I wanted to try Papa John's pizza since I didn't have it in a long time, and it was good. I had their large pizza with extra pepperoni, sausage, onions, and mushrooms. The toppings were decently covered by the cheese. However, I felt like the portions of the toppings were on the lower side, and that there was too much cheese for the pizza. The sauce of the pizza was pretty good though. There was garlic parmesan on the crust, but I didn't taste that much of it. They did add a side of garlic sauce which helped with that problem. The service was good. The employee that helped us was nice and the pizza didn't take long to make. We ordered online as well since they had test deals on there. For a large 5 topping pizza, we only spent $12. The ambiance was okay. It was takeout only so not much to experience with that. Insane. I ordered a pizza here, they don't show up. I try calling a few times. When I finally get someone I get a guy who responds with "wow that's crazy" and also goes "that's just how things go I guess" and no matter how many times I ask if anyone is coming he just goes "I don't know man". I try calling back, they just hang up on me every time. At one point they tell me "I don't speak English" even though we have been having a conversation. I've never been so blown away by terrible service. I knows it's a papa John's, but this is insane. They charged my card, waiting to get a refund but I'm starting to doubt I ever will. I called over the phone to place an order and was confirmed a price. When I got to the store, I was charged double. I called to clarify why this happened and the man at the store who gave me the food answered, got super hostile, tried to intimidate me by saying he knows who I am (I've never been to this store before), then hung up on me and blocked my number. I've spent a month calling corporate to resolve this issue and am never called back even though they promise contact within 48 hours every time. I've never had an experience like this in my life. Feeling pretty scammy. I have no desire to go to a Papa John's again. read more

I've been ordering from Papa Johns for over a decade now and have never had any issues. We ordered the BBQ Poppers and they are nothing like advertised. The pizza somehow had a deflated crust, which is sad considering their crust is usually the best part. We did delivery, and we live less than 2 miles from this location and both items were somehow cold. It's worth the drive to another location for better quality food. I called and ordered a small cheese pizza for pick up. Went to pay and was told it was $18.90! At the same time, they have a deal for pick up... medium with 2 toppings for $9.99 and a large with 2 toppings for $12.99. I asked about that and was told by the lady who doesn't seem to know what's going on that there's no deal on the small. Ao I naturally asked to give me the medium deal. She said I'd have to wait 20 minutes while she throws out my small cheese pizza, which was I her hand, and make me a new medium pizza. So I told her no, just do the deal and hand me that small pizza. I'll save you two toppings and some dough. It took more than 5 minutes for her to click every button on her screen to try to do that. Until another lady showed up. And after a few more minutes, she said.. it's gonna be $11.86! I asked her what happened to the $9.99 with tax deal? She said that's the tax!! I told her it's fine I'll take it but this is not the tax (which is less than 10% in Washington state.) to which she replied, very rudely, you want the pizza or not!! She admitted she's new. But that's not her main problem. Her attitude is. And will always be. The manager, which came late, wasn't any better. Customer service is so poor, it's unbelievable. You know, there are lot of unwarranted hate for pizza chains. But the pizzas are solid, I personally love their dough and you can feed a family of 4 for two meals for $20 or so. Ordered online Hawaiian bbq chicken pizza excluding bacon and twice this store added bacon. After the first order was incorrect, I called the store manager who was apologetic and said will redo my order. However, second delivery was also with Bacon. Upon calling the store, the person who answered my call was not apologetic and started arguing. He said mistakes happen and there is no guarantee that order will ever be perfect. I don't intend on going back to this location nor ordering again with Papa Johns. Should have just ordered from Pagliacci pizza. read more

I've been to all Papa Johns locations in Seattle and I always leave this place with a positive attitude and pies that were cooked perfectly. Other locations had internal drama going on behind the counter, the pie was very doughy or runny, and/or the workers just didn't want to be there. Here they take great pride in their pies and this is now our go to spot for pies. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats on Super Bowl Sunday to be delivered to the Chinatown area of Seattle - ordered at noon and planned it for a 430-500pm delivery. I received the order receipt notification a few hours later followed by the delivery driver information from Uber Eats. My elderly parents and I were watching the game and planning dinner together so they cancelled their regular meal at the facility where they live. Then I started receiving the delay notices, 515, 530, 540, 550 600....all the while I tried to call the location 5 times and they would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up over and over again or put me on an endless hold. The driver was there on time to pick up but said my order wasn't ready then my driver switched to another person...I got on Uber Eats customer service and they provided me with the canned apologies and had me on a long chat hold. Then poof I get a notice that my order was cancelled and it was 620 pm...the Uber Eats rep came back online and didn't even know so when I told her she looked at the order and said I wouldn't be charged for it to which I immediately told her you're damn right I won't be charged as I shouldn't be and then she said it appears the location couldn't meet the demand and cancelled the order. Nice, thanks for ruining our evening dinner - it's not that easy to figure out what you're gonna do when your parents live in a assisted living facility where dinners are served at a planned time. I will never rely on Uber Eats again or Papa Johns again. read more
