    Pasta primavera.

This is my go to suggestion for folks new to the Vienna/Tysons area; I frequent Silverado too--one of their sister restaurants in Annandale. I suggested a friend, new to the area, meet me here for lunch. She really liked it. Of course, we got the Ozzie rolls which are legendary; basically fried donuts. Everybody loves them. It's a lovely idea that they only charge a dollar and it goes to animal welfare. I wasn't very hungry, so I got the pasta primavera with vegetables, not expecting much. It was delicious! I ate more than I expected because it was so good. My friend got the crabcakes and enjoyed them. Two are served and she took one home because she couldn't finish her meal. They usually have a fish of the day, which is always nice. This time they had a fish I had not heard of, so I elected to choose the pasta. I have ordered drinks here before and the alcoholic beverages are very good. As I recall, they're also pretty reasonably priced. The atmosphere is lovely. The ladies' room is really very nice an odd comment, but worth stating. The only thing I don't like is the restaurant seems to use team waiters. They're all very nice, but it's a little disconcerting to have different people all the time and you don't know who to ask for something if you need to. It usually works out, it's just a little odd. Yes, this is a local chain, but it is consistent and one of the few all American restaurants in the area.

Popped in for lunch as this was recommended by a friend. Arrived around 12:30pm on a Wed and the wait was 15-20. Asked for phone number to text when table was ready and it took closer to 30 not a big deal. Nice menu with various options. Went with the short stack salmon salad and it was amazing! Salmon cooked well and the salad was crisp and fresh. My colleague got the fried chicken sandwich and they were Happy. Just note it comes with pickles. Service was ok, nothing to write home about. After taking the order we weren't checked in on again amd a different person assisted with closing out the check. I loved the decor as the mural I was facing had a bunch of famous people painted - or at least their likeness. Whoopi Goldberg, jack Nicholson, Sarah Jessica Parker and many more. The restrooms were also super nice, loved the decor and the locks that clearly state occupied or vacant. And it's full floor to ceiling wall coverage. I'd recommend for lunch and enjoyed the meal. If in the neighborhood I'd stop back in to try other items.

After a busy morning we stopped in here for lunch. We were able to make a reservation but opted to sit at the bar, it's March madness! We were greeted rather promptly, overall the service was pretty good! The espresso martini was good, I love baileys in mine so it was no doubt I wasn't not gonna order this. He had the margarita, I recall him uttering it was perfect! The fritters were excellent. I mean, the most delicious sauce, texture, chunks of seafood. Each bite with the salsa? A party. You're inclined to lick the plate. The salmon entree was so amazing. The most beautiful grill, warm center, flavor was out of this world. I was disappointed in two pieces of asparagus, what I'm supposed to do with that? There should've been at least 4 pieces, help me meat my vegetable quota for the day! The mash was good too, it didn't give box. To wrap up our meal, we had the bread pudding. Wow wow wow, the edges were crispy and the raspberry syrup tangy and sweet profile made every bite irresistible. We would absolutely return. Aside from the food being grate, the prices are wonderful. Like whose cocktails are less than 15 bucks these days? THESE GUYS!

They have an amazing happy hour and a separate dining area for events. We went on Easter Sunday and they did an amazing job with food and service. They are consistently good with food, service, and Ozzie rolls. Would recommend for any occasion

Can't rave about it enough. Staff was so exceptionally nice and pleasant. The decor was absolutely gorgeous. And the food was sublime. The hickory bbq burger was a perfect blend of sweet and smoky. My waiter suggested the brussle sprouts for an are and he was right! Even the goat cheese salad couldn't have been better, I cleaned the plate.

Patsy's is one of those spots that if you know, you know. If you've ever been to Mike's or Coastal Flats, you already know what to expect. Food done right. I don't think I've had anything from here that I didn't like, from the main entrees to the sides. Whether you dine in, sit at the bar, or order some take out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Checking off another GAR restaurant off our list. Very similar to other GAR spots, they have their signature Drunken Ribeye, Crab and Shrimp Fritters and bread basket that was great as always. I switched it up and also tried the Roasted Chicken which was juicy and tender with a delicious brown butter sauce. Service is always great as always. Another good GAR spot but my only complaint would be parking is a little more hectic here. Apps: Crab and Shrimp Fritters and Famous Bread Basket Entrees: Drunken Ribeye and Roasted Chicken

I love this place! Make sure you go to the very back bar! It is almost like a whole other restaurant, I love that they have that separate space. The main restaurant is also very well done with a lot of open space and a ton of seating! I still recommend making a reservation because it is such a popular pick. The menu is super diverse so everyone in your group is bound to find something that they like. The kitchen does a great job of how they're prepare the meals. The ingredients are fresh and the presentation is well done. Our server was so personable and awesome! He really hustled to make sure that we had everything we needed

    Patsy's Lobster Roll

We were tryna go Tyson's mall on Black Friday but the roads were so backed up we decided to get food instead. So we looked on Google Maps and Yelp and found Patsys. I love to combine both and if they have good rating on both it's usually good. We arrived and went in, tryna watch the eagles game and the at same time. Host told us that the front was more for dining and if we go into the back there's a sports bar. That's when I realized how big this restaurant is. It's very spacious and cozy at the same time. The staff are very friendly and personable. Now the food. The lobster roll was market price but wasn't expensive. Maybe around $30. The corn was amazing. The fries were good. The lobster roll was average to be honest. I tried lobster roll at Salty Girl in Boston and that's what I'm comparing it to so it might not be fair. I really haven't had a lobster roll in the DMV that compares to Salty Girl though.

The service was amazing. The atmosphere was definitely a vibe. The food was just okay though. I got the steak and frites was a bit of a disappointment since my steak was a bit cold and the fries were a bit soggy and sad. The Jambalaya pasta was good though just a bit too salty for my taste. The ozzies bread roll is a must get and the crispy Brussels was so good.

We decided to go to Patsy's for a work lunch to celebrate a coworker's birthday. - Wood Grilled Chicken Breast - Warm White Chocolate Bread Pudding - Ozzie Rolls -- provided upon request I recommend making a reservation just in case because it was quite busy and crowded during lunch time. They usually give us a plate of Ozzie Rolls a moment after we are seated, but this time we had to ask for them so don't miss out! Overall, the food and service were good.

As always, Patsy's did not disappoint! The food and drinks were on par & delish! They were crazy busy but our party of four still had excellent service from Stefanie! We started off with drinks: wine, beer, Bourbon Smash & an Espresso Martini, my bev du jour! With our cocktails we had ahi tuna sushi & ahi tuna tartare from Randy's menu, Tex Mex egg rolls & of course, some infamous Ozzie rolls. For our entrees we go crab cakes, mahi mahi, drunken ribeye with a chopped salad, and a hickory smoked bbq burger. Deeeeeelish! For dessert we shared the chocolate waffle & the Pavlova. Great food, great drinks & excellent service all the way around & a most wonderful time was had by all!

Met up with friends for drinks and food at the back bar and as always the vibes and company were great. The drinks are solid, and I ordered the crab cake entrée. It was delicious, the only downside was the fries weren't hot. Overall, still a great spot for good drinks, good food, and relaxed energy with friends.

Lighting gave it a very calming relaxation vibe!

Ask the Community - Patsy's American

Is the restaurant located in the Tyson's mall?

No, it's across the street in Fairfax Station. It's next to Randy's steakhouse. Patsy's is more casual than Randy's. Both are part of Great American Restaurants (they have an app too)

Do they offer a military discount?

No at least not the location in Vienna

When does the dinner menu starts on a Saturday?

Dinner probably starts at 4 or 5pm.

    Is there covered outdoor seating?

There sure is, all the way out back beyond bar #2 😃

    Is there Happy hour?

We ordered: - the honeydew mocktail (this was so good, I haven't had a mocktail that I enjoyed so much in a long time now) - the assortment of dips (delicious and paired so well with the bread) - a side of toum (this is an essential for me at any restaurant) - the ottoman rice (my family's favorite) - brussel sprouts - cauliflower (our server's favorite) - Adana kepab - the small lamb shoulder dish (really good) - branzino (sooo good and cooked perfectly) - pistachio soufflé (like a chocolate lava cake but with pistachio inside--soooo fab) We absolutely loved everything that we ordered and the bread that they served the food with. The service was so attentive. The vibes were really nice and not overly fancy. My family and I thought it was one of the best Turkish/middle eastern meals we've had in a while (and we thought this was much better than Zaytinya). Overall I cannot wait to return.

Delicious Indian restaurant - great happy hour and brunch spot!…read more The happy hour from 4pm-7pm Monday-Fri is an amazing deal. I ordered 2 dishes and a cocktail for under $20! I requested for the Paneer Tikka Flatbread (not on the menu)- vegetarian version of the Chicken Paneer Tikka Flatbread. The naan pizza was delicious, it was stuffed with cubes of paneer with a side of Tikki Masala dipping sauce. Highly recommend it! You can get the Paneer Pizza next door too! The Paneer Tacos were filling and fun to try, but large chunky blocks of paneer. While I enjoyed the spicy mayo sauce, I wish the paneer was cut up into cubes. It just felt a bit heavy with the paneer. The Spinach Artichoke Fritters (4) were tasty. The Mango Mojito and the Mumbai Mule cocktail weren't that good, but it honestly it's hard to complain when it's only $6/drink. The unlimited weekend brunch at $38 is a great deal and well worth it! You can choose from over a dozen Indian fusion dishe - as a bonus mango lassi, chai, and soft drinks are included! You can order 2 dishes/person at a time and the servers hastily swing by to clear your plates and place your next order! Between the 3 of us, we ordered almost conquered the full brunch menu and had a delightful brunch feast! The food had a spicy kick, but not overpowering and wasn't greasy. The portions range from small, bite-size apps to full, large entree size. There's a lot of vegetarian dishes on the menu with a few non-veg as well. There's a good balance between traditional Indian dishes and Western fusion with a hint of American flavors/presentation. My favorite stand-outs: - Aam Chat Papri with crispy Papri pita like chips with mango, chick peas, and potatoes smothered in yogurt and chutney, and topped with spicy garam masala mix - Chana Bhatura with chick pea curry and fluffy, bubbly fried bread. Large portion. - Spinach and Artichoke Fritters - Crispy bite-size balls filled with creamy spinach artichoke dip, 4 come in an order and perfect for sharing! - Aloo Bravas - Crispy, diced potatoes very reminiscent of the Spanish Patatas Bravas with aioli sauce and mild masala spicy kick - Butter Chicken - My friend enjoyed it, solid full entree size. I didn't order or try it in, but it looked pretty tasty and could easily why she made a happy empty plate! - Nutella Bread Pakora - Tastes like a bites-size Nutella fried donut! So good we ordered another one! - Helluva Hallawa Trio - I enjoyed sampling the 3 types of Hallawa, ranging in savory (carrot) to more sweet and milky (my favorite). - Mango Lassi - The sweetness of the mango lassi helped to balance out and absorb the spiciness of the food. - Masala Chai - Great ending to a meal, perfectG caffeine pick me up! Paired well with the Nutella bread Pakora. The other dishes on the menu were fun to try, but would probably skip and save room for my faves: - Aloo Sabzi and Katchuri - The dense hollow shell katchuri (similar to a round empanada) made of dhal lentil smothered in Aloo potato curry sabzi was very filling and dense. After a couple of bites, I threw in the towel. - Egg Burgi and Paratha - The masala spicy scrambled egg on paratha flatbread was kind of bland and a very small portion. - Mango Mimosa - While the mimosas were only $4, it was quite tangy and didn't pair well with the meal. I wish fresh mango juice was used instead of mango flavored juice (tastes like Izzy). The lunch buffet (Mon - Fri 12pm - 2:30pm for $23 wasn't the best experience. Admittedly, I came to the buffet at 1:30pm and the food was tepid and sadly overcooked under the heat lamp. The plates were very small and it was hard to fit a bunch of food. I went to the buffet at least 3 or 4 times to try out the dishes in search of the perfect bite, which I sadly couldn't. There were 5 main standard dishes with 3 vegetarian dishes (Dal Makhani, Aloo Ghobi, and Mehti Paneer) and 2 non-veg featuring both chicken dishes (Butter Chicken and Chicken Curry) and a galore of fried fritters/pakoras (spinach, onion, potato) with a couple of new rotating stations with Pani Puri (not much going on) and Spinach Tikki and Fish Pakora fried fritters. The Mehti Paneer was quite greasy with a coat of grease at the top and the paneer was pretty stiff. It wasn't tender. The Dal Makhani was bland. The potato aloo potatoes were brittle as they were sitting under the heat lamp too long. The best part about the meal was the fluffy naan, which was made-to-order. I enjoyed 2 rounds! Order the Masala Dosa crispy! When we got it the 1st time on the lunch special, it was a bit rubbery and soggy. After the server asked us a few times whether we liked it, my hubby relented and told him the honest answer. The server got the dosa re-made to go extra crispy, which did the trick! The masala potatoes paired well with the dosa. I wasn't a fan of the Sambar. Based on the glowing brunch and happy hour experience, I would come back to try the lunch buffet with an early start right when it opens!

Whole dish seems underwhelming and had a lack of bonding sauce or flavor profile to make it a dish. Second time I had Salmon salad and this was not good at all. Salmon itself was perfectly cooked as a medium rare on my liking and champagne dressing in mixed greens was good. But I salad had cold and slimy potato pieces and big chunks of blackish marinated onions,it was hard to eat and even unpleasant. I'm really disappointed, because Thai shrimp salad was absolutely best salad in DC area as well as other very popular dishes from old menu. Please bring back Thai Shrimp!!

I usually am enamored with speakeasies, but it was really hard to love this one…read more 1. Reservations - I've been with OpenTable and other restaurant online booking systems for decades but this is a first for me. They have two separate OpenTable listings (as noted in other reviews). I was clear in that i just wanted an after work chill happy hour. I booked for 4:30. After promptly showing up at the wren for my 4:30 appointment I was told, Naisho room doesn't open until 5 pm.... So why did you let me book for 4:30?!?! No explanation. No apology just "you're early..." 2. I promptly dropped $70 for drinks and an appetizer at the Wren bar to hold me and my guests over. It wasn't bad but that's not what I was hoping for... at 4:30. 3. The service to the speakeasy was great. The "gym stag" had our 4:30 and let us in at... 5:03 pm... 4. The waitress inside the speakeasy was super awkward and off putting. She really needs a class on etiquette. I ordered quite a bit right off the bat but my guests slow roll throughout the experience and she didn't seem too happy with that. Taking away our menus doesn't encourage us to order either. You charge $22 for one tea sandwhich but can't afford to print out more menus? The menus were also pretty dingy and I hand sanitized after using them. 5. Food. Was mid at best. Not at all authentic Japanese. I had the oyster shooter, temaki, Wagyu toast, Wagyu quesadilla, and mocktail. The oyster shooter was too sweet. And you could only taste the oyster and caviar at the end. Mostly as an aftertaste. There was a "too sweet" aspect to most of the food. The temaki was okay and I liked the crunchy bits but they went too far with the plastic wrap on the seaweed. The plastic wrap gave me Japanese 7-11 onigiri vibes. You do that if you aren't efficient enough to get the food out to guests at once and the seaweed will get soggy. I'm not sure if it was for a "fun factor" for people who are unfamiliar with grocery store onigiri in Asia but in a restaurant it should be done for you. The Wagyu toast was a HUGE disappointment. It was Sooooo sweet. I filet barely taste anything except the gross, sweet jam. And the toast was soggy and the texture of the bread felt prepared the day before and like refrigerator. It was not toasted at all. The star was the Wagyu quesadilla with beef tendon chips. It was the cheapest item on the menu and the most filling and delicious. 6. Drinks were very good. Expect about $20 a pop... $50 for the Japanese whiskey is highway robbery. Nothing really "rare." I have most bottles on the kitchen counter from the Virginia ABc or DC Costco. You can buy an entire bottle of the Japanese whiskey at Costco for the cost of one serving here. Overall, the Naisho room felt like all hype. For over $100 I was still pretty hungry. If the food tasted good I would have ordered more but I didn't think it was worth it. You get a nice view but it's the same from most of the capital one building. Same view from the brewery. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere. Plenty of better happy hour spots for much much less considering if you stay for more than two hours you have to pay for parking (we did becuase, well, our reservation was at 4:30...)

Every time we come, the experience is always really good. The staff was amazing, our server was super nice, and I genuinely enjoyed my whole night here. Everything we ordered was delicious. One of my favorite things here is the seafood fried rice, or whatever the exact name is lol, but it is SO good every single time. I also tried some steak this time and for somebody who really doesn't even eat steak like that, it was actually really good. And the crème brûlée? Top tier. Definitely one of my favorite desserts there. The atmosphere is always nice for a date night, birthday dinner, or just wanting to go somewhere that feels a little more upscale without being uncomfortable. I'll absolutely be back again. Also, if you've never been before, the restaurant is on the second floor and there is garage parking available, which is nice.

We had a 1:00 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly. The setting was lovely with a slight corporate feel but still elegant and welcoming. The service was excellent from start to finish. A complimentary cinnamon scone and a rose for Mother's Day was a thoughtful touch. The whole wheat bread was hearty and delicious and we also enjoyed a wonderful French rosé. Although there was a special Mother's Day menu, we ordered from the regular menu. The Chilean sea bass was prepared Hong Kong style in a flavorful broth with sautéed spinach and pickled ginger. The flavors were excellent, although I think the fish was slightly overcooked because it was a little tough. 4/5. The stuffed shrimp with crab was light, fresh, and not overly buttery or oily, which I appreciated. 4.5/5. The banana foster butter cake was extremely sweet. Even between the two of us we could only finish half, although it was beautifully presented with freshly prepared pistachio ice cream and whipped cream. 4/5. Overall this was a very nice dining experience with attentive service, thoughtful details, and good food.

Loved our waiter, he was very entertaining and gave us a great experience. We did the Modan Tasting Experience (Six Course Meal*). My apologies for not taking note on what is each dish, but we enjoyed the meals. We still had room for more food, so if you have a big appetite, just keep in mind this will not fill you. lol. So many options to choose from! I really enjoyed their sushi so I would definitely come back to eat their sushi. I would recommend this spot!

I ordered a couple of cocktails off the menu - Lychee Martini was very boozy and didn't have much flavor. The Flor de Cana Pineapple Mojito is interestingly on happy hour, but not on the main cocktail menu. It was okay and not that flavorful. Honestly, I wouldn't mind shelling out $20+ cocktail if it packed a punch with flavor and well-balanced. These cocktails didn't measure up. The Cauliflower Taco was truly bite-size and was the teeny tiniest taco I've ever seen. I wasn't a big fan of the flavor, so I was glad that it was gone within 2 bites. After spending $60+ on 2 drinks and tiny taco, I was ready to go home disappointed. Our server was friendly. Maybe I didn't order the right drinks? I might come back to try another round of drinks, but not sure if I'm willing to dish out another $20+ cocktail.
