I order from here often. Usually the food is good and there have been a few hiccups in service but nothing I couldn't overlook. However lately poor service has become more frequent. Whenever I call to place an order, they act like it's an inconvenience. They forget items or get the order wrong completely. Tonight I ordered food delivery for myself and my kids. Half of the food came. The driver went back for the rest and still stuff was missing. When I called, the person who answered argued with me about what I ordered because he misheard and didn't put the order in correctly. Then asked if I wanted to pay to reorder the missing food. I said no thanks. I will not be ordering from them ever again. I will stick to ordering from Original House. I've never had a problem with them. read more

1st time, stopped by for a sit-down pizza lunch. Great service, these people know how to run a pizza joint. The pizza was delicious, plenty of cheese and toppings. The crust was well-done, they make it a bit on the crispy side. Thanks guys, will gladly save my hunger for the next visit! read more

Terrible terrible terrible. I ordered from here twice. The first time I ordered chicken wings, fries and mozzarella sticks. Then when the delivery drive gave me the food it was in a greasy bag that was barely holding on to the food. Now if the food that I order was greasy then I would understand, but the food was in a foam box so clearly the grease came from somewhere else. Not just that but the bag the drive was using to keep the food warm was all tattered up and nasty. There needs to be some kind of presentation. Then I ordered the same thing a second time, just for them to forget the mozzarella sticks. I called them and told them about the mistake and the person on the phone said " I will give you a free one on the house next time you make an order". Why would a business think that a customer would want to order from a place that had their order messed up. Rather than simply sending the driver to deliver what I paid for, they would owe me one on my next order. That's very unprofectional. Wouldn't recommend it to no one. read more

Park Ave has quickly become a favorite in my home, the delivery us quick, the food is great, and their phone demeanor is outstanding. I highly recommend this. It's Greek style pizza, but it's done very well. Try an extra cheese with double pepperoni. You won't regret it. read more

One of the few places that has whole wheat crust. Always great and very consistent. Good to eat in or take out a deal they deliver as well, delivery has always been my experience and the food always gets delivered hot. read more

Park Ave Pizza has very good Pizza!! But be careful of the marinara sauce (you know the stuff you get with mozzarella sticks or even on the side of your calzone) it is a MEAT sauce. So if you are a vegetarian or you are like me and don't like MEAT sauce. Always ask for pizza sauce on the side of your mozzarella sticks or calzone. Other than that they are excellent!!! read more

I have found this a dive! I'm surprised they got so many stars! We have ordered pizza twice. The pizza was so greasy you couldn't even pick it up without it drooping. It was so greasy. The subs we ordered tasted so badly we threw them out. We will never order from them anymore. It's strange to me people like it here. If you want good pizza this is the place. If you want anything else and have it be correct go somewhere else.Ordered a pizza, a cold salad crab meat plate and a Ruben. The last time I ordered a Ruben I got corn beef on toast. I called and got into a heated discussion as to why they offer Rubens if the do not put the rest of the ingredients on the sandwich? I was told that they don't carry sauerkraut because it doesn't have a good shelf life. I told them (both the owner and whoever I talked to originally then don't offer Rubens on the menu. Neither one of them got it. That was 4 years ago and after my boycott I figured I'd try again. NOT. Same thing again. No sauerkraut on the sandwich and no fries with the cold plate. Felt bad for the delivery kid but I paid him for the food I accepted and still tipped him. I get a call a 1/2 hour later from the place and they say they will put sauerkraut on the sandwich and an order of F.F. and deliver it to me. I said no a hundred times and yup 15 minutes later there's a different delivery guy with a duplicate order telling me I owe him 35 bucks. he call his boss telling him that I am refusing the order, puts me on the phone with him...could barely understand him, he's got the gall to tell me to tip the driver.This time is a lifetime boycott and I hope he goes under...idiots! read more

Extensive menu and I have not had one thing from there that I did not like! I eat out...a lot! I'm also a little picky as to what I eat since I like to stay fit and trim. I eat at Park Ave pizza several times a week due to its proximity to where I live and the fact that I can order whatever I feel like eating and they will make it. The chicken stir fry is my favorite but I really have not ordered anything and not liked it. They even make great "omlettes" and its not even on the menu! Called for delivery and that's as far as I got. I wanted pasta & hubby wanted fried chicken. He doesn't eat white meat so I called and asked the man with the accent if I could get a thigh instead of a breast. He yells at me & says "no, if u don't like the breast u throw it away or give it to someone else who wants it". So I said well my husband wants 4 pieces of chicken not 3. Again he repeats just throw it away. I said forget it and hung up. He called me back 3 times when finally I answered. He tried to explain that the chicken comes prepackaged and he cannot split it up. I totally understand, just wish it was explained like that the first time. He offered to add chicken wings but I told him no, again. He says "good luck finding somewhere else!". So I said, no problem bc we always order from original house and they let us substitute or order by the piece. I have been ordering pizza from here for over 2 years every Friday night. It was our favorite place to go. In the past year, I have had to start ordering extra onions because just a regular onion pizza dud not seem to have any onions on it so I order double. The second pizza I order whatever. I call it in and my boyfriend pucks it up on his way home from work. They have gotten to know us very well. One 3 different occasions, John has gotten there and the one who took the call forgot to give the order to the pizza maker. John had t wait for them to make them after giving them 35-40 minutes to make them already! Lent is just starting.....I will give them 1 more try and then I am going to a different pizza parlor! Sorry guys! You know I order all the time and you've messed up. Stop skimping on the toppings- especially onions, they're so cheap...
