My son loves the pizza here and requested for dinner. Very reasonable pricing and an extensive menu. Clean inside and staff was nice, attentive. Small parking lot but you can park on street. I would never use this business again, but somehow they popped up, so how can I resist. I was a frequent customer of theirs and I thought the food was actually pretty good. One night I ordered, but the food never arrived. I called to inquire and they stated that the delivery guy was at my house. Okay! I went outside, but no delivery guy, so I called back. This time, I was yelled at and hung up on. Lovely!!! Turns out that the delivery driver was at the wrong address, which was across the street. When the delivery driver finally figured out the correct address, I thanked him, gave him a hefty tip and told him to tell his ignorant boss that I will never order from them again, and I haven't!!! The owner is a real delight. He told Yelp some big lie about my not being a real customer and they took my review down. Well, I provided Yelp with several receipts and they put my review right back up. After that the owner tried all sorts of annoying ways to get me to take my scathing review down, which I eventually did because after he had his young daughter call me, I felt bad, but seeing other reviews regarding their rudeness doesn't surprise me in the least. Work on your terrible temper dude and maybe you won't have to beg people to take down their true and accurate Yelp reviews. read more

First and foremost: All of the older reviews are just that- OLD. Idk if they changed recipes or just a new crew, but the Big Kahuna pizza I just ate was the best pizza I've had in years. I moved to Manville last year and have been making my rounds through all the local pizza places. All Star, up until now, was number 1, but now it's number 2. Flavor was incredible. My husband called in a pizza at 8:16 pm. At 9:15 he called to find out cause they said it would take 45 minutes was told the driver would be here shortly. Ordered one cheese, one pepperoni with black olive onions and a sprite. Well, at 9:30pm still no food. We live 4 minutes away and ordered as I just got home from work. Food finally came, but no drink, called the store since I was charged for the extra toppings and drink and was told that I'm not getting a refund and hung up on my husband. So I than call and instead of listening to me ask my questions as to why the food is incorrect and why couldn't I get a refund. He hung up on me! Very very rude !! I'm changing my review. The new owner Sam reached out to me in regards to my last review I gave under the old ownership. Sam is so outgoing and friendly, he suggested we give Elm St Pizza another shot. We ordered a large cheese pizza onion rings and The Big Kahuna pizza. The onion rings were great! The pizza and sauce was delicious. I have never seen the Big Kahuna Pizza before and let me tell you it is definitely a must try. It was the best mixture of sweet and spicy and a new favorite in my house! Sam, you have restored my faith in Elm St Pizza! Nasty service and the manager or owner (a lady) is very rude my daughter who is 18 but has a squeaky voice was treated like shit when I called and told the lady about the male on the phone and how he treated her she says well sometimes were busy or a person has a bad day... seriously if all she asked was what came on an item on the menu... we will never eat here again. The pizza grinder and french fries are the foods we order here. My family really like it. Delivery is fast, usually 15-20 minutes sooner than what they anticipate. Also Picking up the food, the workers are friendly . You can eat there if you like. read more

I am APPALLED. I love pizza. So many places in this city have outstanding pizza and I decided to try this place. Needless to say I will go back to my other pizza places from now on. I pizza and a couple appetizers. The pizza was very undercooked, and the appetizers were overcooked and tasted very stale. I can understand minor mishaps in a fast paced restaurant, but everything being wrong with every part of your order...something is not right. I called them back to let them know and the owner YELLED at me over the phone. Food sucks just said that to help out business, but the truth is mostly all frozen foods from the shrimp to the broccoli. steak r not properly refrigerated. half the time the steak is so dried out it looks like beef teriyaki. fish is not properly refrigerated. the owner puts it in water and in a bucket and it stays there all week long till Friday and whatever don't sell stays in same bucket till the following Friday. keep ur distance from elm st pizza they r dirty and sloppy read more

I consider this place an underdog in this city. Normally I'll get a streak and cheese or a pizza. These items are pretty good. They have messed up but showed haste towards fixing the error. In my experiences the ratio was about one out of ten that they messed up. Not a big deal to me. This place had good enough taste for me to remember and be a repeat costumer.
