I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Starbucks. It has a comfortable, welcoming vibe that makes it a great place to relax, enjoy a coffee, or get some work done. Came in with a mobile order and noticed it was missing cold foam. Asked the barista to remake it which he did. The remake was missing milk and I simply asked for him to add some and he gave me attitude did not want to add any and said "oh my god I guess I'll have to remake it again." I took a sip and it was terrible, the shots tasted expired so I told him "I'm good thank you I'll just take my original without the foam as it tastes a lot better." I had even apologized for being difficult even though it was his mistake. He said ok and as I walked away he proceeded to talk about me to the other barista in a not so nice way. I actually really enjoy this Starbucks. I get the iced shaken espresso with whole milk and it's always made perfect, so good and drink is 5/5. :( I don't really like writing bad reviews for Starbucks, especially this one since they are so nice. However, this one needs to be written because it involved my safety. I ordered a drink with oatmilk and they substituted it with almond milk without asking me. I have a severe nut allergy. I took a few sips and thought it tasted funny, and felt my mouth starting to tingle a little. I had a few coworkers try the drink who verified it was almond milk. Well, those few sips sent me to the emergency room where I missed 90% of my shift, was pumped with drugs and racked up a hefty bill. Iced white mocha was made properly but what's up with the bacon, sausage and egg wrap? My first time having it. It's too dry. No cheese or sauce of any sort. And has some potato in it that soaks up any moisture. Starbucks really needs to modify this item. Wasted $6 on it. But drink was correct and staff was courteous, so 4 stars. read more

I've been driving from the central valley to the City of Campbell once a week, for about four months. And after spending two plus hours on the road, I'm due for a caffeine fix. So once a week, here I am. I normally order my coffee while sitting in the car once I've reached the parking lot. And to date. Each time I've gone inside, no matter how crowded or busy they are. My coffee is always ready to go. On one occasion, I inadvertently ordered my coffee at another location. After standing around for several moments and not getting my coffee, the manager took notice and questioned me about my order. When she learned my receipt was for another location, she hooked me up with a cup anyway. Can you say integrity.. Not one bad experience. Not one chaotic time and, not once have I seen this location dirty or unkept. I love that this location actually has a place to hang out off to the side after you order or while waiting for a cup too. Unlike most locations where you'll see people loitering around the pick up window. That's a huge plus. My only gripe is; they only have a single restroom for customers. read more

The Camden location is hit or miss. Ask for a warm drink and on average i scald my mouth 3 or 4 times out of 5 orders. The last time I brought this up to them I got snark in return with "what does warm even mean" - not hot. Why are you offering a temperature specification if you can't hold up to it, yanno? And I used to barista - this place is never "busy" enough to even blame the so consistent mishap on a mess up. As a former barista the lack of paying attention to an order is disheartening. Plus today there were two other things wrong with my drink and I don't have time to deal with it. Good thing my commute is long so my drink can cool down. I get my Starbucks for myself and the girls at the office every Monday, and I pick it up first thing in the morning around 6:30am. Whoever is working at that time (there are usually either 2 girls and a guy or 2 guys and a girl) are the best baristas I've ever encountered. They are polite, they say good morning, ask if I need a straw or a tray, and then wish me a good day. To top it all off they always get my order right. Thank you whoever you are! We called the location she purchased it from and they just told her that they don't do anything about this kind of situation. I had a bad experience here yesterday. I arrived at 7:30pm with a friend. The store closed at 8pm. My friend asked and we were aware of the closing time. At 7:55 the guy working behind the counter told us that we had to leave by shouting (SHOUTING) that the store was now closed and started waving his hands. There were only four people total (my friend and I and another couple.) He shouted at us like it was last call at a dance club and he was trying to get the drunk couples making out on the dance floor to leave. However, it's a Starbucks. It's maximum capacity is 20 people and there were only 4 of us there. What's worse is that my friend and I were in the middle of a very emotional conversation so it felt even worse. Maybe this is how Starbucks is run these days, I don't know. All I know is that 1) I expect more out of Starbucks 2) I DESERVE more respect than being shouted at, especially when we were just sitting there talking. I know they want to go home and I wouldn't have lingered if I knew they were closed. Maybe this Starbucks should take a lesson from Panera. I've accidentally sat in Panera an hour after they closed and they cleaned around me and never said anything about leaving. I eventually asked and they told me they closed but didn't want to disturb me. That's quite the commitment to customer service and I don't expect that from every place I patron, but I expect more than being herded and ushered out like cattle. read more

When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the caramel macchiato didn't have cold foam on top, so I thought, "no worries, I'll just ask about it." I waited at the corner to speak to an employee, and one of the employees looked at me and looked away without even offering to ask if I needed help or anything. So I decided to wait in the line for the register to ask the employee who was taking orders. She was very kind, and offered to remake my drink for me with the cold foam on top. She served it to me and it looked so beautifully done! This store is very dirty. The floors were visibly dirty and had trash on it. The tables needed to be wiped and had trash on them as well. The garbage was over flowing. The counter you pick up your drinks was not even clean. As for customer service it was ok. The girl did hand me my drink without a straw I asked where are the straws. Her reply was back here. Went to order my family a drink today at this Camden & Curtner location. I spend a LOT of money at Starbucks now that I'm not an employee for the company anymore. I worked for Starbucks for over 6 years and when I worked for this company customer service was ALWAYS number one at my store! I've been to this location many times and I've always had good experiences, but today was the first time I've seen this employee named Crystal. She not only wasn't wearing her apron behind the counter while making drinks, but she was one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered at Starbucks. When she was talking to me she was really aggressive. I asked her why she has an attitude problem towards me and informed her I have NEVER had an experience like this at this location because everyone is always so kind. She denied her attitude and started telling me I don't like to hear the word "no" when all I was asked for was to put my drink in a trenta cup for extra cold foam that I paid extra for. (I said it in a really polite way as I know how some customers could be at times). She refused to put it in a Trenta cup and I asked her just to refund the drink. I'll go somewhere else for that drink and then she looked at me and said "so I can dump out all your other drinks that we made?" That makes no sense if her intention was to try to save the company money. Why would you pour out all the other drinks instead of just putting one drink in a Trenta cup and satisfying your customer? Her partners appeared to be very uncomfortable, as was I and it's behavior like that, which makes me not want to return back to Starbucks. Thank you to Sydney for being super sweet and the other employees who were being kind to my family and I. Not sure if I will be returning to this location after this encounter.
