Friendly & attentive service. Sizzling fajitas with prawns were tasty. Hubby had chicken enchilada suiza and liked it. Yummy margaritas. Pretty classic Mexican food and what you would expect.

The restaurant has a vibrant energy. The staff is excellent and attentive. They are focused and helpful if someone has questions about ingredients related to allergies. The food is tasty but nothing special. As a neighborhood Mexican it's a fine place to hang but definitely not a destination. The highlight was the spicy fresh salsa and chips.

This place was fantastic. I judge a restaurant by its diablo shrimp. This restaurant had the best I ever had. It was spicy, tangy, and just a great flavor overall. Drinks were great and the ambiance was fantastic. Can't wait for them to love me as a regular

I was excited to try Pasion based on reviews but found the food mediocre and the service disappointing. Went in for lunch. The carne asada was thin and a bit dry. When my dish was delivered, I saw my server brush a hair off the side of the plate before he thought I noticed. My spouse's enchiladas were made with the wrong meat filling. He was okay with eating them, but the server did not offer any service recovery for the mistake.

My husbands meal vs my empty place at the table. I am an overly polite person so this is not a matter of me having been rude.

Was enjoying a lovely afternoon/early evening with my husband. We had a couple appetizers and drinks. My husband said we would like to order dinner. The server (who appeared to be a long time employee or part of management/ or ownership) took his order- never looked at me and before I could place an order walked away. She then returned with his dinner. Again didn't even look at me. I'm an overly polite person who usually tips generously. It's bizarre. She seemed annoyed with me that I ordered a margarita sans all the sugar when we first ordered. I just can't imagine that being the reason she was so disrespectful to me. Prior to that I thought the appetizers we ordered were completely satisfactory. We were looking for our new Mexican food hangout. It doesn't look like we will be back or recommending this restaurant just based on the service. I personally can't speak to the food outside of chips, salsa, guacamole and chicken wings because again my order wasn't taken.

I love Pasion Tequila. When I moved to the area a few years ago, Pasion was the first restaurant recommended to me by a friend that has lived here for years. The staff is so kind and they remember you after the first visit. The food is incredible. The drinks are strong and tasty. I am always excited for my next trip back here. We love sitting in the bar area. There is a indoor/"outdoor" area which is heated in the winter and has great airflow in the summer. I love to get the tacos al pastor. The chimichangas are always a hit in our house. The fajitas are great too (the fajitas pasion in particular).

Delicious Mexican food. My husband and I came here for happy hour / date night on a rainy night in Bothell. There weren't too many people when we first arrived before 5 PM for happy hour. We were seated immediately - our waitress was so-so with very little dialogue and slow service overall. But the drinks and food were great! Good marg, the dip we got was fantastic, and the pollo a la crema was the perfect size to split between us. Definitely recommend this spot for the food.

I have a few different options when it comes to Mexican food in North Seattle, but I'm afraid Pasión Tequila has them beat. This will be my go-to for Mexican going forward. Why? The food is excellent, the service is great, and the restaurant is clean. On top of all that, they are not outrageously priced. $20 + tip for lunch works. I will be back again as soon as the craving strikes!

Walking in I immediately knew I was going to have some killer Mexican food! You can always tell by a way a place smells. Given the awesome decor and kind front service, I popped into the bar. Immediate quick service. While I was working a bit, it was a really fun atmosphere. Given I don't live in the area anymore, I used to come here from time to time to enjoy great food. I am glad they haven't changed and the amazing Cadillac margaritas haven't either. I got a single large chicken enchilada with cream sauce. Oh. My. Gosh - it was SO good. Definitely going to eat here when I'm in the area and craving Mexican! Thanks for reminding me how great this spot is! Funny staff, fair prices and delicious food.

We went here for a quick dinner one night. The restaurant is really well decorated and we got seated right away. The menu is huge and there are so many options! I wasn't in love with the enchiladas I got, but I will definitely be back to try something different! They have a really good happy hour as well, every day 11-6, and includes beer, margs, wine, wells, and apps. I definitely want to take advantage of this deal, so I will probably go for happy hour next time! Our server started out slow to take our orders, but ended up being really good and nice! Overall, we didn't have the best experience here, but I think it deserves another shot, so we will be back!

This place is a hidden gem in Bothell. The place have a good ambiance and quick service. We ordered drinks and before we even started to look for food, all drinks were served. The food is also tasty with amazing Mexican flavors, a rare thing to find. Definitely coming back to this place.

I always get the deluxe enchilada with chicken and creamy sauce. Ten outta ten my favorite

This restaurant has watched me grow up from elementary school to 22. The food is amazing especially with how I need my food to be consistent because of the tisim. The food never disappoints and always hits the spot after a long day. The service is amazing they are so kind and are ontop of it even when they have groups. The tvs are always playing sports. Not that I understand any sport but volleyball but it is fun to have dinner and a show. Ambiance is great!!

I asked for the sauce on the side so I could try the other salsa with them. I am so glad I did. The carne asada tacos were really good. The salsa that comes with the chips was super good and I added it to my tacos. They also give you a complimentary tostada per person. You can ask for no cheese. The service was really good as well. La Gloria is the exception. Reviews glow, but since you have seen my score, it's clear there is room for improvement. Once seated, we were served a Tostada. This was a single small fried tortilla with beans, cabbage and salsa. Probably cost less than $.25 in material, but sells for around $7. Now whenever, I talked to my God Mother, rest in peace, about a new Mexican restaurant, her first question was always the same, "How were the Frijoles?". These beans were creamy, well-seasoned and flavorful. The best refried beans I've tasted in some time. I still say the appetizer is overpriced, but I also see why they serve you one free for dining in. We started with chips and salsa. I still say, they should be free, but at $4, it's a little tough to complaint, but I will. The chips came on a dinner plate. A dinner plate of chips would be about the same size as a restaurant basket of chips, however, there was a large bowl big enough for soup with the smallest amount of salsa in it. So now, 25% of that surface space is gone. This bowl which most likely holds 16 oz has about 3 ounces of salsa, in it and 1/3 of the plate space is empty, So you have enough chips for one person and barely enough salsa for dipping. The salsa was also tart, no heat, no seasoning, we were very disappointed. Last, if you charge me for chips and salsa, it better be bottomless, but once the chips were gone, they removed the plate and bowl without offering to refill either. There were a couple items that looked good to me, but they both had squash. Sorry, I've never heard of squash in Mexican food, unless it's vegan, but maybe it's popular in the region this family is from. Rather than ask if it could be removed, I decided to go with the Carnes Asada. The food took a while to arrive, but they said everything is made from scratch and fresh, so I anticipated a meal worthy of El Presidente himself! Now, clearly this place was not without its flaws, but this was the best Carne Asada I've ever tasted. I was really skeptical, because it was thick cut and when Carna Asada is thick cut certain things tend to happen, it's not cooked evenly, the meat isn't seasoned well enough, so bites end up being bland. No, this was juicy, well-seasoned and cooked evenly, flawless. It also came with a generous scoop of guacamole, that didn't really impress. It was also served with Fried Cheese, no idea what that is, sounds like something served at the fair on stick. I got several tortillas that were hot and fresh and a small cup of whole beans that could have used some crumbled cheese on top. There was also a large portion of rice, but the flavor was a bit fishy. I don't know if they used a seafood broth, but for me it was inedible. There was also a smoky, spicy salsa served, but again, it was a tablespoon. Stop being so cheap with the salsa! This also would have been a far better salsa to go with chips than what was served. Glad I tasted everything, but not sure I would order it again. I didn't eat half of what was served do to taste which means I overpaid. If we do make it back, it would probably be for happy hour. That way we could sample a couple other items in a smaller portion for less. Would I recommend this place, sure, but not without the above cautions included. I like to clean my plate and feel like I got a deal, neither happened here due to some questionable choices in flavor or seasoning. The people could not have been nicer, but I can't say we left completely satisfied.

The service was prompt and friendly. It took us a bit to look over the menu, but ultimately decided on asada tacos and the Jalisco Philly, with a side of the trio dip. To start all of the dips were delicious. Putting them all on one chip was the way to go. Both of our mains were great. The Philly with the consume was juicy and very flavorful even down to the bread. The Brussel sprouts that came with it(for a small up charge ) were some of the best Brussel sprouts I've had in quite some time. The white salad was good but needed some cojita cheese. All in all we had a great experience, the only thing that fell short were the Margaritas. First I had the jalapeño and cucumber marg, which was alright. No real spice and not much flavor other than the sweet and sour. The second margarita I ordered was the basil (I don't remember what it was called but it said they won best of in 2025 for it) and I added jalapeño to it. Slightly more flavor but nothing that jumped out at me. While the food was great, I had my heart set on a really good spicy margarita, but it came up a bit short. Though I know that we will be back there again for a meal, and the brunch menu looked like something that we were looking into to have soon!
