Cheesy bread with marinara and Caesar salad

Great pizza, good people, nice reasonably priced salads. Great online specials. Clean environment. Order ready on time. Pet peeve...holding out 2nd requested little bag of croutons for my salad because "sorry we're running low on these"! Doesn't cut it!!! You give 2 dressings because it's a nice big salad. Dude, give me my two bags of croutons!

Craving pizza on a cold, wet Sunday and many places could fill the void. But tonight, it's Papa Murphy's and thank the stars that we can have this delivered through their app and take advantage of specials and deals you can only get directly through them. The pizza was made exactly to my specifications; only slightly altering this amazing recipe by adding mushrooms to it, which I highly recommend. 350-degrees for about 40-minutes and the goodness is golden brown and ready to devour into the depths of your pizza loving soul!!! I love this store because it's usually clean and friendly service inside every single time and the delivery partners confirm this for me when I ask. Thanks for another win!!!!

It has been at least 2 years since I have had pizza from Papa Murphy's. When I was working in Early Childhood Education, I would babysit on the weekends and this is usually what the families had for dinner, haha. But it was great! I looked forward to it! I never got to have it at my studio apartment because the oven was too small! Fast forward to March 2022, and I am now in a house with a full kitchen. I was craving pizza! Good pizza! But after being diagnosed with celiac in 2021, I have to check menus first. My usual go-to wasn't open. So, I thought about Papa Murphy's because I knew it was close......and delicious! Sure enough, there was gluten free options! So I ordered the Cowboy and Create Your Own, in gluten free. Absolutely wonderful!!!! Still a wonderful taste even gluten free! I will purchase again!!

This is by far, one of the best pizza places if you want fresh pizza on a budget or just an easy dinner night after a long hard days work. It's not my favorite pizza, but it's a regular go to spot for me to pick up a pie.

The concept is great and the staff is friendly! I ordered pickup through their website which was an easy experience. The store is laid out well for COVID, and it was easy to pickup without much interaction with the staff or others waiting in the store. As I entered I was greeted and directed where to go, so kudos to the store for being awesome! Even during a dinner rush. Also, the baking instructions were easy to follow and accurate. What I wasn't overly excited about was the actual pizza. The toppings were fresh and piled on, but the sauce and dough just weren't that good. It reminded me of a frozen pizza. I think there is something to be said for baking a pizza in an actual pizza oven vs my mediocre home oven. For the price (14" two topping pizza was $13) I would have rather picked up an already cooked pizza.

    Pizza in the smoker

Pizza! That childhood comfort food. I usually enjoy making my own dough and pies at home, but sometimes you want a last minute pie, and want it fresh. Well then Papa Murphy's is an excellent choice. They make it and you bake it at home. Always fresh toppings in my experience, a great crust and flavorful sauce. The employees at this location could use some training in customer service, but overall they make a great pizza to cook at home. But what's better than baking a fresh pizza in your oven at home? How about baking it in your pellet smoker (see pictures). A great tasting pizza with a hint of smoke....delicious!

    Slimy mushrooms from Papa Murphy's.
    Kristy A.

We ordered a gourmet veggie pizza and brought it home and the mushrooms were old, soggy and disgusting. I called Papa Murphys spoke with their Asst. Manager Toy and was basically told I was a liar and that they only use fresh mushrooms. I told him I would like to speak to his manager and he said that he would have him call us the next day, well, he never did. I will never order from them again after the way I was treated. I am attaching photos of the old, wet, slimy mushrooms that were on the pizza. Papa Murphy's is ran terribly and I do not recommend ordering from them.

I have a great appreciation for the simple, yet varied menu that also provides multiple vegetarian options for my partner. This time around we went with the Cherrypicker, the Verde, and the Brasare. The Verde without chicken came very close to filling the hole that has been left in our heart with the Grasshopper not on the menu currently. The Cherrypicker is one of our go to hits and never disappoints. And this was the first time I've tried the Brasare and the classic combo of pork and apple was delectable. Colleen is our favorite server in the world and we are so happy to have her every time we swing by for dinner. She is a pleasure to be around and elevates the whole experience.

So, I came again yesterday night for it again. We came at 4:30 ish, and it was not too busy. Some guests here and there, but overall really quiet. We get a small ceasar salad, a fig + pig pizza, marinara pasta, and the bisciamella pasta with chicken. The ceasar salad was great. The dressing was really light, so it was a clean and refreshing appetizer. Perfect to prep your palette. Totally not sharing size, though. The fig + pig pizza was my absolute favorite! I'm usually not a big fan of arugula, so being served a pizza with argula covered all over it was not a reassuring sight. Surprisingly, it was actually really good! It was probably because of the balsamic! This dish was my favorite out of the four. I absolutely loved loved LOVED the subtle sweetness of the fig spread. The fig spread worked like magic with the parmesan, and it tasted like a snack on the crunchy crust. Totally heaven in a bite. It was so good, I had three slices. The two pastas were pretty bland to me, and they came in a small portions. I don't have much comments on it, either that the marinara doesn't have enough meat. The food came really quickly, and I loved the vibe of the interior. There's something so casual and chill about the place that gives laid-back vibes. The staff were really fun, though I didn't catch any names. They were all open to small talk and all friendly and bubbly. PS! A staff member told me that pizzas and wines are at a cheaper price any time before 5 o'clock!

It's been a minute since I've stopped at this place but western lights festival brought me downtown and this was part of my plan from the go. I was excited to see that they added woodfired chicken wings, one of my personal favorite dishes anywhere and had to order them and these is absolutely did not disappoint and I'll be back for them again and again. Sometimes it's tough to get a really good crispy chicken wing out of a woodfired oven but this team nailed it in there, buffalo Parmesan sauce was divine, especially with a little bit of the house made ranch. The pizzas were also good, but I didn't like that. They served them in paper takeout boxes because even the short trip from the cutting table to us in that box steamed the pizza and made it super floppy. Toppings were sliding right off the pepperoni pizza we had and it just wasn't the best pizza experience Of the white pizza we tried with spinach and roasted garlic was awesome.
