    FRENCH TOAST
    Tyler C.

Terri has been here for 12 years and is still smiling, serving and providing locals with a place to escape. Free refills on coffee. Wifi that works and a Stevenson vibe that can explain the smile. Tucked away in a business park three turns from a main or visible thorofare. Breakfast, lunch and cookies. Breakfast bowls, French toast, pancakes or eggs. Combo ordering without a la carte options makes ordering a bit complicated. No grits or granola (what's wrong with college students that they don't demand this?). No tv. French toast is soft bread. Bacon is mildly crisp. Highly recommend stopping by.

Half of a turkey sandwich, a side of fresh fruit, a delicious chunky chocolate chip cookie and fresh iced tea with a splash of lemonade.

We decided to stop and get lunch from Terri's Cafe for takeout. We were very pleased. Terri took our order and she was very helpful and pleasant. We shared a delicious turkey club. This small restaurant exhibits a very happy atmosphere. I am very happy that we went there today. Terri's Cafe has been open for 12 years and I wish we went there sooner! I highly recommend!

    PERUVIAN Grilled Chicken BOWL

Terri's Cafe is tucked in a business center in Owings Mills off Crondall Ln. this was my second time visiting and I tried out their Peruvian Grilled Chicken Bowl. In addition to the romaine lettuce and avocado, there were mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, black beans, and onions as the vegetables all served over rice. The green sauce served as a great vessel to enhance the flavors when mixed in with the veggies, chicken, and rice. The customer service was great. They made it a point to get to know their customers and their names which I appreciated. That's something to me which makes you feel special. Finishing off my meal was freshly baked chocolate chip cookies which is ALWAYS the way to my heart! They were SO tasty! All in all, I had a great second experience at Terri's Cafe in Owings Mills. The prices were in line with food portion size as well. With ample parking and indoor plus outside dining, Terri's is a place to visit!

Excellent food; spectacular, friendly service. Really great find while in the area for a college sporting event.

The chimichurri sauce was the savory icing on chop. (I couldn't resist) My eggs were scrambled spread eagle on the plate . I never seen eggs presented in that way. Everything was hot and delicious. I am honestly writing this months later , after the fact, but I don't remember having a customer service issue. They made my favorite carrot ginger drink. I had 2 ! So spicy . One of the bartenders used to work at the Blue Lagoon and I was so happy to see her. It's so funny how you make strangers apart of your life while enjoying your meal. You don't know anything about them yet you are sad when they miss work. I think that is the "American Dream". Work hard enough for someone else to be your "server". Or your nail tech. Service providers are the backbone of our country. Tip well. A guy almost broke up with me because I gave $5 tip. Yes, you read that correctly. Anyways, I have never had a problem here ...thinking ....Nope! It's a good place to sit and have dessert. No loud music and ample space for a big group.

Decided to finally go to Eggspectation…read more I got on the waitlist via online and it said 5-7 minute wait. Got inside and was told about 20 minutes but waited about 45 minutes more. It was definitely busy and a lot of people waiting to be seated. It appeared trendy and nicely decorated. If waiting there is a bar but seating there was full as well. Parking is good if parking in the rear or the parking garage across the street on the other side of World of Beer. The menu was very inviting and mouthwatering. I ordered the Chicken and waffles, a side of eggs and fruit on top of my waffles and an espresso martini. Unfortunately the eggs were the only thing I ordered that came out ok. The check came out and it had chicken tenders and fries and eggs price was $4 which was $2 on the menu. In addition, there was gratuity added with the service being terrible only for the food and my drink. The server was attentive. The bill was paid and the server was given a tip just because. I did not get any food nor drink. The food came out with good presentation but was literally room temperature or closer to cold. I will not be coming back.

I had a mocha latte and this Iranian Chocolate Pop-Tart thing that was awesome.... I really need to start taking pictures of my food and these places. The ambiance is that of a coffee house but this coffee house is an old historic building with natural wood floors and big windows. The layout is convenient for having a mix of seating and the volume was such that we could hear our party but not feel like we were screaming. The coffee was good. the people friendly, the snacks (ok not a meal but too much to ignore from the experience) the snacks were delightful. My wife almost ate half of my Pop-tart it was so good. Ok, this one gets a definite try, the locals seemed to like it, it was close-ish to Columbia, and worth checking out.

This was the best I've ever had! All excellent! My companions had the shrimp potato skins- huge and scrumptious, grilled cheese with crab, fish & chips. Portions are very generous. We all got to go containers. Service- exceptional. We were there at 2 pm, so not a rush time. Our waitress was friendly, just the right amount of attentiveness. She even laughed at my jokes :) The layout was nice, giving space between tables and even some private booths available. We didn't feel crowded and could enjoy conversation.

We ordered the shrimp and grits, oysters rockefeller, shrimp sandwich, french toast, crab cake benny, a coffee cocktail, and regular coffee. Overall, everything was just okay, not terrible, but not something I'd rush back for either. The biggest letdown was the shrimp and grits. It came with what looked like a spoonful of grits, which was disappointing. We mentioned it to our waitress, and she brought us some extra grits to go, which I appreciated. The crab cake benny was decent, but the crab cake itself didn't have much flavor. The $12 coffee mocktail also wasn't worth the price in my opinion. We ended up ordering the beignets for dessert, but had to send them back because they were raw in the middle. The service was okay but it could definitely be better. I will say they tried to fix the issues we brought up, which I appreciated. I've been to the O'Donnell Street location a few times, and honestly, I've had much better food and drinks there. If you're in the area and have been wanting to try this location, I'd still say give it a shot because everyone has different experiences. It just didn't wow me this time.
