Chicken Cordon Bleu wrapped in paper
Steve P.

We walk in and there are a lot of large floor to ceiling windows. The place is very well lit with plenty of seating and tables inside and out. I think the place was clean, hard to tell. The floors were clear but every single table we went to was sticky. It was a uniform, even stickiness that was very off-putting. My napkin actually stuck to the table almost as if it had a spray on adhesive. Panera is a NOSH oriented eatery, therefore the prices can be quite high. No table service, just order at the register, pick up your order and get a table. The menu changes frequently and seasonly, so it can be a hit or miss scenario on finding something you like. We went in to use a gift card, I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. It only comes on a large toasted baguette and isn't cut in half, wrapped in paper and it cost $14. The sandwich was toasted crispy and had good flavors of ham, chicken and cheese. It was actually a very delicious sandwich but the cost is hard to reconcile. A baguette roll, a little arugula, slices of ham and cheese and some pieces of chicken for over $14? It's a sandwich. To be honest though it was very delicious, just not sure it was worth the price.

We love Panera We love the Sip Club membership We've visited over over a dozen locations so far in three states. This Panera was clean and organized and the staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient.

The reality - a few pieces of chicken (that were actually very good), not-very-ripe tomato, a glob of mozzarella and garlic aioli.....

Panera has become the embodiment of "expectation vs reality". The staff has always (for the most part) been very polite, but the food has become a tragedy. The sandwiches used to be well worth the higher price point because they were made with noticeably fresh, high-quality ingredients. It's now basically overpriced McDonalds. My last few visits have featured nothing more than sandwiches reminiscent of a public school cafeteria and near-frozen, bleak salads that yield less culinary inspiration than something you might find bagged at an Albertsons. It's been a nice ride, Panera, but you're now dead to me.

Best place for soup and baguettes! I love the creamy tomato, French onion, and broccoli cheese. These are my favorites.

They were out of squash soup and bread bowls. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our dinner order.

Had friends in town and wanted to bring them to one of my favorite spots in Springfield -- Lovely…read more Best latte around, hands down. I originally started coming here because of Emily. She's a local and has worked at some of the best coffee shops in Eugene, and you can tell. She knows her craft always great service. The coffee art is always on point, and the service is consistently great. I actually check to see when she's working because I know it'll be dialed in. I'm vegan and there are plenty of options, which I appreciate. I had the Lovely Bowl this time -- fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. Their juices are amazing too. Everything tastes clean and fresh. Kudos to the kitchen for how efficient they are -- food comes out quick and well done every time. I've had both breakfast and lunch here and it's all been solid. Sat outside with my dog, who loves hanging out and chilling while I drink my coffee. It's a clean, relaxed space and just easy to enjoy. What a lovely place. I'll keep coming back -- especially when Emily's behind the bar.

What a lovely place! I got a little too excited and completely forgot to take pictures of the food…read more--which is always a good sign. No complaints from any family members, and my meal was absolutely delicious. I got it to go since I had the pups with me (great place to take them out for a walk). Clean streets. Lots of grassy area and art sculptures in the back of the building. The restaurant has indoor sitting, outdoor heating and not heated outdoor area. Two bathrooms. Parking lot and street parking available. Busy during our visit but they had lots of sitting and games to entertain the family. One thing I really appreciated is that a lot of the dishes let you add avocado instead of it being automatically included. Since I can't have avocado due to an allergy, having it as a side option was perfect. Meanwhile, my kiddos love avocado, so they happily added it. Everything we had tastes fresh. Overall, it's a great stop when you're traveling to the coast--easy, family-friendly, and satisfying.

Put our names on the wait list... seemed crowded but we didn't have to wait long…read more Food was delicious! We ordered dumplings, egg rolls, steamed buns, and braised beef noodle soup. Nicely priced for a family of 4. And we ordered a lot. We only paid $109! Service was awesome also. Our waitress was Chi-chi! She offered her recommendations and answered all our questions. There are 2 parking lots just for this Market District. They offer free 3 hour parking. We will definitely visit again when we are back in town.

We frequent the other location and the service and food are always on point! Super friendly,…read moreprofessional and quick. This location, far from what we've experienced. We wanted to try this location and was sorely disappointed. First there isn't even a hostess to take our name and inform us of a wait time. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE! Instead they provide a notepad and a handwritten sign to put your name down. In the 15 minutes we stood around waiting for some shred of customer service we witnessed one guy walk in, grab a menu then was followed by his wife. When my wife confronted this guy and his wife she stated "they had reservations". THIS PLACE DOES NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO STEP IN FOR THE 6 OTHER PARTIES BEFORE THIS COUPLE that had "RESERVATIONS". Clearly they don't give a shit about their customers and STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I guess they feel they have enough business they don't need future customers but if they're so busy then why be so cheap as to not hire a host/hostess? Just bad business practice.
