This shop is located in the Woodholme shopping center. It was a many other food eateries previously. This is a nice addition to the various other eateries nearby; and a healthier choice. Entering into this eatery I was met with a earthly lively feel by the decor and view. The vibe was clean and fresh mixed with the greetings from the attentive staff. Beings that it is Tuesday, I assume its the reason for it being mellow and not so crowded, however it is lunch time and its not busy. There were a few tables full of healthy minded folks with seemingly quiet conversations. I enjoyed the salad. It could have used a little more dressing which is a lot for me to say, as I use very little dressing on my salads. Overall I will return. read more

Great bowls! My wife and I stopped here for takeout bowls of grains and salads. The place is clean. The service was great. She had a kale-based salad that was really good. I had a winter special, a Peruvian bowl with rice, pickled onion, grilled chicken, cabbage slaw topped with a creamy lime spicy sauce. It was delicious! read more

Since I've never been to a Chopt before, I had a few questions. The young lady who made my salad was incredibly helpful and patient, which was a nice touch. I opted for the Make your Own warm grains bowl, which is a blend of quinoa and brown rice. I added the Cabbage/Cilantro blend as my toppings. The service is always speedy here yet allowing time for you to change your mind 12 times without frustration. I ordered the original Cobb salad and got it with regular dressing and seasoned. I guess this location doesn't need customers because 4 different staff members saw fit to ignore me while I was standing in line - the ONLY person in line, by the way - prompting me to eventually walk out. There were two other customers in the establishment when I walked in, one eating and one paying for her order. One employee even locked eyes with me then proceeded to continue chatting with her coworker. A simple "we'll be right with you" would have worked wonders. This place is cool. It gives me the feel of a chipotle set up but with salads and wraps! Service is always good and I either get the chicken caesar wrap or the Caesar salad with panko chicken. You can customize the order with different proteins, dressings or leafy vegetables. They also ask you how much dressing you want and I always choose heavy with an extra dressing on the side. I visit sometimes 3-4 times a week. The food is fresh! It's delicious! It's healthy! Annnnnnd the customer service is stellar! A big shout out goes to Imani, Ricardo & Brenda (the manager)! The entire is always kind and welcoming & I'm grateful for them. The world is kind of shi++y right now but to still give someone exemplary service at 8:59 pm, when you close at 9:00 pm says a lot about the service you provide! It is always good to find a fast casual place that has healthier food and is also a great value. We wanted to find a "lighter" dinner and stumbled onto Chopt. It has salads, bowls and wraps. You can have one of the preset items or make your own from an amazing amount of fresh cheeses, vegetables, meats (warm or cold) and toppings. I had the Mexican Caesar salad and my partner had the Mediterranean bowl. Both were excellent. I added fried shallots to the romaine, jalapeños, cheese and tortilla chips. The Mexican Caesar dressing was outstanding. It was not too spicy but had a nice kick. The portion size was excellent. The Mediterranean bowl had brown rice, tahini, cabbage/parsley mix, tomatoes, chicken tinga, cucumber, feta cheese, fried shallots and pickled onions. She enjoyed the bowl and the portion size was perfect. The salad was mixed in a bowl before put in the serving container. I was given some additional dressing and it was easy to mix into the salad. Overall, a great dinner. You will enjoy Chopt and the ability to make your own meal means you will never tire of the food. read more

I ordered the Blissful Harvest bowl with felafel and it was fantastic. The best felafel I have had in a while. Yasir waited in me and he is so professional and polite and he is GOOD at his job. Such an asset to Chopt here in Pikesville. This is my 2nd visit and I am hooked and excited to return again. The store is clean and well kept. Ordering a make your own salad with shrimp is a rip off. And service lack luster, too. No body inside waiting for any food yet my app kept pushing time back for pick up. I didn't like Chopt- while the ingredients were fresh, but the salad bowl is too tall to really mix the ingredients when eating. For the base salad, you only get 4 items included to add to it. Nalley Fresh gives you unlimited items in your salad. Good customer service though read more
