Placed a pick up order... Tried to purchase a family order for boneless wings- some plain and some buffalo, with blue cheese and we live 20 mins away. So we realized they butchered the order once we got home. So for a family of 3- all we had for dinner was a few boneless buffalo wings and regular boneless wings. They completely forgot the fries. And this was a very simple and basic order. I called and they refunded us for the fries. But how difficult is it to just like check the bag before you hand it to the customer ? I went back a few weeks later and our order was perfect! So I would say maybe this place is hit or miss- but the boneless wings are really really good which was why we gave it a try again and I'm glad we did. All the food is what youd expect - greasy and fried. Sometimes the vibe sometimes not. Guac is not good stay away from it. Queso is good. Burger and fries and tendies are fine. They have many TVs playing all different sports so it's fun to go there and catch a game while getting a drink or snack. Recommend getting an appetizer deal during select hours, otherwise a little more expensive than the quality of the food suggests. This BWW in particular seems to always be short staffed so don't be surprised if there's a long wait for a seat and service - especially on games days. We ordered the naked tenders, boneless wings with a variety of sauces, and side salads. The naked tenders were slightly grilled and tasty when dipped in Mango Habanero sauce. The wings were crunchy and good when dipped in medium buffalo sauce, spicy garlic was good too. Salads were simple, fresh and plentiful. The selections vary on your tastebuds and spice tolerance. My personal favorite is Asian Zing and the classic buffalo - you can't go wrong with it. We got ourselves boneless wings, fries, fried pickles, and buffalo wings. For the boneless, we went for the Asian Zing. The sauce had a nice sweet and spicy kick to it - one not overpowering the other. What I like about the boneless wings at BWW is that they are always tender. Not a huge fan of boneless wings (because I think it's just chicken nuggets), but this location gets it spot on. There is a happy medium with the sauce coating. Plus, while supplies last, why not snag yourself a BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays? The fried pickles weren't my thing. It wasn't bad, but the crunchy taste from the pickles and the batter did throw me off. I'd say this was the most adventurous part of my visit. The buffalo wings were good and so were the fries. I always accompany both with ranch. The experience isn't new, and I'm sure you could get the same at any other location, but who would say no to a night of junk food? If I could leave 0 stars I would. This restaurant used to be my go to, i always enjoyed bdubs until recentl. The GM is just as useless as the rest of the staff here. They have one job and thats to serve food the correct way someone orders it. Multiple times now i have gotten wings with absolutely no sauce on them. Pure laziness in the cooks and management of this place. The setting and environment is welcoming. There are snakes working here who do not care about wasting customers hard earned money with little no to compensation. I got a yelp account just to leave this review. I am not from the area, and I have been to bdubs locations across the country and I do enjoy going to them. Foods pretty good and on thursdays it's not bad priced. But this Bdubs just might be the worst dining establishment I've ever been to. Every couple months I talk myself into giving it another try, against my better judgement. Every couple months I am disappointed and swearing it off again. The food isn't half bad, about like most other bdubs, but the service is the worst I've ever seen. I have waited well over an hour before to get my food when I was one of only a few tables in the place. I have ordered pick up several times and I swear that they purposely get my order wrong, because it's never right! There is a reason that this is the only bdubs that I've ever been to that is completely empty on a Thursday night, and it's because of the terrible service. I hope that this store's owner or somebody from Bdubs corporate sees this review and finally takes action. This site could do well, Texas Roadhouse right next door is packed every night. My first time at BWW and my experience was no better than the other reviews. The good: They offer different size of chicken wings, sample size has 5 wings, small size has 9 wings. Why wouldn't they list that. I mention this because I heard someone else ask the same question to the waitress. "How many wings are in a *** size? I have never seen a sample offering but I was happy as 5 wings is good for me. The bad: Wings took about 15 plus minutes to come out. It was 3:00pm so there were only about 8 people in the restaurant. My wings came out cold. Not even warm. Husbands wings were not which was a plus. The wings just weren't good. Not even my husbands hot wings. I love the offers they have, I love they way they are served on a tray, it's just the wings weren't that good. My chipolte dry rub was more on the tray than the wings so I would dip my cold chicken into it. BWW needs to fix their issues as it seems to be most customers complaints! You will have to wait about an hour on top of promised order ready time and if you want to dine-in that's even worse because it takes 30 mins for the waiter to even show up and get your order and then another 30-40 mins for the order to be ready. And if there are issues with your order, be prepared for another 30 mins to get a waiter because they're overworked and understaffed. They need to hire more people on their team especially on weekend nights. The food quality was great though, but I don't think it's worth this ridiculous wait time. read more

My better half decided to order take out through Door Dash. He's already left a review of the services provided by them however I wanted to touch upon the food. I'm Vegan and he ordered the Black Bean Burger for me specifying no cheese or dressing/mayo. When I opened the box not only was there cheese on it, but smothered in sauce. Why give the option to remove these items if it is going to be completely ignored. The fries were absolutely disgusting as well, you could taste the oil and a lot of them were too hard to even bite into.
