I LOVE their iced tea so in between Real Estate Appointments in Southern Maryland, it's my home away from home.They hoist a tea glass for me when they see me coming. So Panera Bread is about the only fast food place that I frequently eat at due to the fresh and tasty salads and bread. I know the bread is unreal and delicious. They also have a gluten free double chocolate cookie which is HEAVEN! read more

I'm practically a daily customer @ Panera near my office in SF and this was nothing like it. I ask for extra chicken on my salad and pay the extra charge and end up with NO chicken. Don't know how my order wasn't processed correctly by whomever was preparing, but clearly their mentality was exact opposite of what I wanted. Ask for extra and get none. read more

This Panera is exactly what you would expect if you've eaten at any other Panera. The quality is good, the speed is okay and the staff are mostly friendly. My main issues with Panera are not specific to this store but the changes pushed down from corporate. The turnover of menu items is far too rapid and on several occasions I have found my "go to" items, no longer being offered. I recommend ordering online to skip the wait it makes for a great experience. read more

This Panera has gone DOWNHILL since the lady Manager without teeth has been there. I just went there for lunch today & she was screaming at one of her employees, like usual, because he couldn't remember when he came in that morning. She is never happy, is always huffing & puffing, and has no business being a manager. She was throwing food on the counter & didn't acknowledge any of her customers. Everytime I mobile order I have to end up waiting 10-15 minutes after my original time if gives me to pick up.

Great place, Great Food, Very clean and wonderful service. The only thing I would improve is when doing a rapid pick up order if they don't have the item in stock, they never put the bag over on the pickup shelf, so you stand there for a certain time thinking they might just be backed up, eventually going to the counter to ask about it..... turns out when they are out they don't put it on the shelf, they keep it behind the counter. Would be very helpful if they attached a note to it and placed it on the shelf and to see the front due to an item they no longer have. All in all great place. read more

I went into this establishment with great promise. I've been to panera before and enjoyed my time for the most part but this recent discrepancy has ruined my impression of this "restaurant". Before we even get into the horrible experience I endured, I'd like to note for any of you that think panera is a healthy way to get your food, you'd be mistaken. ALL of the food is frozen and heated up before served, so the quality you're promised isn't real in any way shape of form. Now onto the trauma I faced, I ordered a Turkey Bravo Sandwich. A decent sandwich I'll admit, to which always comes with a pickle. A pickle I'd been craving for weeks, and I even asked the cashier if it came with a pickle, to which she said it does. But low and behold, my sandwich did NOT come with a pickle. Panera should not be claiming the customer comes first if they can't even provide a measly pickle with my meal. It's inexcusable and unprofessional. If you plan on coming to Panera, be sure to remind them that a true American establishment should provide the pickle they promise to the people. Overall very consistent experience with each visit. The staff are helpful and very clean facility.

Everytime I get carryout it is disappointing. That's when they get rid of the heels of the bread! Today again the heels and smaller slices of bread were used. I open the wrapped sandwich and what a total mess it was. The bread wasn't large enough to hold the filling. Actually you couldn't hold the sandwich because the underside had practically no bread. Plus it was all squished like a heavy hand when it was cut. The young man who made the sandwich must of been having a bad day. He kept throwing the plates on the counter. This is the third time this had happened and will be my last Fed up!!! read more

I used to love going here. The food is good, but I'm not keen on the consistency of the customer service. The managers are great, but the employees seem to have a sense of apathy. Which doesn't appeal to anyone spending their hard earned money. When your rapid-order isn't prepared in a timely fashion, and you speak up about it, you're met with what seems to be agitation. My last order with this location was last Saturday. I made a rapid-order pickup, though the order wasn't prepared rapidly. I waited 8 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready before, approaching a cashier. Only to find out, my food was already prepared. I received no apologies for the delay. Upon eating my sandwich, the sandwich was cold. This is only one instance of unsatisfactory service, but it's been reoccurring for the last 6 months at least. I do not recommend this place to anyone if they're looking for good customer service. read more

I love Panera! Although, my recent experience I had at this specific location is frustrating me. I went with my boyfriends cousin and my daughter, it's the first time I had been to this one actually. So we ordered our food and found a seat. I went up to check on the food and it was half way ready, what looked to be my sandwich was done so I grabbed it. I got a south west flat bread sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup. I saw the soup and assumed it was mine, I laid it on the table and went back to get my fiends, she got BBQ chicken with an apple, I noticed there was a south west on the plate instead of BBQ, so I hesitated and figured it might not of been mine, there was a guy staring at me and asked me "what's the issue" I said "I don't think that's mine" he asked me what my number was, told him and he said "we don't put things up there for the heck of it, it's yours" I said "oh I didn't think it was because the side was wrong" he said "a side is a side just take it" I was immediately taken back and gave him the dirtiest look. I walked back to my table and saw a girl I had met a couple years ago, I remember her telling me she was a manager at Panera in PF, so I flagged her down (she didn't remember me) I told her what happened and she had the most sarcastic attitude with me and told me she was standing right there and didn't remember him saying anything like that to me. . . So she walks back and "takes care of it" comes back to me with more sarcasm and asked me if there was anything else I'd like to complain about. Total bitch. Normally I don't complain, and this is why. I get treated like crap. I will NOT be returning to this location. read more

I was waiting for my food and this girl making the food was screaming at some girl because she brought them more bread as asked. I noticed the girls name tag said Megan on it. The other girl was asked to bring bread to the food station and as asked she did. Megan was screaming at her to go the other way around when the other girl could've just given the bread to them then and there. It was so unprofessional of Megan to do that and she should be re-evaluated. read more

I went for lunch the other day and decided to get the Fuji Apple chicken salad. A young boy Tyrone was making my salad with such passion. This was my first time trying the salad and Tyrone made it to perfection. I will definitely be back and hope to see Tyrone again. read more

I used to love Panera but the one in Prince Frederick is really going down hill!!!! Soups cold, bad service, employee making food playing around without changing gloves. The girl behind the counter told me the only kind of sandwich meat was turkey! She was obviously not trained. The final straw was when I brought my husbands dinner home only to find out they didn't put it in the bag! I was told I could drive twenty minutes back down there to get (40 minutes round trip). I asked them to just refund me and was told that was two difficult to do! Never again will I go there! read more
