This was half of the calzone. These things are monsters.
    Hollye R.

Now I've had Pizza Guys before, always enjoyed the pizza I've had from there. Today I ordered two calzones. Which I have never had, nor even knew what they were. I will start off by saying.... (Now I'm no business owner) but you should charge more for the calzones. On Grubhub they were 9.99 each. So naturally I thought it was gonna be on the smaller side. But holy moly..... they huge! I didn't know what to expect. But it was very satisfying! I got pesto with artichoke hearts great combo! Yummmmm!!! Now the only down side was I ordered the pesto pasta.. and it wasn't on my receipt from the restaurant but I got charged for it on Grubhub. Luckily it was fixed for me. So no prob. But I was looking forward to that pasta. Please refer to pic for size.....

Not just a "drizzle" of chili sauce. It's all you could taste. Drowning in chili sauce.

It had been years since I ordered from here and after having had multiple issues with round table delivery using door dash drivers we decided to give it another try. I wish I could have come here and made a good review. Firstly, it was estimated to be delivered by 6:34 and wasn't until 7:38 and I'm aware the estimated time, is an estimate, but it was an hour late. The person that delivered it was so disoriented she didn't even ask me for my cash payment, I had to say something to her to pay and it was a really strange interaction. In hindsight I wish I had never given her $70 when this pizza wasn't even worth half that. We were so hungry by the time it came we dug right in. The quality just isn't there, it's like what you'd expect from a pizza hut maybe, and i asked for a "drizzle" of chili sauce (an option on build your own) and the pizza was DOUCED in it, making it nearly inedible. The garlic cheese breadsticks are basically flavorless little pieces of cardboard. Guess we learned our lesson for the last time here.

For the price, a pretty good pizza. We got two large, two topping pizzas, and an order of eight wings plus a free ice cream for about $40, and that was with a coupon for $10 off. I certainly wouldn't pay $50 for what we ended up with for dinner. It was pretty tasty, fresh pizza. Toppings were ok and so was the cheese amount. The wings were some of the best I've ever had, very meaty and a wealth of sauce. We had leftovers for an additional meal later in the week. The staff is friendly but ordering online was a bit of a hassle and confusing. Our order was perfect when we got there, so I must have done it correctly. We will probably order here again. It was fast, easy, and convenient for pizza. And I loved the sweet-spicy wings!

I'm not sure if it's possible for a pizza place to get any more mediocre. My fiancé and I were excited to try this place and we thought it ended up being exceptionally unimpressive. It may do the trick for those searching for a simple, thin pie to quickly throw in front of the kids on the dinner table but if you're a foodie with a duty then you might wanna miss these guys. For those of you who don't know, I always base my reviews on my ABC rating system, which covers the three main pillars of excellent dining/drinking experiences: 1) Ambiance, 2) Business, and last but not least, 3) Cuisine/Cocktails! With my ABC rating system you are guaranteed to get a good rec every time you read my reviews. So, without further ado, let's get into the review! Ambiance: *** Nothing much to say here, it was pretty typical for your average pizza restaurant. Business: *** The major miss was receiving our pizza lukewarm - this is because of their online ordering system notifications. After placing the online pickup order the App indicated that I would be able to track my pizza through the preparation process to anticipate when the pie would be ready, as well as get a final notification by the app when the pizza was ready. I was not able to anticipate when to depart for pickup and I left when I was notified that the pizza was ready. When I arrived I could tell the pizza had been resting in its box, cooling off, for 10 minutes or so. Needless to say by the time I got home it was lukewarm and we had to rewarm it. Everything else was n par with your standard pizza chain so I won't waste your time confirming that. Cuisine: *** The ingredients were good and we loved the thin crust, but the sauce was not robust (nor was it forward - we asked for extra!) and the cheese was quite plain. I'm big on a quality sauce because it's a significant flavor driver in a pie - where all the skills and seasonings are applied - along with an abundance of quality toppings! For me, if the sauce sucks then I'll just end up eating the toppings and cheese off of the top and ditching the crust and sucky sauce in the trash. So, I live by one important pizza motto: "If the gravy is whack, then I'm sending it back! Otherwise, I will say that the toppings were decent and, as a HUGE fan of NY pizza (and I mean REAL NY PIZZA - there's a difference) I was appreciative of the thin crust of the pie. There is a balance between crust thickness, sauce, cheese, and toppings that is more an art than a recipe. Mastery is tough, and while Pizza Guys did not master this, they were closer than any other pizza chain I've tried on the West coast. All-in-all, the Pizza Guys are a pretty average bunch of dudes that make mediocre pies that fill empty bellies. They won't let you down but you won't get fired up either. Just a simple, average thin slice for those need-quick-pizza nights. Final rating: 3.0

    Hawaiian pizza

Horrible customer service on initial order. Upon delivery they provided no ranch with the pizza. The dough of the pizza wasn't fully cooked, seemed doughy. (not what the pictures and price said it to be). Pizza sauce was good

    Delicious savory toppings!

Great dinner specials and even a free 2 liter of soda with pick up with a $25 purchase! The crust was amazing and just like the box says "it's the sauce!"

The Verde without chicken came very close to filling the hole that has been left in our heart with the Grasshopper not on the menu currently. The Cherrypicker is one of our go to hits and never disappoints. And this was the first time I've tried the Brasare and the classic combo of pork and apple was delectable. It's been a minute since I've stopped at this place but western lights festival brought me downtown and this was part of my plan from the go. I was excited to see that they added woodfired chicken wings, one of my personal favorite dishes anywhere and had to order them and these is absolutely did not disappoint and I'll be back for them again and again. Sometimes it's tough to get a really good crispy chicken wing out of a woodfired oven but this team nailed it in there, buffalo Parmesan sauce was divine, especially with a little bit of the house made ranch. The pizzas were also good, but I didn't like that. They served them in paper takeout boxes because even the short trip from the cutting table to us in that box steamed the pizza and made it super floppy. Toppings were sliding right off the pepperoni pizza we had and it just wasn't the best pizza experience Of the white pizza we tried with spinach and roasted garlic was awesome.
