Consistently tasty with quick, kind, and efficient service. The staff made the day today. While we had no idea what we wanted two were eagerly waiting to take our order. I noticed the fancy name plate and was impressed that it improves over the years with the company. Along with pay increases, that's pretty cool. While eating, another staff member stayed in clean dining area, keeping it neat and customers happy. As we admired the pictures, another staff member approached to share that the photos of first responders are donated by customers. Pretty cool.

The greeting and service I received was a 5 out 5 of the individuals who assisted me. I was at this establishment to pick up the meals so the restaurant didn't have anyone dining as they were about to close for the night. Sadly, I have to say I nor my husband enjoyed our meals. I found the best part of the meal was the cornbread which was moist and warm. I was disappointed with the taste of the coleslaw and the baked beans were not flavorful. I'm sure others may enjoy the food but it was a no for me. Kudos for the pictures of the service men and women!

We just went to this establishment yesterday and have nothing but good things to say! We brought our daughter's friend, whom never had mission bbq, and Joshua was excited to give her a rundown of the menu. We had never experienced that before and he went above and beyond in his service. He recommended a few things, such as the smoked burger. The food was all delicious and we have now made a mission bbq fan out of our daughter's friend! Joshua is an excellent employee and a keeper for your brand!

Well Well Well!! Hubby and I finally stopped in after driving by for so many years. Great service by counter person. We tried the brisket kids' meal and black plate (burger). Everything was absolutely delish !! Fresh, flavorful, and great portion size. We have already made plans to return for more greatness in the near future.

Wow. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left.. the whole experience was great! We were greeted when we walked in and checked in on by the staff while we ate! EVERY staff member that I encountered while I was in the building was so kind and helpful- it seemed as though everyone enjoyed working there and it felt like a good vibe The food was delicious we each got the 2 meat combo with a drink (I got two sides) I got the baby back ribs and the jalapeño sausage with baked beans and coleslaw They got moist brisket, pulled pork with fried It comes with cornbread They have fresh brewed ice tea sweetened and not and lemonade as well as fountain soda machines. The entire place is decorated in current and former military and service people pictures and memorabilia.. Including a picture of my great grandfather- it's cool to come in and see it all. I have also had catering from them which was stellar. Ask for the Alabama white sauce it's kept in the fridge :) it's good on EVERYTHING.

One thing about Mission BBQ, they are consistent. I've been to this location several times and the service is always fast and friendly. The portion sizes are large and there's always enough for leftovers. The inside of the restaurant is kept tidy and parking is easy.

Loved it! While in Nashville grabbing BBQ a few weeks ago, my 2 Maryland friends said, this reminds me of Mission BBQ back home. *Mental note taken* Finally tried it! I really like it! My friend ordered the pulled chicken sandwich- toasted bun, which she highly recommended, and had it with fries and caramel bread pudding. So I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, made it a XXL combo which is 2 sides and a foundation drink. I chose the Mac and cheese and baked beans for sides, topped it off with an Arnold Palmer. The XL combo features one side and a fountain drink, but for $1 more why not get the XXL. The sides a la carte range from $2-3 bucks they're made in house so I think you can't go wrong. I sampled all of the BBQ flavors in the carton. The Honey Hot and Memphis BBQ were my favorites. I loved the Mac and cheese and I loved the fries. All of the sides are homemade. I liked the chicken. Liked! I did not like the taste or texture of the bread at all. It was too thick. I ate my sandwich opened faced. I have a feeling I'll love the brisket and ribs so I'm coming back it. Next time I'll get the platter instead of the sandwich.

I am a Texan, so I am serious about my bbq, and unfortunately Mission BBQ failed in their assignment. I had the brisket and the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was good, not great, but good. The cashier said it was good as mom's and I told not to walk out on that ledge. The brisket was poorly seasoned and over cooked. And sauce varieties they had on the table were just plain awful. I wish it had been a better experience because I have wait till I go home to get decent brisket and ribs. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

This bar does not give any presentation or flair to their non alcoholic beverages. Pom and Circumstance was zesty and sweet . The Half Moon drink was nothing more than grapefruit juice with a cherry . I was expecting more presentation since it's literally a tonic. I would like to mention that the bar was slammed with guests and the tables were not getting their drinks on time. So, maybe it was a slippery Sunday night for the bar and my zero proof drinks lacked in pizazz. The watermelon salad was a wild card choice as Glenwoods does not have much fresh fruit on the menu. I wish it was not so chunky ... chunks of watermelon and tomato covered in a balsamic sauce and feta cheese. This salad pairs nicely with the arugula. The sides were hot and came out expeditiously. The burger was undercooked and the server offered to re-Fire a new burger. 5 out 10 night .

Nestled in a little plaza in the Owings Mills area sits the Mediterranean inspired, Hummus Republic. Very similar to Cava, however, I feel the flavors differ a bit. They offer salads, wraps, and bowls which you customize to your heart's desire. Since I'm a girl who loves a bowl of food that's what I opted for. Hummus Republic had so many topping options from the rice and lentil selections to the protein, veggies, and dressings you can choose. The young lady assisting me was so helpful. Offering samples of various items so I could get a taste of what I liked before adding it to my bowl. I really enjoyed that your protein of choice is cooked when ordered versus sitting in trays on the service line. And I must admit I think I prefer the hummus at Hummus Republic over the hummus and dips at Cava. The harissa hummus was a sure win in my book. Great service, tasty food, and a customizable menu are all things I love when grabbing a quick lunch or dinner. I can't wait for my next visit to Hummus Republic to see what I can create.

To me, that meant that it was a for sure sign that the food would be great! We had a very friendly server, another added plus. I'm a Charleston girlie so I was trying not to compare our seafoods and luckily I didn't have to... my boil was good, a little salty but delicious nonetheless. I had a mocktail that was equally tasty. This is for sure a spot that many celebrate their birthdays and other celebrations; we saw several. And to top it off, the staff does a whole production of singing "Happy Birthday" and they even offer a cheesecake slice to the birthday girl/boy! The R&B playing in the background forces you to dance and sing along as you eat (I loved that it reminded me of eating seafood with my family back home). If watching sports is your jam, they have several televisions tuned in to sports coverage. The restaurant is very spacey featuring different seating options for various party sizes. We sat across from the bar which was full of guests enjoying their dinner and drinks too. I definitely plan on coming back whenever I visit again.

If you are looking for Mediterranean food that is fresh, flavorful, and filling, this place is a great choice. The restaurant itself is more of a fast casual style setup, nothing fancy inside, but do not let that fool you because the food was excellent. I started with the falafel appetizer, which came with five falafel balls, tzatziki sauce, and a fresh little lettuce and tomato mix on the side. The falafel was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, warm inside, and very fresh tasting. The tzatziki was a great match and everything had a clean, homemade flavor. For my main meal, I ordered the Big Greek Feast and it was a ton of food. It came with gyro lamb meat, grilled chicken and pork skewers, pita bread, feta cheese, a pepper, and a lemon wedge, plus two sides. I chose rice and salad, and both were excellent. The salad was very fresh and surprisingly filling, and the rice was seasoned perfectly. Everything tasted well prepared and full of flavor. Portions were generous enough that I could not finish it all and ended up getting a second meal out of it, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms were very clean, and overall the experience was great. This was an excellent stop for Mediterranean food and I would definitely come back again.
