Other reviews are correct. Walking in store is sad, lifeless, cold. Service was super quiet with no smiles. Staff seemed sad and not happy to be there. I ordered the herb chicken Mediterranean pizza large size with no sun dried tomatoes and asked for extra spinach. I wasn't given extra spinach as it looked just the normal amount. This pizza is supposed to be thin crust however sadly it wasn't made that way for some reason. Honestly wouldn't return to this particular location. The pizza here is tasty but pricey so I want it made right and more friendly service if I'm paying more. read more

I can't find anything wrong with this place. The pizzas are delicious, the sizes are offered large enough for everyone, and they don't take long to prepare. I'm going to claim on star, since the last step is on me: the actual baking. I ignore the instructions because 400 degrees in a conventional oven is too hot. The edges will brown before the center is even cooked. I bake in stages. 15 minutes at 350 (plenty), rotate 180 degrees each pizza, then another six minutes at 375, then I turn the oven off, then another 10 minutes inside the oven cooling down--perfect. Please see the pictures. Don't you dare walk away from these while their cooking, or Pfffft! You will burn them, a terrible waste, and a smell that doesn't leave your place for a day. read more

My food here is always very yummy, however the service was horrible. I said hi, told them I was picking up my pizza and snapped at me saying "all pizzas for pickup are over there" and when I was leaving i accidentally tried the wrong door and they said "it's the other door" in a condescending way. I thought I'd give this place a 2nd try, didn't have a good experience a few years ago but decided to try them again yesterday. Toppings were sad, barely had any on there. They forgot artichokes too on an already sparse pizza. It's like I was paying for dough and 50 cents worth of toppings. My stuff crust pizza barely had any meat in it. I would usually give Papa Murphy's a 5 star review. The food is fresh, the employees at my store are top notch and service is usually excellent. But.... Here it comes, they stopped using Italian sausage. To me that's like not using cheese any longer. When I've tried to contact people about it it has been fruitless. I spoke with management and they just said it came from corporate and no one else has complained. Seriously, you can't tell me that. Any pizza place I've been to has it. Never once has one discontinued Italian sausage. Now they are serving sausage dust (not Italian btw). I'm really sorry to say that I haven't been back in 2 months. We would typically go once a week and when the kids visit even more. I've checked in several times but it sounds like there are no plans to change their minds anytime soon. If I could give negative stars to this location, I would. We used to frequent this Papa Murphy's, but about a month ago had the worst possible experience with a group of four (out of 8-10) teenage employees who acted rudely, unprofessionally, entitled, careless and truly unacceptably. The experience was so horrendous, we placed a call to Papa Murphy's headquartered, received a call back from a local training supervisor, and he confirmed that this is the worst group of staff the location has ever seen. This bunch of rude teenagers are only there because Covid has made hiring and keeping good staff employed. They are basically scraping the bottom of the barrel with these kids and would be better off closing the store until such time that someone adept, aware and un-entitled can be hired. Service is horrible at this spot. Walked in to grab a canzone and a family 5-meat stuffed pizza. It took 50 minutes to get my order. I had the pleasure of waiting there listening to the lady working there how much she doesn't like her boss and complaining she's not getting any hours. I came into the store and picked up a salad, and asked for a side of chicken. The gentleman gave me a side of chicken in a bag which already seemed weird as the bag was very loose/wrinkly and was covered in sauce and did not close. Upon further inspection when I got home I realized it was a currency bag, not a food safe bag at all. I called to speak with the manager just so they were aware and could retrain employees. While speaking to the manager, he let me know he remembered me and that he had been the one to serve me. When I let him know the issue his exact words were "Yea I gave you the chicken in the bag, that's how we serve it and have always served it and will continue to serve it." When I let him know again this was not a food safe way to serve people he laughed at me multiple times and said "actually it is food safe because it hasn't been used" I've been going to this store for years, and now want to vomit thinking about all the things they could be doing and that I wasn't aware of. I asked to speak to another manager as this one was plain disrespectful. He said he was the only manager. I asked to speak to the owner and he said that he couldn't give me his information and suggested I leave a review so someone would "reach out" to me. This is the second time I have ordered Papa Murphys take out from this location and both times the pizza did not taste right. The first time the sauce tasted very bland. Tonight's pizza after being cooked as instructed, the crust ended up being very spongy and stale as if expired dough was used and in addition, there was almost no sauce on the pizza. I have been so impressed with the Placerville location as I order nearly every week. Pick it up, bake as directed. and so pleased. with the results. I tip as suggested. Today was different. The pizza seemed to be different in weight. The dough may have have been changed but I could not remove it from the cardboard after baking without losing the structure. Their Stuffed Chicken Bacon pizza is amazing! As I entered the restaurant I was immediately greeted and helped. As soon as I put in my order, no more then 5 minutes the pizza was made and I tell you what, it looked fantastic and while in the car driving back home, it smelled absolutely amazing! For my first time trying Papa Murphy's pizza, I had high hopes when it was baking away in the oven. After a good solid 25 ish minutes of baking the stuffed chicken bacon pizza (extra topping of spinach, steak and garlic[&tax] = $24.11) looks DELICIOUS! though kind of pricey for pizza but honestly I think it's worth it cause it also taste a lot better than all the pizza joints ie. BTW, this location OPENS at 10am. Living in Seattle's University District, I don't live near a Papa Murphy's, so I'm sure to swing by this Holman Road location whenever I'm in the neighborhood. They're always very nice on the phone, the pizza is always ready when I arrive and the place is clean and friendly. Unlike another commenter from a few months ago claimed, I always get a coupon for cookie dough or cheesy bread if I go online and fill out the survey. I don't like to spend $20-25 on pizza, not when I can get one with the great crust, the toppings just right, and fast service like here at Holman Road Papa Murphy's. This is a review of the store on Davis Blvd. in North Richland Hills TX. I used to live in a different part of town and when I ordered from a corporate-owned store the toppings were plentiful. This is the second and last time I order from the store noted above. The toppings are/were sparse each time and I don't see the value in making a purchase from them. Pizza your way: Being a heart patient for almost a year now, I really have to know what goes into the food I eat and over that year, my lovely wife and I have found some lower fat ways of cooking food that is still very delicious. However, when it comes to takeout food, we just don't have a plethora of options. Now, before Mr. Heart developed a taste for coated metal, if we were in the mood for pizza, we'd jaunty jolly head to either to Queen Anne or Northgate to our fav pizza joints but as much as I love cheese, I can't have as much cheese. Beef and pork are out of the question altogether. So what's a pre-geezer to do? Papa Smurfy's....er..uh Murphy's Take and Bake Pizza to the rescue. For take 'n bake, their pizzas are really good because as their commercials boast, they make them fresh and usually, while you are there. Their friendly staff are extra careful to prepare our delicious version of a Hawaiian and they do it with a smile. PM usually puts 16oz of cheese on their family size pizzas but for me, it's 7oz of base and 1oz of top cheeses. They have scales on each end of their assembly line and they weigh the cheese. And so for $13.33, here is the heart-healthy, lower fat version of a family sized Hawaiian pizza: 7oz base cheese 1oz of top cheeses mushrooms pineapple We always ask them for a little extra pizza sauce since we're not getting as much cheese. Love that sauce! Then, if we don't have it already, it's off to Fred Meyer's deli to get a 1.5 Lbs of Jennie-O Cracked Pepper Turkey breast sliced on setting number 2 (it's also smoked). You won't need 1.5 Lbs of turkey but we keep the extra for salads and sandwiches, etc. At home, I preheat the oven to 425 and while it's heating up, I slice the pepper turkey in 1.5" squares and I place them into a bullseye pattern on the pizza from the outside to the middle. Cooking time is around 10 to 15 minutes or so and by then the flavor of the smoked pepper turkey has cooked into the pizza (sniff. Mmmm). You take it out when the outer crust is brownish, let it sit for a couple of minutes and then slice it. It really is a delicious alternative to a Hawaiian, it tastes like a Hawaiian, and it's much healthier. To sum up: Pizza good, Papa Murphy's good, enjoy! read more

I was the only customer inside, but there were plenty of orders ahead of mine and the team kept rocking through them. I didn't have to wait long at all before mine was ready to go. My order was spot on and it was made to perfection. A great visit once again. This location is excellent. I've been to every Seattle area location (I really like Papa Murphy's for casual pizza nights) and this is the best experience. Staff is always friendly. Use coupons you get in the mail to save $3-4 per pizza. Call ahead then you don't have to wait long to pick up your pizza.
