Went for an event and it was amazing. I would love to go back but it is a bit pricey. As long as it's free I'd go every week. They even provided a to go dessert in a thank you bag.

It's a premium experience, but the flawless service, exquisite flavors, and theatrical tableside touches make every dollar worthwhile. The staff greeted us warmly, and the ambiance immediately set the tone. Watching the chefs prepare our Steak right in front of us. The sizzling pan, the delicate swirl of sauce, the aroma filling the air it was a feast for the senses before we even took the first bite. And when we did, the steak itself was nothing short of perfection tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor.

Incredible service and high end ambiance. This truly is a fine dining experience. The steak was incredible. Probably the best prime rib I've ever had. Cheesecake for dessert was also light and delicious. If you are celebrating anything at all this has to be where you come!

Well, let's just say we were so busy eating all the amazing food...that many photos were not taken. The staff were great and very attentive. They filled up our Water and cocktails and took away used plates and cutlery. It's a really nice vibe. Love the fish tank out front. We had a really comfortable big booth. We also got the Bacon steak, the bacon wrapped scallops, and brussels sprouts with bacon, and the waygu prime rib. The desserts were amazing.... Im surprised we had room for them because all the food was amazing too. We had a ton of items on the menu and we will definitely be back to try more. Do yourself a favor and get the soufflé....to die for.

Located inside the hotel/casino, this steakhouse was a nice surprise. Service was very good--our waiter was friendly, attentive, and helpful with suggestions. They brought butter and bread to the table right away, and there was a good variety of drinks to choose from. The steak was cooked well and tasted great, definitely the highlight of the meal and worth going for. We went on a weekday, and the atmosphere felt a bit more casual than I expected for a steakhouse, especially in a hotel/casino setting, but it was still comfortable. Overall, good service, good food, and a solid option if you're in the area or staying at the hotel. They also have a cool desert to the table with flames and such worth ordering if you have any room after eating everything! The only thing I wasn't too big of a fan of was the potato stuff. Lobster bisque was delicious. We halved the steak and we're still too full for dessert.

It's always a treat to visit The Atlantis steakhouse and it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary dinner. We opted for more of the tableside preparations this trip that always add a bit of fun and excitement to the night. We started with a Caesar salad that was prepared fresh with grated garlic, anchovies, fresh Parmesan, and was a good size portion. Next came the steak Diane, also table side - wonderful fillets of steak cut thin, browned slightly then combined with mushrooms and a rich brown creamy gravy. My husband opted for the special - a large New York steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes. We also ordered a side of scampi that really stole the show - they were one of the largest prawns I have had and would definitely have these as a main entree next time. They had a great selection of wine and cocktails also. I started with a Cosmo and we had two glasses of the Caymus wine that complemented our meals. To finish the night off our server surprised us with a baked Alaska that was a Neapolitan cake surrounded in marshmallow toasted by our server before serving. All in all one of the best dinners out we've had now at both visits over the last few years, in a beautiful setting with top notch service - can't ask for anything more!

A Fine Dining Experience Worth Savoring -- Every Single Time Atlantis Steakhouse is hands-down one of the finest restaurants in Reno -- a true gem where every visit feels like a celebration. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're treated to an exceptional, top-tier experience that blends luxury, warmth, and unforgettable flavor. The ambiance is elegant and timeless -- think crisp white linens, rose petals, soft lighting, and warm towels offered at the beginning of your meal. Every detail is thoughtfully executed to set the tone for a refined dining experience. We were lucky to be served by Logan, an outstanding waiter who exemplifies professionalism, knowledge, and genuine hospitality. He's been a proud member of the Atlantis team for over five years, and it shows. Attentive, respectful, and approachable -- he made our evening even more special. Now the food... absolutely phenomenal. We started with: Escargot - one of the best I've ever had. Rich, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Bacon-wrapped scallops - cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Each entrée includes a choice of salad or soup: I chose the house salad, which was beautifully plated and fresh. My husband had the coconut clam chowder -- a creative and delicious twist that totally worked. For the main course: I ordered the Diane Steak, one of their signature dishes, prepared tableside. Watching it come together was a treat in itself -- and the taste was pure perfection. My husband opted for the bison tenderloin, beautifully plated with cauliflower purée, sautéed greens, and topped with foraged mushrooms (chanterelles, I believe!) -- an elegant and earthy complement to the dish. For dessert: Since we were celebrating a birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary ice cream cake, complete with a dramatic bourbon flame presentation -- such a fun and thoughtful touch! I also couldn't resist ordering the flourless chocolate cake to satisfy my craving -- and it was the ultimate rich, chocolatey cherry on top of an extraordinary evening. We highly recommend dining at Atlantis Steakhouse, especially for a special occasion. It's a place where you can dress up and fully indulge -- though if you're traveling and don't have dressy clothes, they are gracious and welcoming even if you arrive in casual attire (unlike many high-end steakhouses). This place is truly the gold standard of dining in Reno. We'll be back -- again and again.

Atlantis Steakhouse is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. It's our go-to place for celebrating special occasions and always the perfect way for my husband and me to end the night. Every visit, we're consistently impressed by the exceptional hospitality, the ambiance ,and the quality of the food. It's truly a place where a 5-star rating feels completely justified.

The ambiance was fancy, food was delicious, great service, and spacious for a large group. Even though the restaurant was closing in an hour. We didn't feel rushed for us having a party 10. They were very informative about the menu. Everything they brought out was delicious.

Had to reduce my 4 star rating to a three, after receiving the response from Atlantis owner. Come on!!! You can do better than that, and should! Your canned responses to all reviews, show you are bored with your job, and couldn't care less about the guest experience, good or bad. You should be fired, as you are not putting a good light on the company. The review response is your opportunity to make a good impression on people deciding whether or not to patronize your establishment, and you have failed! Obviously, you should expect slow, poor service, and your review will fall on deaf ears.

What an amazing dinner celebrating my birthday. The restaurant is elegant with huge cylinder aquarium at the entrance. I enjoyed Steak Diane served table side. What a great experience! We ordered Ahi Tuna Tartare and the Dungeness Crab Cake for Appetizers. So good! For main entree, Chilean Sea Bass, Pepper Crusted Ora King Salmon, Seared Bison Tenderloin, Filet Minon, and the Steam Diane which all comes with a choice of salad or soap. Everything we ordered were perfectly prepared or cooked to our satisfaction. Outstanding and attentive service. I also received a stunning cake. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

We had a wonderful evening at the steakhouse with a party of six. The martinis were excellent, and the Manhattan was very good. We all had a great time! For a steakhouse, the atmosphere and service were top-notch; dishes appeared and disappeared smoothly, and the staff was wonderful. The only minor thing was that the steak was a bit too done; we had ordered it medium-rare, and it came out well-done. The dessert, bananas foster was not up to what we know it could be. It was preoared table side withnot much "fanfare".

    Sam B.

Best steakhouse in Reno. The service was absolutely amazing, the best service we've ever had. Food was timed perfectly and you get so much more for your money here. If you want to go out for a nice evening and impress your guests, this is the place to go. They give fresh hot towels at the beginning and end of service, a small little dish before your meal arrives, and gave us coffee cake in a to go bag before we left for the next morning.

Ask the Community - Atlantis Steakhouse

Anyone have a pic of the wine list or know where i can find online?

The wine list is on a tablet that you get at the table. However, under each type of wine there is only one offering from one winery. At at average of $18-21 a glass, I found the wine list to be over priced.

    What is your corkage fee?

Think I heard the waitress say it was $35.

Is there a dress code? Jeans and polo shirts okay?

Casual.....That was the answer I was given when I called to ask about the dress code for the Atlantis Steakhouse.Hope this helps.

That was fine so as soon as we turned around to sit in the lobby, the guy called us and said he happened to find a table for two. So we were sat immediately. This is the busiest I've ever seen this restaurant. Pretty much every table, and they have lots of tables, was full. Braden was our server and he was at our table within five minutes. I walked up and got the manager, who came back to the table to hear us out. They ended up comping all of the food and by the time we had gotten this far, it was already later in the evening and we just decided to salvage what we could. Some of the food was edible, so we did what we could. We kept waiting for someone to come around to clear dishes comma but we never saw anyone. We will never be going to this restaurant again. Additional after the fact, the sign outside that advertises the business has been broken for months. One would think that if you were a serious business that you would want to fix that. It reflects on your image. I can't believe I haven't updated my review…read more Brought a friend here for dinner. There were three of us. My friend and I had the 6-oz Filet Mignon USDA. I got mine with caramelized onions, baked potato, and fresh veggies. We both got it medium rare. She got hers topped with Point Reyes Blue Cheese crumbles. Her daughter got Filet of Petrale Sole Meuniere. First came a basket of bread. But, two of us are gluten-free. The Waiter made a point to check with the kitchen on all our meals. The steak came out smelling like garlic. It looked so much better than the picture I posted. It was so tender it cut with a butter knife. The color of the steak inside was perfect medium rare. The flavor on the taste buds is what dreams are made of. Some meals we remember for a lifetime. Because every bite is just that scrumptious. I can still almost taste it by just thinking about it. For dessert, we got the classic Bananas Foster, which is made tableside. It is dinner and a show. Bananas Foster is such a decadent treat. The show begins with the melting of the butter, and the aroma will still your breath away. Then add in the brown and white sugars. Several alcohols are used. I believe they use Banana liquor as well as rum. Then a fire is lit in the pan. It sparks when the cinnamon is added. Then the bananas are cooked ever so lightly. Sometimes, too much liqueur is added, and the flavor is off. However, on this night, it was spot on. The sugars and liqueur create a caramel sauce for the bananas, and vanilla ice cream is added. The ice cream that was used tasted like a French Vanilla ice cream with little flecks of vanilla. Each bite was a walk on a cloud. My friends had never had Bananas Foster before. I think they will be back if only for the Bananas Foster. The bananas and caramel with a kiss a vanilla ice cream just send your taste buds to heaven. Each bite will have you desiring more, even if you are beyond full. Each bite is so divine. It tastes so decadent that your mind will be blown that it is bananas and vanilla ice cream. I can't remember the name of our waiter. He was such a delight and made sure we had a great time. This was a meal I will remember for a long time. Thank you to the staff at Duke's Steakhouse. If you are looking for a luxurious and decadent dinner, this is the restaurant.

I'm only giving 4 stars this trip, I've never had an issue with happy hour seating. There were…read moreplenty of spaces at the bar but the two hostess at the podium said it would be at least a 20 minute wait. We went back at 4:40pm as instructed and still plenty of room in the bar, but yet they still would not see us. It wasn't until I asked if we could just sit down and we would wait for the service even if they were behind at that point, they allowed us to sit at the bar and we were waited on right away with no issue. Adrian knows us and we are very good customers there. I think some things changed in management, Kevin the waiter who has been there since it opened is no longer there and you could feel a different vibe going on in the restaurant. The happy hour menu has changed and my husband's favorite Chardonnay is no longer included, but Adrian bought him a lovely Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc which was very tasty for $8. Adrian is a wonderful bartender and we enjoy his service! Sad to hear Jenna moved on too! Why is it all the good people leave, but then you have Quincy at the chandelier bar yelling at customers, not serving customers, telling you he won't serve her until it's convenient for him. Thank goodness Larry was working at the sports bar after happy hour! He is a great guy and works so hard for the casino and his customers!

The bar gets full while the restaurant is simultaneously packed so come early and be patient. Yep- there is a wit for the bar happy hour- It's THAT good. At my age, I skip the drinks but the food was incredible. We tried meatballs, mushroom flatbread, and ahi tuna and ribs - super good!!

Note to self - Come for HH only…read more.. 3.5 stars rounded up. Quality/Quantity - I see that all my HH experiences are 5 stars. Unfortunately for them and I, our main dining experiences are NOT 5 stars. Today we got the following: Complimentary Starter = Good. Shrimp ceviche. Complimentary Bread = Winner, we all loved the bread and had seconds! More bread than I usually eat when dining out. Sea Bass - 3-4 stars. My wife said she would have liked a little more lobster in her dish. Decent portions. Filet Mignon - Our guest barely ate half of her dish. She usually does NOT order steak?!?! She usually orders fish. But she said it was cooked well to her medium request. Pork Chop - Over cooked. Sub baked potato for $3.50 more. The baked potatoes were small, so they gave two. And baked potatoes were also over-baked. See pictures. Elk Chop - My buddy recommended that I try this. I was thinking between this or my usual ribeye or prime rib. The waiter also said to go for it. Sorry, I regret getting this. My dish was over cooked also. The waiter recommended rare, I asked for Medium rare but I think it came medium... Decent portions, but was not able to finish all my veggies. Lastly, my other buddy got the salmon which was also over cooked. And so small of a portion. Sorry, I got distracted and forgot to take a picture. Complimentary cotton candy for 6 to share?!?! Maybe give us two next time...? Complimentary desserts to-go, which was a perfect pairing to my morning coffee cup. No one had room for dessert. I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon to wash my dinner down. Ambiance - Nice restaurant in the Atlantis Casino Resort. I just noticed a private room surrounded with wine bottles. Next time I will see if we can request that room. Open kitchen. Plenty of casino parking. Service - The bus boy was good. The waiter was okay. Both today and yesterday, I feel that I receive a little attitude when I don't spend enough $$. See my Lake Tahoe Aleworx Yelp review. We are just light eaters (but i'm a heavy drinker, lol). Price - $400 + very generous tip. My buddy is very generous, 25%+ tip. So we all followed in his footsteps. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

Our server was lovely, newer, but kind with a great sense of humor. The food was good. The salmon and red wine reduction was a very strange combo, skip it. The ambience was nostalgic of fine dining in days past with worn but comfortable seating and pleasant atmosphere. Although, having been too many fun dining establishments, the buses need some training. As they reached across us over us and around us to clear plates and serve. Sadly, the night was abruptly ended as the manager came over. And told us we had to leave because he had another table to seat at ours. There are many ways a manager could do this, and yes, we have been there for a little over two hours, enjoying our time, the service was slow, in a way that encouraged taking your time...a fine dining experience, which generally you would think would be unrushed. We ordered drinks, salad, salads, mains, dessert for 4... No split meals, no split tabs. One credit card and a generous tip. We had already paid the bill and were getting ready to go within the next few minutes because we all needed to be home before 8. The manager came over was extremely unkind and rude in his tone and request. He told me, without provocation, didn't care if we gave him a bad review. And two hours was long enough for dinner. We all walked out in silence, aghast at his terrible manners and words. All that to say, diner beware. This man undid a wonderful evening with a few sharp words and extremely awful service and poor manners. Realizing that had he said it nicely, we would've popped right up. We were already ready to go. And that treating your customers -who just spent a few hundred dollars with you - with respect and warmth versus treating them with contempt and rudeness. We will not be back. Not that he cares, but if you're looking for a place to have a leisurely fine meal over the course of a couple hours, this isn't it.

It was not busy since it was a Sunday so we sat down right away and then a waiter came over to give us water. Our waiter came by shortly after that to see if we wanted drinks or appetizers. I ordered a nice glass of chianti red wine from Italy and my friend ordered the spritz. We also ordered the French onion soup to share. Our drinks came out pretty quick along with bread and our soup. The drinks were great, the soup was one of the best French onion soups that i've ever had. The broth was delicious and not too salty but plenty of onion flavor, right amount of cheese and onions was in it, and it was plenty too eat. Our waiter came back to check on us and told us the specials. We ended up ordering the 24oz ribeye and the side of lobster mac n cheese. Our meal came out right on time after we finished our soup. The ribeye was cooked perfectly med rare, it was juicy, flavorful, and tender. One of the best steaks I've ever had. The lobster mac n cheese was cooked perfect, the noodles were tasty, al dente, plenty of lobster in it, and the flavor definitely was cheesy and lobsterish. The food was outstanding. The service was great as well even though it wasn't busy. I forgot our waiter name so I'm sorry. We were too full for dessert or we would have ordered some. The place is really nice with a great ambience. Based on our meal and service, I don't know why it's 3 stars.
