5 stars for the excellent customer service provided by the supervisor, Valerie! I appreciated her kindness (she comped my drinks) and professionalism after a stressful situation with one of the baristas (who would rate negative stars). Went in to redeem a buy one drink, get one free offer from the Starbucks app. Somehow, the app was deleted on my phone but the new baristas in training told me that they would start to make my my drinks and I could show them the offer later. They both were sweet and understanding. Getting back in line after downloading the app, there was another barista (with short, blondish/brown hair- didn't get her name). Was trying to explain the situation and she was very curt and rude with me.Told me that I would have to show an actual Starbucks rewards card or pay for my drinks. She even mentioned that my husband didn't seem to understand me either. That's so unprofessional and clearly crossing the line. Who in customer service tries to escalate the situation?! Had to ask for her supervisor. It turns out that the earlier baristas had made 2 cold brews with salted cream, as they had told me earlier (which the rude barista doubted). This barista needs to be re-trained in treating others (especially loyal customers) with kindness, professionalism, and the correct protocol. read more

Hey guys, so people are so right about this place. I come basically 2 times a week, or every other if possible because my work is super close by. It does get really packed because of the companies and plaza's surrounding it. But it's worth the short time amount of wait. The employees are really fast paced and energetic. There was a time where I ordered a "Green Tea Latee Iced w/ Soy" and I forgot to ask for it shaken. So when I asked the lady ( pale skin, super spirited and dirty blonde hair *sorry I don't know her name) she didn't give me any attitude or rolling eyes when I asked her last minute to have it shaken. She instead said "oh ofc hon, and did it for me" which was very sweet and one of the reasons why I love it. Overall, this is just one of my favorite Starbucks of the many that I have been too. Enjoy. The barista named Vi was really nice! My drink was made in like 2 minutes and the store environment was cute!

Located in a nice plaza next to Whole Foods. Lots of parking. Big, clean store. Gets pretty dang busy in the morning around 7ish though. The line was 15 people long, no joke. I came here one morning looking to get a breakfast sandwich, but the cashier told me they don't sell them at this store. What?! She said they sell them at the one across the street though... okay... Kind of disappointing. I grabbed a yogurt instead and waited patiently for my drink and left. Haven't returned since. read more

The coffe is good and I come here on and off. I came here and they don't have any available outlets to charge your computer. NO OUTLETS at all. Has it occurred to them that some of us might want to use them while we wait for our car wash to be done and charge it as we are doing so. I should just have gone to Peet's in the Pruneyard. And to be objective, their cofee is yummy but the outlet thing is unacceptable. Maybe some customers abused that but why should we all pay for that?? read more

Starbucks conveniently located next to my go to Whole Foods in the area. While I do prefer the one across Bascom this is always a solid Starbucks stop (pre and post COVID) when at Whole Foods. They are efficient with mobile orders and I've never had an issue with something being incorrect. They are fast and friendly with their service and I'm always pleased with my beverage. They can sometimes be out of certain items but as a busy Starbucks that is to be expected. read more

I suggest ZERO stars! I had lived in Campbell for past two years and had frequented Whole Foods. For the ENTIRE two years, you can see the same people sitting every day, all day outside Starbucks on Starbucks chairs. Feeding pigeons and smoking. I asked a few times if different managers...any way to clear those tables, bird seed and smoke? Nope...we Starbucks can not do that. Oh, ok then EVERYONE else employed, students, non smokers, those desiring to sit outside (after PAYING for a drink) shall be tolerant of the same bird feeding smoking non purchasing people. Hmmm? Oh, the coffee grinder is also not calibrated. Now you want to order a drink? There is a guy who with ears pierced and he will dance and make drinks for himself while making drinks for customers..he's an established long time employee there. Same policies as the "customers" sitting outside all day. The professional employees over the two years...they are quiet and get pushed around and intimidated by the others who run amuck!! I would just watch the other customers expressions for amusement (few times I visited all bad). It's ok...those still working there,...continue..!! I like BIG Starbucks stores. I like Starbucks that are spacious, has plenty of seats and tables, and isn't crowded near the register with table stands full of products on sale. Lots of baristas working so you get your coffee fast. read more

Avoid this location at all cost if you like to drink coffee rather than just hot water with a splash of milk and a drop of espresso. The only few times I have stopped by here are the times when I am desperate for coffee when I try to stop by the carwash across the street. Only reason for the 2 stars is cause its located in the Campbell plaza next to Whole Foods which is convenient for shoppers. I may just stick to ice tea next time from this spot because I don't think you can screw up brewing tea? read more

Nice baristas. They greeted us promptly even when no one was at the register when I walked up to it. Drinks were made quickly like any other Starbucks. The bad thing is that the chairs were not very comfortable and the music was really loud in the store. My friend had to ask them to turn it down a bit. The music, not only loud, was it not very good music. We both noticed the bad music choice right when we sat down. Also, there is not much parking in the lot since it shares it with a few other stores in the strip. They have a couple of tables as well as a larger community table we sat at, but I wasn't very comfortable here and couldn't focus on my studies with the bad music choice (which is odd since I have never had this problem at another Starbucks). read more

This Starbucks is pretty much like all the other stores, they have all their specialty coffees and teas along with a dessert and cold-box for sandwiches;)The service was fantastic, they were friendly and let me tell you my Venti mocha frap was spot on. My sweet beautiful Butterfly and me had our first face to face and it was great;) We talked for hours ;) Butterfly also had a special request for a tea and they were able to suggest a tea that she would like so I appreciate them being knowledgeable about their products :) I would suggest though that they get more tables or a bench like table for all the single computer users who took up all the seating so we ended up having to go to Raleys just to have a place to sot and chat it up;) read more

Mobile ordered a soy matcha frappuccino with no whip, got whip to the top. Milk wasn't soy so yay lactose intolerance calls today I guess. My extra caramel mod was not lined around the cup or topped nicely, it was tacked on lazily near the whip. Anyone want to guess where the first Starbucks opened in California???? Well I guess I gave you the answer by writing this review. Basically Starbucks and Peet's were together at one time and when they split off SB was prohibited from opening any locations in CA. When that ended this place opened up. Ok so there is your history lesson. Yes this placed has been remodeled so many times over the years I'm always kind of checking in to see if anything has changed. Love the location near great shops and such. It has a nice patio to people watch. It's got limited seating inside but there usually is a spot. The baristas here are super efficient and good. Love the clover option to try the fancy exotic stuff. They also will top off your brew with coconut milk or soy for no xtra charge. It's a Starbucks so no need to go through the menu. We all know what we like but here they will not screw your order up, even when complicated. This place will always have a place in my Starbucks heart. I was staying at a hotel nearby and needed somewhere to chill for a couple hours after checking out. There were two starbucks nearby, so they were a natural, easy choice. The first one I tried (not this one) had very limited seating, outdoors except a couple cramped barstools backing the utility counter and garbage. So, I ended up here instead. At first glance it looks like a relatively normal starbucks, if not the most comfortable. All the tables are tiny, and all the chairs are small, hard chairs that I don't recommend using for a length of time. I didn't find any outlets, so I couldn't charge my phone or plug in my laptop. The service area was clean, but the further reaches of the room were less than sparkling. The bathrooms are downright frightening (a first for me at any starbucks), and to top it off, one of the toilets full stop backed up when I used the restroom. When I informed one of the baristas, she had this very tired expression on her face, and replied that it was predictable and she'd take care of it in a few minutes. Earlier in the morning, between rushes of customers, a different barista would joke about slacking on work. If the management can't be bothered to fix major sanitation plumbing issues, I can't say I blame him. read more

So I just ordered the green tea frap with vanilla bean powder. I said I wanted to use my free drink and the girl almost charged me until the male employee corrected my order. We came here to experience the happy hour benefit and found out that you have to get the Starbucks email with Happy Hour link in it. The staff was very helpful and gave us the discount buy one get one free. The have a very good team here that wants to make their customers happy and contented. Horrible customer service. Not friendly whatsoever. I walked in no one greeted me. They didn't even make eye contact with me when talking. I felt very unwelcome and I will not be coming back to this location. The manager or district manager really needs to put the staff through training again as seeing their customer service is severely lacking. One star for the drink. read more

Came here to study on a Saturday night and to my surprise it was not that packed in here. I immediately found a table, however, that has not necessarily always been the case the other times I've been here. As soon as I got in line to order one of the employees (possibly the manager) asked if I wanted to try a Chai Eggnog Latte. She was super sweet and throughout my stay there I noticed that she called a lot of customers by name. That really showed me how attentive she was to her regulars. In other words, I was very pleased with her service. The workers are friendly and so are the people who come here to study. Overall pleased! read more

I am not a coffee person, but I came in to try the youth berry tea and I wanted it iced. The cashier said it only comes in hot, but I insisted on wanting iced. She then said I'd have to wait ten minutes to have it iced. She looked like she didn't want to go through the hassle of brewing it and adding ice to it. Even my friend noticed the lazy attitude. Teavana offers tea iced without any complaints and this is a collaboration item. This is simple work that even 5 year olds can do, add ice to a warm drink.... yet the lazy attitude. I've gotten iced teas here before and no problem, so it must've been her lazy attitude. read more

Starbucks is a nice place to relax and get coffee or tea. A lot of police officers come here. So it must be a great place. Right? But seriously, there are a lot of police that come here. I like the environment here because it's easy to relax, watch people or do some reading. It's a little different than the other Starbucks in it seems more laid back here than the typical Starbucks. This location is open late...until 11pm, and 11:30pm (I think) on Fridays & Saturdays. This is just an FYI, in case you're in the area and you need some coffee later in the evening or need to park it somewhere to study that's open later than most other places. I discovered this purely by accident one evening...there were a couple of police cars & an ambulance parked in the parking lot when I was leaving Longs (which is basically right next door), so at first, I thought something was going on. So, while I'm getting in my car, I'm trying to peer into the shop, & discover that they're there to get drinks! There's nothing horrible going on. So, next time I had to go to this shopping center, I made a point to go buy a coffee drink & check it out. There's tables & chairs inside, so if you want to sit around & read or study, you can do that. They even have tables & chairs outside, & someone was sitting out there reading (in the freezing cold at night--crazy!). I didn't stay, & just took my drink to go. Pretty nice Starbucks that I have been to so far! Definitely enjoyed the cleanliness and customer service here! I was deciding between the refreshers and wasn't sure what to get and the cashier told me that I could mix up the teas and flavors! I was going to try their peach white tea lemonade, but wasn't too sure about that. So she said that I could try and do something else. I decided to make a strawberry white tea with lemonade. It comes with six pumps of cane sugar, but I cut that back in half and had light ice. I do recommend to not cut back on the liquid sugar cause it will taste a little bland, but if your on a diet just like me then I think you should go full throttle on the sugar intake..probably double the amount lol. Pretty refreshing drink on a cool outing. Enjoying a little me time with a Starbucks drink at an actual Starbucks that is very decent and feels calming. There are some people her who actually talks on the phone pretty loud...much louder than the blender their using to make the drinks with. What sucks is that I couldn't seem to find the outlet to charge my phone and it seems like there aren't any outlets near by. Plus you also need a passcode to use their restrooms..so if you need to use the bathroom don't forget to ask the cashier. read more

If your asked where someone can get a cup of coffee and also be treated like dirt, remember this address: Starbucks Coffee 1696 South Bascom Ave. Campbell, CA , Corner of Hamilton Ave., just to the right of Whole Foods... If you want to watch cashiers and servers sing and dance to their selected rock tunes, snap their towels in sync, tap up a drum solo with pens and pencils, then the shows here. And better, the sound system's volume will definitely get your attention if the show doesn't. So forget about study, reading, anything that would go peacefully with a cup of coffee, check those interests at the door. Moreover, If you would like to say something about the loud Rock-n-Roll, bad move! They're not interested in you, just your cash. I've spoken to the manager, Jacob, about these months-on-end festivities, and what did I get? WRATH! The server who turns the store into a rock club is Jason. This guy has the most cold and horrible demeanor. After I spoke to the manager about his rock shows he's been just plain nasty. Yet I continued to patronize the store with a smile. I endured the steady stream of nasty. If you should have an issue to relate, be sure to skip it, or you will get it. Besides, there's the wicked humidity, warm temperature, and locker room odor to endure. Why did I stick around? I would meet friends there. Meanwhile, I was concerned that Jason, with his attendant attitude, would one day seize something baseless to throw me out on. That was last night. (Bear in mind, I was mindful of the hate treatment, so I was careful to be pleasant and smiling.) Yesterday, an acquaintance was there and feeling sick. He entered the bathroom, and vomited sloppily missing the toilet. Still feeling sick he managed to leave the bathroom. While I was outside he left the store. When leaving he told me that he had messed the bathroom and was "splitting" embarrassed. A few minutes later the server Jason, who clearly hates me, came outside, and hurled the claim that I was seen by him leaving the bathroom and so I was now "not welcomed in the store anymore". He shouted this out in front of another aquaintance of mine, along with those sitting at the nearby tables. I was confused. I had never used the bathroom the whole evening, not once for anything. Why me? We know why me. I proceeded to ask the other workers what was the problem? (I knew it was about this other guy who had left sick, but I steered clear of talking about him. I chose to leave that to him. I'm not taken to snitching.) The workers only stared down, shaking their heads, while drawing fingers across the counter. These workers faintly mumbled that they didn't know. They were obviously scared, and wouldn't say a thing. All they kept repeating was "I don't know". But the other hotheaded server keep saying that he saw me leave the bathroom, so I was to leave or he'd call the police. After obtaining a management phone number I left. Just as I had anticipated, Jason seized the chance to manufacture a trifling problem, made it into a mountain (just for me) and is now having me banished. That's a real sick person. This morning I called Starbucks corporate offices to discuss last nights incident. They said they'd get back to me. Meanwhile, they said I could use the store, since nothing was really explained. Really? I'm only waiting for the return call, and an apology, no coffee thank you. I also found the acquaintance who had gotten sick, and I asked that he go back in person to explain that the mess was his. (He has since said he did. Starbucks says no. Not surprised.) When there's some sort of update, I will come back here and edit. I'll let you know. Meanwhile ask yourself: Do you want to get your news paper and caffeine here? Me thinks not! If you want to regardless, that's your decision. (Come to think of it, I wonder what that guy may have flicked into my drinks? Other behaviors of his I witnessed are not listed here, such as cussing openly the F word across the store, etc.) Last edit update: After 14 days the area manager Tim M. called me. 14 days? Nothing was a surprise. It went all just as I had anticipated. Jason was backed by the management. But one thing stands out completely obvious... I was told that the other workers also had seen me leaving the bathroom. Ask yourself this: If Jason had possibly mistaken seeing me enter the restroom, how could two other workers also mistake seeing me do the same? That would mean everyone in sync had made the same mistake, all together. What's the odds of that? Zero! Tim also says the store does not play "personal" music selections. What? He's no manager. The guys completely out of touch, or a flat liar! Both? Wrap: Pity to the poor patron who stumbles in, but you're fully warned. read more

One of the few late hour cafes in the area. It's in a shopping center with a lott of other stuff and the driving in this lot is horrendous. Maybe you get all the freaks for the night hours. Typical Starbucks, though they do have a decent amount of seating. Popular with the cops and emergency services set. read more
