I just went there today and all the employees are new and very confused. The food is not what it used to be, the food specially the salads. They use all parts of the romaine lettuce stalk and all. This is why Panera is always empty. People see how they prep the food, it's disgusting to say the least. The dining room is like a ghost town. This Panera should close their doors. Ordering process was easy and I was able to use a promo code from my app. The cashier was able to enter it in for me without difficulty, however, no one smiled or seemed happy to be there on this Sunday afternoon (it didn't seem busy, but it was as about 130pm). We waited about 10 minutes to pick up our food. The people on the line looked like they were having a great time while preparing food and definitely had a system for how they were preparing each ticket. Everyone was wearing gloves as they prepared each meal. I did notice that no one was wearing hairnets, however. Quite a few people had long hair pulled back in ponytails, but still, their hair didn't always stay back. Sometimes, their hair would fall onto their shoulders. I'm not sure if that's a requirement these days, but I'll have to pay more attention to that and see if places are using or not using hairnets. When we sat at a table for two near the front, we enjoyed our meal. The noise level was average for a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy/crowded, but it wasn't empty either. The salad I got was a large serving and I was not able to finish it. I got a to go container for it for a nice lunch for tomorrow. DH said his Rancher had a generous helping of chicken. They definitely did not skimp on the chicken! Overall, the setting is nice and clean. The service was pretty good and the food was delicious! Hey, Panera Corporate! Why have a loyalty rewards program and then create unexplained exceptions to how the customer can use the discounts/rewards? Best way to frustrate and lose loyal customers! Went into my local Panera and ordered the Lobster Roll. Put in my rewards number and the person behind the counter said I have a $5 reward for a sandwich. Did I want to use it? I said, sure, apply it to the Lobster roll. She tried to put the discount into the register but it wouldn't work. Another staff member came over to help. She too couldn't get it to work. Then she said, oh, it must be because the lobster roll is a "premium sandwich." I said, news to me. Where is it written that 1) the lobster roll is a "premium sandwich" and 2) that the $5 sandwich reward doesn't apply? It's not on the menu boards over the counter. It's not in the "My Panera" app. It's not in the email Panera sent me telling me that I have discount awards to redeem. Is it hidden in the fine print somewhere? Who knows? Creating silly rules/exceptions to a rewards program is a big enough mistake but then you made it worse by not informing your customers - or your staff! The food was amazing, good portions as per usual! My family and I always enjoy coming here! service is usually excellent but today not so much unfortunately. We came around 7:30 ish I believe. The staff was not very professional and rather moody. They all had sass and were too busy cleaning and closing everything down, rather than making customers feel welcomed. We all felt as though we were an inconvenience and being rushed. I just expected more since that has never happened before. Maybe it was the time of day and staff working. Wife and I wanted something different for dinner and we hadn't been to Panera in a while. It was 5pm it wasn't very busy I ordered the flat bread pizza with pepperoni and a cup of French onion soup wife had just flat bread pizza. I got the soup they use to give you a small package of croutons with the soup now they just put them in the soup I do t like it the croutons get soggy and they don't put a much cheese in the soup like they use to. The flat bread pizza was good it just needs to be cooked longer to brown the cheese more. I now know why we don't eat here very often anymore for 2 flat bread pizzas a cup of soup and 2 small drinks it was $35 with tip I don't know how some people afford to eat here the prices have really gone up. read more

All their bread products are amazing, but the only vegan option is the ten vegetable soup, which personally I'm not too fond of- a bit too much pepper. My dining partner loves the new Bacon Chipotle melt. The prices are reasonable as well: $5.39 for a bowl of soup and side baguette and $4.89 for the chipotle melt. As of September 2020, there is dine in at this location. Staff are wearing masks and tables are santized between customers. Everything is served in single use plastic containers. read more

This Panera has taken a nose dive. It now excels in items missing from your order when doing rapid pickup. The people who work fast food places must share some kind of genetic code where at the root of their DNA is something that makes them forget something in your order. This is nowhere more apparent than this Panera. Today it was the 2 baguettes and a bag of chips that was missing. Before, it was cookies. I called the store and spoke to Joanne who said she was a manager. She said that she could give me extra bread the next time I ate there. I told her that I wanted to complain to a Panera Corporate number and I wanted that. She put me on hold for 5 minutes. I thought I should just hang up and Google it, but no. I wanted to see what Joanne would tell me. She came back on the line. She did courteously apologize for the wait but said that I would have to talk to the store manager Alisha tomorrow at noon when she would be there. I asked for the phone number and Joanne said since they are a franchise, everything has to go through Alisha. If you are going to eat at this Panera, you have to grab your "rapid pickup", sit at a table, and inventory everything; or simply eat there. read more

Panera's pick two is a decent choice. Soup, salad or one of their "Cafe" sandwiches. It's filling, it's quick and it's tasty. I had the Greek salad (maybe too much dressing but they remembered my 'no olives' request) and the Sierra Turkey sandwich. My order was correct, as opposed to other reviewers. Came in first thing in the morning and ordered a Chipotle wrap for my gf, Mediterranean wrap for my self, and a cold brew Madagascar cream coffee. They were great all great! I've been coming here for years and I've never had anything to complain about. Slow service, order mistakes, etc can happen anywhere so it's never been a bother, and I've hardly noticed anything. But when I went today, my boyfriend's sandwich was made with burnt bread. From personal experience working at a bagel shop, we threw away the burnt bagels and made a new batch. It was disappointing to see the lack of care they had. Plus, it was for tomato basil bread and the crust is the best part (I think everyone can attest). It was so burnt he pulled the crust off. Not my favorite Panera. Most of my orders either have something missing, something a little off, or it's the wait time that kills me. Location? As convenient as it's gonna get. The staff tends to keep the building tidy, no dust on the tables. Staff team? Great, helpful, chipper, always helpful 100% of the time. Kitchen staff? Needs a little work. Usually gets most of the order correct, but sometimes I'm missing pickles or bite into a tomato that isn't supposed to be there and nearly vomit (tomatoes trigger a gag reflex for me. I do not like them at all). Also, CRISPIER BACON. This panera has a huge issue with its bacon not being crispy enough. For the area it is in, this is about the best you are gonna get. Not a whole lot of room for improvement, because its issues are the little things that are supposed to make everything perfect. Food always tastes how it should, just with some soggy bacon. Pastries are always rotated well. Fountain drinks always full. Tidy bathrooms too! Would rate a 3.75 if possible, but let's just stick with the 4 star for now! Worst grilled cheese sandwich ever. So tonight I did the twofer at our local Panera Bread ordering cream of tomato soup and half a grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was okay. The half grilled cheese sandwich was dry, tasteless and mashed. A few bites convinced me that this was inedible. I was always taught that when you make a grilled cheese sandwich (one of the most basic meals there is) you butter the outside of the bread, place the cheese inside and grill it until the cheese melts and the butter toasts the outside of the bread. You also use a cheese that melts into something rather velvety and full of flavor. Tonight I received two unbuttered slices of bread with something orange and rather tasteless sort of melted just enough to hold those two slices of bread together. It is extremely disappointing that this Panera Bread has changed DISABLED parking spots to Curbside pick up in the name of profit. It is unfortunate that they may be on violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The only Disability parking spot close to the front door is around the corner. It is True disappointing and sad that the have determined that people that people that order take out are more important than people that have problems walking or are in wheelchairs. When Panera stopped serving the steak and bleu cheese salad, I blacklisted them because that was my favorite meal there and the only real reason I ever went there. But the just re-instated the salad back on the menu, so I decided to lift the blacklist status and give it another try. To no surprise, it was great. The place was clean, friendly and welcoming. The Salad itself was still awesome. I asked fir the baguette to go with it instead of a roll, and was happy to receive it. It looks like my favorite place is back in the rotation!!!! read more

Let me first do the disclaimer - Not crazy about this restaurant no matter where it is located. I don't get the concept of getting a loaf of bread with a sandwich which already has bread. Sandwich was OK, had lots of BREAD. Have had the soup on one occasion - it was average restaurant soup. The staff was very nice. My mom, who is a senior citizen was treated badly. She was there with her friend and also had to go food to take home. She didn't realized until she got home that there was a sandwich missing. She called about the missing sandwich in her order. But since she's already home, she requested a credit to her account instead of coming on a different day to get a sandwich. The person on the other end hung up on her. And when she called back, they picked up the phone and placed it on some sort of hold. I tried to call after that happened and the line was busy. I tried for about 10 minutes but finally gave up. My husband and I have been ordering from this location every week since March 2020. They have messed up an order here and there but I was able to figure it out before leaving. I can't believe that they would be so rude and unprofessional especially to an elderly. We went for lunch and had the pick two. I had squash soup with Fiji apple chicken salad. The salad was very good with blue cheese, pecans, tomatoes and onion with dried apple chips on top. The soup was fair, very rich and little too sweet. My daughter had wild rice and chicken bread bowl and chicken panini. When I called to place the order the staff was extremely helpful and gave an accurate picture of how much food would be needed for your group without trying to get me to purchase extra food. They were friendly, answered all of my questions and were reasonably priced. The food was packaged beautifully and presented well plus they had it packed so one person could carry everything when picking up the food. This Panera is exactly what you would expect if you've eaten at any other Panera. The quality is good, the speed is okay and the staff are mostly friendly. My main issues with Panera are not specific to this store but the changes pushed down from corporate. The turnover of menu items is far too rapid and on several occasions I have found my "go to" items, no longer being offered.
