The pizza was better than average. I had heard it described as bar pie in the local pizza Facebook group but that isn't accurate. It's got the thickness of a Greek style pizza but not baked in a pan. The pizza sauce has a nice tang to it that I prefer. It very easy to eat. Initially I thought I would be taking some pizza home for lunch the next day but before I knew it, I had polished off the wings and 6/8 of the pizza. My only criticism of the pie is I'm a stickler for a proper half and half split and the olives were on a majority of the pie instead of only half. I finished with a Snicker inspired drink created by our bartender. It's butterscotch forward in flavor and is decidedly a dessert drink. It was a lovely sweet treat to finish the meal. What I love most about the Food Fight events is having the opportunity to discover small spots like this one. Having a place to hide away from traffic on the way home from work is clutch, so I will be back sooner rather than later. I'm looking forward to the next time I stop by!

Just want you all to know if you have ever ordered food from this place I watched as more than one employee dripped sweat into my food as they all complained about not having a working air conditioner. Also there was this creepy kid who hung out there, and he said his friend worked there but he was allowed to go behind the counter. Well, I provided Yelp with several receipts and they put my review right back up. After that the owner tried all sorts of annoying ways to get me to take my scathing review down, which I eventually did because after he had his young daughter call me, I felt bad, but seeing other reviews regarding their rudeness doesn't surprise me in the least. Work on your terrible temper dude and maybe you won't have to beg people to take down their true and accurate Yelp reviews.

To have a diverse plate, we decided on pasta and meatballs, a large grilled chicken sandwich with everything + mayo, and a large pizza 3-way combo - onions and pepper, pepperoni, and sausage. They don't have 2 L bottles of soda, but they were nice enough to let us know we could go buy one across the street at the gas station (downside: they are not refrigerated). They also asked if we wanted everything at the same time or whenever they're done; It was a kind gesture. After about 20-30 minutes, the food came out. It was hot, fresh, and overall, everything was delicious. The pasta and meatballs came out in an aluminum container, about 5 in x 8 in. There was a good amount of red sauce and 4 big meatballs. The meatballs were really delicious, with the red sauce being average, and the pasta cooked a bit longer than al dente. I usually prefer white sauces, but red is the only option they have. They couldn't cut to the sandwich is 5 pieces since it would create a mess, so the best they could do is 4. The sandwich was toasted perfectly. It had a good amount of chicken. The toppings were fresh. Although it was a simple sandwich, I was very pleased with the taste. The pizza was good. My only complaint would be that I wish it were cooked a bit more for a crispier experience - in hindsight, I should've specified this when ordering. This also goes for the veggies where I wish they were grilled to have a slight char before putting it on the pizza or allowing them to get crispy. However, I think flavor wise, it was good. The sausage was really delicious and the cheese, although it didn't have a pull, it was the right amount and tasty. We paid about $50 for this food, which was good considering the 5 of us ate and left satisfied.

Where it falls short against the big boys is the crust and the cheese edge. There was also less roni. I grabbed a couple regular pies for the kids and they were exactly like the main location. Overall, the experience was great and convenient. I don't think I'll stop going to the main location as the Greek dishes are excellent but I will be adding the express to our repertoire.
