Chicken Shwarma was good
Madison P.

Overall: fresh, yummy, fast casual balanced food, quick service, easy ordering, single stall inclusive restrooms, clean, bright, and simple ambiance We love creating our own stir fries here. Both kids (4 and 1) always crush their food and I've always enjoyed my meals. I love being able to pick my own ingredients and the ease of ordering on their large screens. They have good shrimp for a fast casual place. Sometimes the food isn't quite filling enough to tie me over to my next meal but it is delicious.

Honeygrow is my all time favorite meal!!!! Creating a healthy, filling, delicious, and flavorful stir-fry is one of the best meals. Honeygrow does it best. From the sauce options to the various vegetables and protein options, there are so many choices to make an incredible dish. I opt for the gluten free or egg noodles with the soy sauce mixed in. I love the meatballs and chickens and love adding all vegetables from snap peas, mushrooms, and edamame. Service can be a bit slow but the restaurant always smells delicious. It's a self-kiosk so ordering can be tricky at first. The honeygrow desert bar is such a game changer. From the cheese cake to the fresh fruit and pie crumbles, you can create your own savory and sweet desert that is extremely delectable.

Got my usually chicken, regular noodles extra carrots and green beans, with garlic sesame sauce. Service was friendly and fast. The seating area was very clean and spacious.

I will say my first experience at honeygrow wasnt the best about a year ago and I've never been back. However, a catered lunch brought me back. I tried the tofu sesame ginger noodle bowl with some added veggies. To my surprise the food was much better this time. It was very filling. The sesame ginger sauce wasnt overly salty this time. Loved the roasted tofu. Portions were good and I was able to make two meals out of my bowl.

I love Honeygrow the noodles are delicious and I just make my own combinations. The staff is friendly and always willing to help those who do not know how to use the kiosks

As I was driving home from a very long commute I decided I wanted to try something new for dinner. From the app (no judgement, I did most of the ordering safely at stop lights) I ordered two customized crab noodle bowls and desserts. I knew I needed to select (up-charge) for the addition of shrimp but didn't realize items like a lime wedge or cilantro came with an additional up charge as well. As far as the desserts go, I didn't realize they weren't "as-is desserts" and I needed to customize. I just added each to my cart. All in all I didn't care for the crab dish, the crab was all claw meat and didn't taste very fresh. The added shrimp were small and made it hard to justify the $4+ per bowl up-charge. I tried the brownie and my love the cheesecake crumble. Neither of us enjoyed our desserts. I'm hopeful that spending a little more uninterrupted time with the menu will result in a more enjoyable next meal. I suggest if you use the app pay close attention to your customized options.

Honeygrow recently open 10 minutes away from home and I was super excited to try it. I'd never heard of it until I saw the 'coming soon' signage. Fresh salad options seem to be few and far between in OM so this is a welcomed addition. The decor is really cute and cheerful. There's outdoor and indoor seating available. It's sandwiched between a Starbucks and a soon to be Carolina Kitchen. The menu offerings are unlike any other in the area which means they'll be busy for quite some time. I ordered the Chesapeake stir fry and it was delicious. Just enough homemade egg noodles and flavor so that you aren't passed out from a food coma and it tasted so clean! Not salty or oily. I'll be back this weekend to try the salads and other options.

Cobb Salad (gf)

Overall, the experience was great . As soon as I came in the door I was greeted and was able to order my food via kiosk and get my food within 10 mins. There were plenty of people in there having meetings and studying so I definitely will be coming back to dine in and do some work. I ordered the spring special, the Serrano Chili Stir Fry with two portions of the spicy garlic sauce and the Cobb Salad. The spicy garlic sauce definitely has some heat to it but, if you're a real spice fanatic you'll enjoy it. The portion size was smaller than expected but the quality of the food was 8/10. The blue cheese and bacon on the Cobb salad are really the stars of the show. I love a good salad and the creaminess of blue cheese with the smoky crisp bacon was amazing! I will for sure get the cobb salad again although the price is little high for my liking ( It was around $16).

There are quite a few options on what to order. The main attraction is basically hotpot, where you order a soup and they provide a set number of sides and meats to go along with it. It does cost more to add more meats with each plate. They also have a few noodle soup dishes and other premade bowls. The service was nice in helping me decide on what I wanted to order and to provide recommendations. Since the restaurant was near empty, we were able to order pretty fast. I ordered the collagen chicken soup with rice noodles alongside an order of soup dumplings. To our surprise the soup noodles came out within 10 mins. I thought for hotpot soups this was delightful. Tons of filling and the noodles were well prepared. The highlight of the day was the soup dumplings however. I was surprised that the dumplings came out 10 mins after the noodle soup as it was an appetizer. The pork soup dumplings are something I will be coming back here for. Overall, I had a good experience with kind service will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately, the reality did not quite match those expectations. The restaurant is located in a somewhat rundown shopping plaza, and the dining area itself felt small and dated. There were boxes of supplies stored in the main dining room, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. The setup felt more like a typical takeout-oriented Chinese restaurant than a destination dining experience. Even the water station, which was self-service from an office-style water dispenser, felt unusual for a restaurant of this reputation. The restaurant is known for its hand-pulled noodles, which was one of the main reasons we visited. However, based on the overall presentation and environment, the experience did not fully convey the level of craftsmanship we had anticipated. As for the food, my husband ordered the chicken with wide noodles. Unfortunately, the dish was extremely oily, making the noodles difficult to pick up with chopsticks. I ordered the Jajang noodles, which were decent but lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. Overall, our visit was disappointing given the restaurant's strong reputation and positive reviews. While the food was acceptable, neither the quality nor the atmosphere met our expectations, and we would not choose to return.
