tried calling their phone to try and see if I could go in later today for the remake or refund... this location can't even answer the phones and once they do they put me straight on hold and one of the girls i guess accidentally picks up and all i heard was "this phone won't stop ringing".
